You're charged $49.99 a month for an account credit. The credits accumulate and you can buy multiple items or outfits. If I want to get panties (fairly inexpensive item ~$20) it is 1 account credit. Same for an outfit priced at $69.99 - 1 credit. This system limits the options for you to use the money you already spent on the membership in a way that is easy and relevant to your needs. Do people actually use their $49.99 "credits" for any items that cost less than that? This is a sneaky way to cheat customers out of their money and it is unacceptable. The only alternative is to buy the panties without using your membership credit (another way for them to get more money out of you) or buy your panties somewhere else. Not a hard decision for me. I will be canceling my membership ASAP.
My daughter (12 yo) ordered something and missed the $50 charge for a membership. I have tried and tried to contact the company to cancel her membership to no avail. We ended up closing her account and starting over. Good lesson for my daughter, shameful busy practices by Fabletics. Who has a membership for clothing purchases?
As most of you know fabletics advertises big time on Facebook. I got suckered in by the cute styles and the price. The capris I ordered where so cute but after two hours wearing it the color turned the white parts to light blue in the crotch area. It stained permanently. This is Very cheap clothing if the colors will bleed just by wearing it a few hours. I called to cancel my VIP membership that I had no idea I signed up for. Customer services was more about keeping me VIP then making every effort to give me an option to replace the pants or give me my money back. I'm very disappointed that Kate Hudson has her name to this. I would think she would read these reviews and try to get out of whatever sad business deal this would be.
Whenever I am thinking I should cancel this subscription service (because seriously how much workout attire can one person need?), I will login to my account to find a credit which I didn't want or need. I will then realize I somehow forgot to skip a month and now need to use up the credit before I cancel. Then I will order an outfit (best deal) and without question one of the pieces will need to be returned and by the time everything is settled I'll still have some form of credit on my account, an extra outfit I didn't need and still unable to cancel the service.
Their product is very good. I have a ton of it from the past 6 years or so.

Comfy wear, quick delivery, easy returns. Edit: I just saw the bad reviews and wanna say, my experience has been lovely all around! I get compliments when i wear Fabletics and I don't hesitate to recommend the brand. I wear 2X for upset body and I love their bras! Customer service has been superb and quick.

It's alright, I wanted to try it out but i just do not love the quality of the few tops and bottoms that I purchased. I even did a second month to give it another shot but it was still the same. It's also a pain the struggles you go through just to close your membership.

I ordered a size small bra, which I am usually, and it was WAY too big. I then ordered a size small in leggings which fit perfectly, and ordered a second size small pair which were much too small to get onto my legs while still being comfortable. I get that the company is trying to be affordable, but they need better materials. They feel cheap and I would much rather spend more to get a better quality legging.

I purchased a snow leopard workout set (sports bra and pocket leggings). Both are size medium, which is actually a size up from what I usually get but didn't want anything to be too tight. The bra fit okay but didn't have any padding, which wasn't in the description. The pattern will hide any bumps or anything, but I prefer removable padding, especially from such an expensive site. The pants fit and didn't feel tight, but the pattern was stretched out around my thighs where the material stretched but not the pockets, so they don't look right and make me feel negatively about myself as I am self conscious about my legs.

I'm 5 8 180, a little on the thicc side and your larges don't fit. Who are you using to base your sizes? Kevin hart wearing and xl? Confusing membership deal made me uncomfortable signing up as I didn't know what charges to expect. Nice material but awful sizing. I wear medium undies and shorts in every brand. A little big is no issue so I went large to be safe and now I'm thinking XXL would have been appropriate

Canceled membership, fabletics reactivated and continued to take 50 every single month and wouldn't return the money to me, even though i barely used their site or bought anything. Was forced to use stupid credits for unwanted, limited option of clothing

I have about 15 different pairs of leggings from Fabletics because I am such a big fan of them. They are very stretchy and soft and come in many different colors.
The one problem I am having is that they do offer different style of the pants, which is wonderful. Sometimes I am having trouble with how the Large fits me. I bounce between a Large and XL, depending on style. If I rush and put on a pair really quick it might be the wrong style and size and then they end up falling down. I really do love the pants.

