Please delete my subscription. I felt like I was tricked into subscribing with the really good pants deal and you're making it impossible to cancel. You've completely trapped me. Please delete my subscription.
I use to love fabletics and the quality and how it fit my body and did roll down while running. I came back and tried them again and was shocked by the material and how it did not feel the same as before. I tested them out for a run and the pants started to roll down and not stay in place within the first 1/4 mile. So disappointed

Member credits are $54/month yet most items cost less than that or significantly less than that causing you to over pay if you use your member credit. For example, the latest sale included items 2 for $29 or 1 member credit, if the member credit was used it would have been 2 for $54. That's $25 more, almost double the cost.

Was SOOO excited to try on my new leggings but was instantly disappointed. They are see-through! Bought the high waisted power hold in black. Total disappointment. Plus they're so itchy! I'll never wear these. =( Was expecting to literally live in these based on the Fabletics commercials. WORST. Didn't even try on my second pair. For this quality I'll stick to Ross or Amazon and NOT have to deal with monthly membership "skips" or charges! Boo.

I've used fabletics for a long time! I returned an item that didn't fit right to exchange for a larger size. It was a bikini top. It took OVER a month to get the exchange. Once I did, that piece didn't fit right either and I ended up returning the bikini. I never got refunded for the item. Sure return/exchanges are free, but what a hassle.

Fabletics gives such a wonderful online shopping experience. The website and mobile app are user friendly. Exchanges and returns are so easy. The Powerhold/highwaisted leggings are my favorite by far of any other brand in the market. Honestly, all of their highwaisted leggings are amazing. I can concentrate on my workout and not have to worry about pulling them up or re-adjusting them. I get compliments on them all the time at the gym. They have other great pieces in their collections as well. Hence why I've been a customer for... I'm guessing... 8+ years?!:-)

After 8 months of tracking, calling, yelling and finally getting a new credit card... I FINALLY got a credit for $299! I'm still confused about one thing: If I originally ordered from one account... how on earth did they gain access to 2 of my other accounts? Isn't that illegal? I called my credit card company, my bank and spoke to them about my daughter's account. They somehow gained access to 2 separate accounts they never had in the first place. Like... what? Kate: really? I will NEVER recommend Fabletics to anyone! What does she care though. She is shrugging off the bad reviews all the way to the bank. As long as she is getting paid what does she care... right?
I thought I was doing a good thing for my granddaughter when she signed up for this company. Turns out they were charging my credit card $49.95 monthly and she was supposed to remember to call the company every month and tell them she was not ordering anything.On review of her emails she had not received a monthly email reminding her to cancel for the month and my cc was charged.

I think the membership is unnecessary. You should not have to be picked into a membership and worry about skipping each month to avoid a big charge. I would still order from fabletics but should not be locked in

I felt the shorts I ordered had a very poor fit. First of all the size range seems to run smaller than other American products. Second, the waist band of the shorts does not have any flexibility to it so that it will conform better to various body types. The first shorts I ordered were large and they seemed to be too small and the waist band didn't give enough to hug my body. I ordered my second set as extra large and they are way too big. I feel the overall design of the shorts needs to be improved as noted.

I was a little hesitant at first to buy… but once I started wearing the actual clothes I was a believer. Feels like good quality. Color waves are great. Lots of great options and often at a sale price.

The clothes itself is really great! However, the customer service is abysmal.
I asked for a refund for a membership credit, because I had remembered cancelling my VIP account, and was told that they didn't have a process for refunding the credit. I got on her $#*! about wasting my time knowing that she didn't have a process for refunding the credit and suddenly her story changed and they COULD refund the credit.

I would constantly forget to skip months and was charged the subscription fee and in tern had credits on my account. I was disappointed to always everything on sale for less than what I was charged for my credit. So, anytime I would purchase something it would be less for someone who didn't have a credit but I was still paying more.

The products are great, but you often can't get what you want. For example, I love the cashel swing tank and have it in several colors, but for months this item hasn't been available in the colors I would yet like to acquire. Also, size small is often sold out. In addition, I don't like having to decline purchases each month, or else be dinged $49.99 for not checking the box. Not nice, Fablitics. The website could be cleaner and faster---needs an update---too busy and distracting and takes a long time to load. On the other hand, I love every product I have purchased. Thanks.

I love Fabletics clothing but the whole premise of having to remember to go in and "skip" the month every month or be charged the &49.95 is awful. Even with a reminder on my calendar there are times I forget. I want to buy when I want to buy and hate my card being charged if I forget to "skip". Such a scam. I will be quitting my membership due to this.

First of all, the quality of the clothes that fabletics sells is outstanding. I find myself wearing their clothes the majority of time. They are so comfortable, well fitting, and easy to care for. Their website is very user friendly. I am so pleased that I decided to remain a member.

I love everything about Fabletics. The softness of the leggings down to the fit of the leggings. The most I live is that they stay in place they do not roll nor sag. I'm a little on the heavy side and it's always been one or other but with Fabletics I never have that issue. Customer for life

When trying to do a return, item took a month and a half to get processed, customer service didn't let me know, I had to contact them several times to get updates, even when they gave me store credit back and a discount code for the delays, I tried to use them to buy something but they only allowed either store credit or discount, not both, overall just not worth it.

Well, I love the products themselves, no fault with them. The biggest problem I had is that whenever I would try to order shorts, they were almost always out of stock, and even when I picked options that were in stock, there would usually still be an error processing my order, so I would have to mix and match and change random things about my order until finally the site would accept my order. It was always a long and annoying guessing game. I could never just shop for what I wanted. I always just had to go with what I was okay with. Again, I only had that problem with the shorts. But the shorts are the main thing I wanted to buy. That is why I cancelled my membership. But also, the hype and the marketing are just super fake and gimmicky, and the prices are ridiculous. Which also didn't help. I'd rather shop elsewhere. Oh, one time I called customer support though, and it was very helpful. Their customer support is excellent.

The pop up shop was at my daughters' cheer competition and the associate who helped me was amazing! I have an account with Fabletics and had a credit on there she told me I could use towards the purchase which was great! I love Fabletics and now my daughters do too!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
