I've been a VIP member for over 2 years now maybe longer. I just like their style of how they do things. They consider women AND men. They consider inclusivity. It's easy to skip the month (as I do frequently) but then you can still purchase if you want to. They always have new deals going on. Shipping doesn't take forver. The fabrics and style are always crazy comfortable whether it be for lounging or working out. It's honestly like lululemon but without the ridiculous price attached. Love this company!
Clothing okay. I have about 6-7 months worth of outfits. All okay, but I can honestly get better quality from TJ Maxx/Marshall's. Comfy though and very different in style. In regards to cancelling- I called in the morning (8:30AM CT), very little wait. They did go through the dialog (mentioned in a different post) trying to dissuade me from cancelling, but when I told them "I don't have enough money to afford" (which is true- $50 is a little steep for some for 2 articles of okay clothes) I think he felt awkward enough not to press the subject. Just a tip for anyone cancelling. Fairly painless when you put it honestly. Overall, I am glad to be uncommitted to the website. For a while I hadn't even gotten a reminder email so I kept getting the charges on my account :(. Kate needs better operating/business practices if she wants to keep this brand/Company profitable.
AWFUL. Will charge your card monthly unless you 'skip' your outfit between the 1st and 5th of every month. Will not even let you cancel your account unless you call them. Even chatted with an online 'representative' and they told me I can not cancel online and I need to call them. If I signed up for my account online, I should be able to cancel online. What a scam. I wish I could give Fabletics zero stars. Never been more disappointed and disgusted in a company.
Waited weeks for a package of Christmas gifts without any update to shipping status beyond a label having been created. I called Fabletics and was made to hold for 10+ minutes to connect to an agent and then to have my situation researched. I was given a refund for many of my items because the time period between purchase and my call was too distant. They had already sold out of the items I had paid for. I was rudely told multiple times that I should have called sooner. Not sure how the responsibility falls on me - the customer. Being that it was within a few weeks of the holiday, I couldn't find anything from Fabletics and had to take my business elsewhere.

I foolishly joined the VIP programme last year. After realising how it worked I rang them to cancel my membership. Managed to get 60% of my credit back. After making a purchase with the remaining 40% of funds before christmas I now see that they have taken another £44 from my paypal account in January- Fraudulent!
I have just set up a dispute with paypal over the transaction and have blocked fabletics as a pre-approved vendor... Whish I wasn't aware that I'd even done!
How anyone can hold their head up in public as the owner of this company astounds me- Kate Hudson should be ashamed of herself.
Advertised full outfit for $25. Yet they didn't have any of the styles that come at the discount or sales prices in my size. Tried logging on with several different names and different sizes just to see what would happen and yep it happened again. Full price items are the only thing found in my size whether I am under my medium or my large pseudonym. I actually tried calling them and they were so rude that even if it wasn't all a misleading scam, I wouldn't ever do business with them. Found out later through reading other reviews that I really dodged a bullet by not doing business with them. Any company that keeps there business practices in the fine print is not worth doing business with.
I kind of feel ripped off being charged a monthly fee saying that I can get something for $80 worth. Can't imagine a sweatshirt or a pair sweatpants or leggings being worth $80. And then when I have my daughters look it says they can get things for $23 where I just got charged $54. Very discontent and upset about this whole process

Absolutley horrible, never did i see or was aware they were going to be taking 50$ (actually 70$ for me since im Canadian) out of my account every month for literally nothing! They advertise that its a free membership and that you dont have to spend ANY money yet they just take money from you if you dont "skip the month" which i was never informed about as when u first purchase something ur able to join the membership for FREE and does not say anything about a monthly charge. AND you have to remember to skip EVERY month?! Whos got the time!? Kate hudson is scammer and there is no reason she needs any more money but takes the money from people withtout disclosing all the information. Shame on you kate hudson whatever it is ur famous for (acting? Barley.)

I ordered 100s of dollars from them over 8 months but last time they didnt ship for 9 days and when I called they made it seem like it was my fault even though I was never informed of the problem. They offered me 20% off my next order as if that would make it any better and then now I keep getting charges to my account. Customer service line never answers or disconnects half way through

I enjoy shopping at Fabletics for clothing to work out in. The collection is vast, and the quality of the clothing is excellent! The only negative I have is that when I order online through my computer, the checkout always knocks me out and says my cart is empty. So if I want to order, I must do so through my iPhone.

All the leggings I've ordered from fabletics are amazing and good quality. I'll exercise and dance in them all the time, but I recently ordered some joggers/sweatpants and the stitching has completely fallen apart in the crotch area. I only wear them at home for relaxing and so I don't know why they've work out so quickly. It's a shame. They're so comfortable.

Ever since I joined Fabletics I have loved everything I've ordered. From their sweatpants to their golf polos. Everything is fantastic quality and extremely comfortable. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is Because of their shipping delays. My orders have always been delayed by a week +, and sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive. I understand the world we live in now, but I wish they wouldn't give me an expected delivery date so soon knowing it will be at least another week before it gets to me.

Was very annoyed after learning I was paying for a "membership". That alone will likely be the reason I never purchase again. In addition, going on the BBB website and see every complaint being the same as mine. How is it still the case that this is going on? Until the company develops some kind of sense I will not be a customer.

I love the product that I purchased. Very comfortable and soft. I did not intentionally select the high priced VIP plan. Fortunately, I was refunded the two automatic debits I incurred. Customer service was very prompt in responding to my concerns. Refund was quick and hassle free.

I have been a member since spring of 2020, I have tried multiple times to order running shorts, and I have still to this day never been able to get a pair. Other items that I want are also often out of stock, particularly petite sizes, and I try to order on the first day. The products are good, but I often end up having to skip a month because what I want is rarely available. In fact when I do order, I'm usually settling for
Something else (typically something on sale) and not what I want the most. I have thought about canceling multiple times, but have hung on in hopes that this will improve. I have however found good prices when things go on sale and have ordered many tanks at a reasonable sale price. I wish there were more running shorts regularly stocked, and more petite leggings.

It's easy to skip a month and order when we you want if you don't want to pay the monthly fee. The clothes are great quality and I've enjoyed everything a lot so far. The fit was correct to my measurements and there is great size inclusion

I strongly dislike giving people wild mark downs to join an auto draft membership. The clothing is wildly overpriced to begin with. Even the discount you get with the membership, the outfits aren't worth $49. I don't like the way outfits are paired, forced into getting outfits I don't like just for the sake of using the credit… because everything is out of stock in my size. The 7/8s pants are ugly, find it odd there's only a few in store or online in full length leggings. If they can afford to sell leggings 2/$24, there's no reason they should be regularly priced at $85 for a single pair. That's greed and manipulation for a $49 auto draft monthly.

Do NOT sign up. Clothes are undersized and cheaply made. Cannot reach anyone at customer service and will be contacting my credit card company to deal with them. Cannot reach anyone to cancel the VIP service. Will be sending things back with a return to sender sticker..
Had a membership but never had anything that I liked. Styles are all the same. Tried the store and they had very little inventory. Ordered some items and they sent them all to the incorrect address and didn't send exactly what we ordered. Always a frustrating experience

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
