The site performs pretty well but it's annoying when you have to go back-and-forth in and out of the shopping cart and you have to bypass the recommended add-ons every time. I wish products always had inseam lengths on all pants/leggings.
The leggings are great, but the sports bras don't fit me at all. I have small breasts, but large ribs, and the sports bras, ordered in a necessary medium, are too large in the chest to fit decently. I also would prefer clothing that is much more simpler, and not so full of prints.

I love fabletics. I love to be comfortable always and the clothing is just that. My issue is nothing is ever available in my size. 9 times out of 10 what I want is sold out, or it'll be in my cart and disappear moments later as "not available". Superrrrrr frustrating. Then the item is never in stock again. I know I sound like a black Karen right now, but I swear it ruins my day. Please please make more items available for purchase. Small/medium in tops and large on bottom. Definitely should be a healthy inventory for such a large and established company. Otherwise, love them. Found my favs, just wish I can get other colors/options.

I love their products and have been a member since they started up but now they send emails every day I have changed my info on my account and have spoken to them on the phone but does change anything every day still get emails from them so as much as I like their product they annoying emails turned me away

Feeling extremely ripped off and scammed. I only made one purchase almost a year ago and was somewhat happy with the quality of the garments. Sadly, I have been charged every month for there VIP membership that I never used! I tried to cancel my membership, but it was literally like puling teeth. In fact the number that was on the website months ago basically put you on hold then hung up. Very exhausted and frustrated with this company!

I placed an order after joining, it said it shipped, then later I was alerted that the entire order was cancelled. I never received the items. I also joined because I read good things about the maternity items, and now there's very little stock and nothing in my size.

I love the brand and have for many years. I have noticed that the online experience is getting less prompt. Slower ship times and more items out of stock. Still will purchase but bummed to see the delay in online purchases.

I have been purchasing the powerhold leggings for years, my most recent purchase I was super unhappy with brand placement…. Why on earth would someone who knows garment design place a label on the back of the thigh. I won't be purchasing these again. Likely won't be purchasing anything again since it's a hideous placement. Fire your designer.

Shipping takes way too long when you order online.
From the moment I walked in the door customer service was first class. Your Manager was polite and so knowledgeable knowing your merchandise. She helped me in 10 minutes and I was out. I will never have a perfect purchase as I experienced today. Ms Myers was first rate.
I would line to see Fabletics improve with shipping speed. Please work on shipping out sooner. The company offers great deals and prices. It would be nice to see longer tops to cover more in the hip area. I know I would purchase more tops from you than pants.

The staff at fashion Square in Scottsdale is outstanding. They always great you in a friendly manner. They always help find a size or an outfit that works. Artdie The manager really promotes customer service with her staff. Best store at the mall. I also, love the product. I can't tell you how many Fabletics outfits I have.

I found the process to purchase my items very easy to follow. The only problem I had was choosing what I wanted to buy from all the amazing choices. I would've appreciated an email letting me know when my purchase was being shipped but I did not receive one.

The shipping company they work with, Lasershipment, will never get your order delivered to you. I ordered shorts and after a month of them sending it between two different factories, the package gets damaged and is unable to get delivered. After calling Fabletics customer service over 5 times within this month, they kept directing me to call the Lasership customer service cause apparently it's my job to fix their mistake. They didn't help at all either. They say they'll look into it and get it fixed for you but they won't do anything. Fabletics and Lasership are the two worst customer experiences I've ever experienced and you'll never get your package on time. They also could not refund me to my credit card, I am currently waiting 4-6 weeks for a check refund, also another mistake on their part. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Decided on other items. Took weeks to get them. I still to this day, do not have two pairs of shorts from my cyber Monday purchase.

I forget to check options by the deadline and get charged. Sometimes my size is out of stock or don't fit and I want to skip but miss. Bummer but will have to discontinue soon to alleviate the hassle.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
