I was really let down by Fabletics. The shorts looked good and were priced so well, but they need to work on their inventory and customer experience first.
I ordered some shorts but they came in the wrong size. After struggling to find anyone who would answer me from their customer service team, I finally found someone who told me the shorts were sold out and I'd have to wait a month until they're re-stocked. I thought it was crazy that a color as simple as black would take a month to restock but I went with it. When the month mark rolled around, I tried again and again, the shorts were sold out. No one on the customer service team could tell me when the shorts would be back so I wound up canceling the order entirely and canceling my membership.
I was driven to the site because of a sale that was advertised, than I was put on a monthly membership without my knowledge (yes probably on the super tiny small print) plus my item took over two weeks to be delivered

I order leggings and a sports bra in size extra-small. I received two pairs of leggings one was size medium (clearly wrong)! I called and asked for a return label and for them to ship me the correct product. They then shipped me a medium sports bra in the wrong color as well. I was so upset and disappointed! I have decided to skip each month for the foreseeable future.

I hope Kate Hudson sleeps well at night knowing her company just took $49.95 from a single Mom with two jobs. That's not very nice. It's very shady. I'm super bummed because I work in the fitness industry and I really like this brand but I feel like they totally bamboozled me in to the VIP membership, without explaining what it was or how it worked, and it wasn't until my bank account was debited $49.95 that I even realized I was a VIP member.

I ordered products for myself and daughters for Christmas. My daughter's were happy with the leggings. I like the quality of my leggings and sports bra I bought for myself. However the website was difficult to navigate. The process of requiring you to join a club just to buy clothing was very difficult and confusing. I personally do not need $50-75 worth of active wear every month. I would only repeat this if desperate for a gift.

I have credits that build up b/c there is never stock in my size... i sometimes by items i don't need just b/c i have points and there is no stock in items i do need. Additionally, there is not a ton of variety in tops. Seem to be stuck in a rut w/ crop everything which i get is the trend right now but how about some classic/timeless pieces.

I've been a fabletics member for years and while I have no complaints with the product, I find their program model need to be revamped. There is no opportunity to purchase additional credits, the best offers for their black Friday sale were limited meaning I couldn't take advantage of the opportunity to purchase items on the site even though i am at the top of their membership benefit group. I was excluded from sales! How is that a benefit? I also have not received my birthday offer and have not been able to redeem my member credit from redeeming points. There doesn't seem to be much benefit to being a member. The website says that credits can be applied towards outfits or items valued up to $100 but that is not the case in practice. The website doesn't show accurately.

I viewed the pants only, looked sharp, tapered, but not to tapered, good material, etc. So, I bought a pair.
When I tried them on, the waist fit, the length was good, but the room that was in the thighs of the pants was enormous.
The pants looked ridiculous on me. Very very disappointed. I will not order, or look to buy anything from Fabletics again.

When I eventually opened my order which came in separate packages, I hated the printed 1 tremendously... it didn't fit well either & it had no pocket... which is my main draw to your product. I had called also to find out what happened to my order, I didn't realize it was coming regular mail. As mentioned in my original share, I am 4' 11" and was concerned about the fit... well the large fit but gathered at the ankle & the medium was great at the ankle but was lacking in the waist area. 1 legging had my valued pocket & the other had a pocket that might hold 1 debit card. With my busy schedule I had not returned the ugly shapeless print & I suppose it's too late now. My focus is not on ordering more at this time.

Do not buy from here. The quality is poor for the price. The customer service is awful, you can never get hold of anyone and when you do you get cut off. They hold on to your money as it takes so long to get a refund. They also get you to sign up to a VIP programme that takes money from your account with out you realising. I will never use this company again.

I have been dissatisfied with the lack of creativity concerning the designs. At this point I don't need anything new as my wardrobe is sufficient.
I was disappointed in the complicated return policy. By accident, I ordered two of a style and I was disappointed in the complicated return policy. I was forced to give the second outfit away.
I do not plan on ordering anything new for awhile.

I received a email saying my order had been placed. I logged in thinking someone hacked my account but saw it was shipping to my house. I called customer service right when i got the email saying it was placed and she said there's nothing she can do it already left the warehouse ( i don't know how it left the Wearhouse that quick) and i told her i didn't place that order and she said it was a automatic thing for back in stock. I do not remember ever hitting that option and I would never buy that jacket. I feel like if there's a "notify me when in stock" then you should notify the person not just place the order for the $80 jacket that i didn't order. She said i would have to wait to get it and then return it and wait for a refund. So now with the holiday season im out $80 for a few weeks waiting on that. The most inconvenient experience i ever had with a website.

They, unknowingly, charged me for a monthly VIP membership. When I tried to get over the $500 back that they stole from me, I only got back $100 and then a "complementary" $50 gift card. The gift card is only good for some of the clothes, so in reality I received less than 1/5 of the money they took from me
I wanted to order 2 leggings (which I did) and apparently I automatically enrolled in a 49,95 monthly membership... customer service said- didn't you read Terms&Conditions? Like what? If you enrol people in such subscriptions- make it very obvious an noticeable for people! They said- after your purchase you got an e-mail confirming the enrolment and how to pause/ cancel it- I didn't get such an email, I got one only when the money was already payed. I realised it now (when 2 months had already been paid), so I will only get back 1. So they literally took 49,95 from me. I mean- cmon! Please give me the first payment back as well... Bcs I think the shop it self is fine- just don't hide such things or make them waay more prominent. *******

We ordered $24 of shorts. Apparently they signed us up for a monthly membership fee of $59.95 with no notification whatsoever. It wasn't until after two months we noticed the charge. I suppose they can quality for one star because the shorts are good, and they are supposedly refunding us the money quickly.
Beware of the monthly service charge thats nowhere stated. They owe me close to $100 bucks and its been a fight to get it. They claim theyve issued me a refund and Ive yet to get it. Order was placed back in December. Its a shame Kate Hudson is associated with this company

Look, I have nothing bad to say about a single piece of clothing so far. But the clothes probably aren't ethically made, the bottom tier employees doubtfully get paid a fair wage, and the subscription based method of creating brand loyalty is scummy.
But the clothes are good and bringing Lizzo in was smart because I'm here now.

I'm very pleased with the service and quality of materials. Prices are decent, and even amazing when on sale. I'm a fashionuer. Accordingly, most women don't wear your outfits to the gym. Yet, I do! Fabletics quality, unique, eclectic and eccentric designs motivate me to go to the gym and work out hard!

I ordered 2 tights which I have to say I love. But I didn't realize after the purchase they been charging my account every month $49.95 without me knowing! I have no idea why? I just reported to my credit card company. Highly disappointed! I would've ordered again if it wasn't for this.

My title says it all. These are quality clothes at a great price and they come in TALL! People sometimes complain when pants are too long, but for us tall women, you can't add to pant length, but you can hem them. Fabletics clothes are great. Delivery is quick. Returns ARE PAID FOR! I now have a great varietyof them. Thank you for this product. They are my go to for working out and comfort.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