I'm giving a one instead of negative 1,000 because the clothing itself is pretty good, if you ever receive it... it took me six weeks to get my first shipment. They constantly lose your order, don't ship when they say they will, and they're always out of everything. The 2 for 24 special is good, (again, if you ever get them.) but other than that the prices aren't anything special. Customer service is absolutely, excruciatingly bad. I've spent more time on the phone or waiting than I have with anyone else. You'll get close and then it'll just hang up on you. And definitely don't trust their wait times, it's 5X whatever they initially quote. They make it EXTREMELY difficult in my experience to cancel or skip a month. Just save your money and get your leggings somewhere else. Also the website sucks in every way.

Overall the products are fine, shipping is generally quick. It's the monthly membership for a credit that's annoying. The majority of the items are far less expensive than the cost of the credit, so unless you shop wisely you're losing money on the deal. If you're supporting the company by buying a membership you should be rewarded having a credit allow you to get a deal. It would definitely prompt me to spend more money on the site; as it now I only use credits when I find items that are worth the same amount or more. Or if you were allowed to buy two items with one credit so sh least you were getting your money's worth out of the credit. I actually plan on spending credits I have now then canceling my members; it's just not cost effective,

They don't make it clear enough that if you buy a promotional offer item that they are then going to 'steal' £44 per month out of your account. You don't get an email reminding you to skip or make a purchase, if you were even aware of this fee in the first place, which I wasn't

I signed up for Fabletics after seeing all the bright, fun, unique designs I saw on their commercials on tv as well as the promotors on Instagram. Since signing up, I've put through probably 30 plus orders throughout the year. Just for basic workout clothes that will suffice but don't impress. I find that a lot of the cute fun workout sets that they choose to promote are often not available on their website nor even displayed. This is very frustrating for an avid shopper like me who keeps up with the new releases and email blasts. It would make more sense if I wasn't so on top of their advertising, however even when new arrivals come out the things, they're promoting on tv aren't even available? Very very frustration. On the plus side, the quality is great and i've never had an issue there.

Absolutely Horrible customer service. I cancelled an order years ago and they still charged my account! They told me there was nothing they can do and I had to dispute it with my credit card company! Years past, I thought let's try again, they sent me a discount code. I placed my MULTI-HUNDRED dollar order and they cancelled it saying I cannot use that discount! I got disconnected/hung up on twice with customer service only to talk to a supervisor unwilling to even try and improve my experience with them. I was disrespected and ignored. Unfortunate, cause I love the clothes and I teach yoga. But I will be going somewhere else from now on.

THIS IS A SCAM! Beware, my 15 yr old daughter bought one t-shirt online and Fabletics started charging us $49.95 per month in a membership fee. We tried to cancel the membership but received no response from Fabletics. We finally had to flag these charges as fraudulent with our credit card company before anyone at Fabletics would talk with us. Even then the representative was evasive and only canceled the account when he understood our daughter was a minor.
Kate Hudson should be ashamed of the exploitive methods on her site. Fabletics is fleecing the public. I have lost all respect for Ms. Hudson and the other 'stars' whose clothing lines are represented on this site. Please spread the word to boycott this site. It is a SCAM.

I decided to cancel because money got a little tighter and I couldn't afford it anymore, and they make it nearly impossible. They put me on hold for FORTY MINUTES and the whole time I was on hold, an (844) number that I don't know called me over and over. Other people have reported the same number calling them when they called fabletics to cancel, so it appears to be their technique to get you to hang up on the cancellation call. When I finally got on the phone with a person, she would not take "no" for an answer. I had to repeat myself for about twenty minutes until she finally let me cancel and then she put me on hold again before confirming my cancellation. She argued and argued with me about the affordability of fabletics (as if she understood my financial situation better than me) and it was a really awful experience. Please do not buy from them. It's really unethical.
Awful. Need I repeat what others are saying? Really shady practices... it just makes me cringe that places are doing this to the American public. What normal individual can afford to spend 50$ a month on spandex?! Please avoid, not only because you will save money, but because companies like this shouldn't be allowed to make a profit based on morally wrong behavior. The greedy 1%, it's sickening.
I called customer service and I could not hear anything she saying. She asked for my email and it took her like 5 times to get it right.
I told her their was a lot of background noise and she apologized and said their was many of them in that room. That was pretty annoying.
I asked for a refund on my member credit and she said their was no option for that. Ive never heard of a company not having an option for that. I had to tell her several times I wanted to cancel because she didn't want to do it.
I want my money back. Poor customer service.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
