I'm disappointed in the fact that I forgot to "skip the month" one month (really, I missed the second, "yes I want to skip the month" box), but can't use the money you took from me for sale promotions. What?! Come on. I have to buy things at full price, why is that money not as good as a new/different $49.99. Honestly, very frustrating and enough for me to "quit" fabletics - but I have to wait until you have my size in stock on a $49.99+ outfit on the first of the month. There are plenty of other brands that don't have the same stipulations for what specific money can be used on what specific products.
These dipsh*ts must have some really fine print. I signed up to get the 2 for 24 deal not knowing these kleptos would rip 60 dollars out of my account each month without even sending me an email to let me know. I've lost my hard earned money to this deceitful company.

They take advantage of the buyer, made money off of people's trust. Policy and customer service designed to be avoidant, and they will not keep their word in offering to cancel your account. They trick you into blindly authorize bogus charges for clothes you can buy for 5-10 bucks at any outlet store with the same quality. Kate Hudson you really gona sell us out like that?
I've had a few challenges: 1)somehow ending up with two accounts that they couldn't merge - so I just lost credit / status for the level I was actually purchasing at 2)the bras are terrible - they need sizing for bustier ladies, so I try to avoid purchasing the bras 3) shirts are HUGE - I had to go down to an xs to get something that didn't look hideous on me. That said, the quality of material, especially in the shorts and leggings, is very very good for the price. When I first became a member the outfits were super cute and fit my workout style. I purchased a couple of jackets that were awesome also! Now they are branching off into sleepwear and swimwear and stuff I'm not interested in buying from Fabletics. Seems like they are losing their way as a company.

The employee I worked with was very helpful to find what was pared up and find things in my size. The other employees also helped if I had other questions. They worked well as a team. My husband was also able to have a seat while I was being helped. With spring and summer coming I would like to see some running shorts.

I had a great time shopping on the website. It was easy for me to find what I wanted and the photos did a great job of showcasing the product. Overall a very seamless experience!
I have bought a lot of clothes from Fabletics, and I'm a very active person. The outfits that are suitable for high impact are limited in number and have less aesthetically pleasing designs. They also tend to start falling apart—stretching, holes, rips at seams, unraveling seams—within 3mo of use.

I've been fabletics member since January of 2017. Everything went well with my first order (great price, great quality). I've successfully skipped February, but March... They are stating "skip a month before the 5th and you won't get charged". I've skipped a month on March 3rd! And still got charged. I will cancel my membership as soon as possible and will NEVER sign up for this bullsh*t! You can do much better Kate Hudson! Also why we can't cancel membership online and have to deal with live chat and calling customer service?
During a sale I purchased sweat pants and a top. Both were of very good quality and I especially love my sweat pants. The only problem was I didn't realize by purchasing the items that I became a member until I got the first withdrawal of $49.95 from my account. I called the company and they were very polite and courteous. They immediately discontinued my membership with no hassle. Excellent customer service

I've been a member for over two years now and have really enjoyed the quality of clothes that I have received from Fabletics. I use them often for my workouts and everyday wear. I like being able to see how the clothing will fit on different body types and the wide range of clothing beyond leggings (bras and outerwear).
I find it challenging to find descriptions of the legging types, especially how the style-type has changed through the years and trying to find comparable styles to what I have previously purchased. Availability of colours and sizes is challenging to say the least. I also very much dislike the subscription business model. I don't need clothes every month and find it to be a huge annoyance to have to opt-out every month and/or risk being charged a credit. This model would be one of the only reasons I would discontinue shopping at Fabletics because otherwise their clothes have been fabulous.

