My first pair didn't quite work so I asked to do an exchange and they helped me find the amazing pair I have now that has pockets! Love the flexibility of the pants, and I literally forget my phone is in my pocket it is that comfortable.
I thought the idea of "credits" being used was going to be nice, but I realized some small items that equal one credit seem like a waste of my money. I don't feel like I'm getting anything out of "being a member". I want to cancel actually. It's been too long- same kinds of clothes over and over- and seems like offering less and less for the money.

I am not a very tall person and I would liked to have purchased clothing for people who are on the short side. Whenever I ordered something I ended up giving it away because the waist came up to high. Also, when and if you decide to cancel you must call and talk to someone. When you call they try to talk you into keeping your account and adding other services.

It is very frustrating when I get an email showing all the new stuff there is. But some of the items aren't even an option. I also find that the sizes are very limited and sell out fast. I am not a fan that I already pay a 49$ member fee and when I use my credits I have to pay an additional fee. I feel the items are over priced at that point. I would love to see more pattern options in the near future.

I did a lot of research before I placed my order because the reviews made me SO nervous! So I placed my first order and I had to sign up in order to be part of the Black Friday deal. I immediately called customer service and asked to be removed from the subscription, which they did offer me a coupon if I didn't cancel but I told them I was sure I wanted to cancel and they canceled for me without any hassle. I ended up getting 4 pairs of leggings for $50 which is a great deal as long as they are decent quality. The package arrived in about 3 days which was super fast. The pants I received seem really high quality which I was really surprised about. They fit well, though they are kinda tight around the tummy they make my butt look good also! Overall I'm pleased with the experience, just make sure you understand the subscription that you're automatically signed up for. You can cancel anytime for no fee, just call customer service.

I'm not going to say anything about their "reward program" (a total scam). But I did decide I wanted to get a bra from their website with a new line they have. So I ordered it at full price/expidited shipping. They sent the shipment to my mother in another state, even though I've never lived there or had anything shipped there when I was a member of the reward program. I should have taken the lesson a few years ago when I tried to work with their customer service department. Trying to get in touch with anyone there is a joke. You have to call to get anything done and their service is terrible.

Order online took almost a month. Items you didn't received and keep insisting that they have a picture that it was delivered but don't give you the copy. They insist to give you a store credits instead of a refund. BE AWARE!

I wasn't very excited about spending soo much leggings with Fabletics, but after Old Navy changed their material I was on the hunt for a good supportive legging to love.
After reading all of the reviews and doing research with which legging would fit my needs, I purchased the Define style. Everything is great, except the waistband. And to me the waistband is the most critical part because when going about daily activities and working out you don't want to constantly have to be pulling or adjusting your pants out in public! I thought maybe there would be a difference with the high waisted define legging but still ran into the the same issue.
I really wanted to love this brand. Out of 100, I would give them 75.

If you advertise items on sale, clearance prices - then charge me full price when I go to use my monthly subscription payment at check out... charging me triple the price advertised... I will not go back. Besides that - the quality can be found at Amazon for half the price you pay here... and it doesn't take 2+ weeks to receive it. I've tried this subscription 2x - both times I canceled after only a few months. OVER Priced and switch and bait.

It would be rated higher but you can't cancel the VIP which is annoying. That should be changed because I don't like $53 being charged to my account every month and having to remember to cancel it the first of the month.

Like the flexibility of the monthly membership. Clothes are excellent in terms of variety and quality and consistent sizing. Prices are reasonable especially with all the terrific sales that happen. Excellent shipping and return policy. I recommend it to others to join.

I tried to send an invite to my sister to join Fabletics, the site said her email address was already in use. She has never signed up for Fabletics. I tried 3 of her email addresses, all would not send. I tried to review some of the clothes I've received. The review wont save because some of the required fields are not functioning properly and wont allow you to enter information. Over all I love my products but the site and app need some serious attention.

The company clearly tricks you into paying 49£ a month by hiding the cost in the fine print at the end of order emails and in the terms and conditions. Practices like these are illegal and this company should be shut down.

What if you can not afford to be and, VIP?!
Does that mean if you are( not rich) have to join the VIP Club for 50.00 and, get a new out fit every month.
I can not afford to be a VIP but though,
I just though anybody could just pick one out for 25.00 outfits without having to join some High Society Club.

I love the product however the time it takes for the products to be delivered is to much. Keeps me from wanting to purchase because I dont know how long it will take to come in. Getting anything new for a special event cant happen due to the extended ship time. I also dont like that because I sent a package to my daughter Jasmin, my account name was changed. Ordered from the two for $20 sale but prices in cart came up as $15 despite being marked mix and match 2for $20. Called customer service and they were no help at all. Not sure they understood English - my first language. Cancelled items not honoring advertised prices.

I have been trying to return 3 items since 4th of January. 10 collections have been booked now and Hermes have failed to appear at any of them. Customer services solution each time is just to book another collection! That is clearly not working, how many days do i have to waste sitting at home waiting for Hermes? Fabletics have had my money since December 12th and i want it back. Pathetic customer service and returns process, won't be buying from ever again. I have opened a chargeback with my card company, as it looks like that is the only way i'll get my refund.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the package or even get notified that it has shipped out yet. I have chatted with costumer service on week 2, week 3 and now on week 5 and they all tell me different things such as, an item being out of stock and they are waiting for it to come back in stock to ship my package. Each time I talk to someone they tell me my package should ship out the following week, but it hasn't. This is very frustrating and something like this should not take 5 plus weeks to ship. I am very dissatisfied with this company.

I just love love love the leggings from fabletics. They hold, compress and most important to me, since all eyes are on me all the time (fitness Instructor) no see through! I do not buy any other brand. None compare to fabletics!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