I was very excited to try Fabletic's leggings when I saw the 2 for $24 deal. I thought it was a promotion to allow a broader audience to try out the brand since it's relatively new. I got the leggings and loved them. One month later I see a $49 charge on my checking account to Fabletics and initiated an online chat to inquire, thinking it was a mistake. I waited over an hour for someone to start chatting, and no one did. I finally ended up calling and getting someone on the phone after about a five minute wait. The girl who answered explained that I signed up for a VIP membership, which was not at all clear when I purchased the 2 for $24. I feel like they intentionally made the VIP deal's terms and conditions difficult to find. I asked the girl to cancel because I no longer wanted to support a company that would treat its customers like that. It took her a long time to agree to cancel but she finally did. The leggings are nice, but it was definitely not worth all of that.
I've been wanting to order for a while... Saw a demi Lovato outfit I loved so I finally did... Came in the mail and the idiots made it wrong. It was the high waisted legging outfit with the cross cross and the morons sewed one of the bands twisted so it doesn't lay flat at all when I wear it... It stays rolled up. Oh and PLUS the VIP membership is a SCAM! They take $50 out of your bank account every month after your first order as a "credit" on their account. So shocked Kate Hudson would be the face of this brand. I'll stick to my basic reliable Nike leggings from now on. Oh and also the bra that went with the outfit offers 0 support! More like a club wear top

I canceled my subscription over the summer bc of the monthly charges; I simply could not afford to shop with them anymore and thought it would be a simple cancelation process. I was wrong. I called the help number to cancel my subscription at least twice with the reassurance it would be handled but ended up getting billed twice more after that and have noticed they've been trying to bill me since then despite having canceled. I've tried logging in with my old account information but nothing seems to be amiss, it says I've cancelled, yet I keep getting these notifications. I liked their products but if this is how they treat their customers then it's not worth the trouble. (Why do I have an order ID? I haven't ordered anything in MONTHS)

Fabletics has awesome workout gear and lounge wear. I love their styles and durability of the clothing. Problem is they never seem to have stock in the clothing I like (all of it). When they do get stock in it last for about two hours then the only size left is 3xl. They also have very little stock in their brick and mortar stores for men. They only have basic colors like blue, black, white, grey in stock at the local store. Other than that Fabletics is GREAT!

Absolutely will not shop again. Fabletics aren't transparent about the month by month member fees which for me turn out to be over $70.00 AU. All i wanted to do was purchase my outfit but tge sneaky disclaimer signed me to a hefty monthly membership fee. And, those so called 'member credits' disappeared into thin area. Fabletics needs to thoroughly investigated by the consumer watchdog.
I have been a long time VIP of Fabletics. My only frustration is when I try and skip a month. The system won't let you do it on your phone, on the app, or on an ipad. You can only do it on your computer. You can't even skip a month by calling (I've tried when I've been travelling and away from my computer!). That is super frustrating. But I do love their products and have been happy with most everything I have bought from them.

Fabletics has awesome advertising, but the merchandise shown is almost never available in the sizes needed. If you find the pants, you can't find the top.
When you do finally order, they don't show up for more than 10 days.
I keep thinking it's me, that I'm not following when new stuff drops, but it seems it would be a priority to show people who are members the good stuff first.
Just talked myself into canceling my membership. I shouldn't need to wait.

I bought a pair of leggings to work out in. They fit perfectly and were so comfortable. I wore them 4 times, had not washed them yet and they ripped on the seam. They also had no pocket for a phone. I also bought a sports bra. It also fit perfectly and was very supportive. But the padding is always moving around and extremely difficult to properly replace. And when I wash it, they fall out. I also bought a tshirt. So far, no problems with that.

I cancelled my account in Feb. And I've been charged every month since. I spoke to multiple representatives and then was charged twice in a month. Worst company ever. DO NOT JOIN VIP. The clothes weren't even worth it.

Clothes are decent quality although after a few washes they go downhill fast. Size is all over the board. A medium in one pair of shorts is far to small whereas a large in another style would be big on Andre the giant… Im 5'10" the hoodies on their models who are 6'3 say "medium" and reality it's closer to a normal XS. I got an XL hoodie and after one wash it shrank far beyond a small. Also returns… I returned an item from the monthly subscription of $55 bucks with shipping, they returned $2.88 on my credit card for half of my order that was sent back.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
