The vip program was not advertised well up front and i had no clue i was being signed up for it. After a few hours on the phone however and fabletics denying my refund they finally relented and refunded the full amount for the vip program. I will not be purchasing products from fabletics in the future.
I ordered 5 leggings, I never received them, paid $100+ for them. I contacted costumer service multiple times and the answer that I received was "it shows as delivered"
Delivered where? I'm sure it wasn't to my house, be careful if you buy here, you never gonna get any replacement or refund if you're package is lost

Do yourself a favor & do not shop at Fabletics or join their BS VIP program, it's a scam! I was going through order so me leggings for Christmas presents, there was a promo for a "free bag" with $100 purchase but they charged me for the bag. When I called the customer service, they informed me I wasn't eligible for the promotion because I was using VIP points. The website clearly says in black & white that you can use points & still be eligible for the promotion. I cancelled my order, my membership & will do everything I can to make sure people know about their $#*!ty business practices!

I reported my package missing 2 weeks after it shipped. It was tracking within my state and at the same location for 10 days. It took me 2 attempts to refund my money. After a month my favorite leggings were gone and not available to purchase. No attempt was made to help me track the missing package.

I loved Fabletics when I first subscribed. The $50 monthly subscription was worth it and the frequent member sales were great deals. Then supply chain issues became a problem and while it was frustrating, everyone was having them. The user interface on the app made it difficult to use your bonus points and the reward items were not always the most desirable. My size was frequently unavailable. The real kicker was the restructuring of the subscription program. Now almost every time I order the item is less than my monthly subscription cost. This causes me to pay for the actual item and save my subscription points for another day. So I end up with a ton of points and Fabletics gets more money than I get clothing. It's a horribly rigged system and they really need to reevaluate it. I know at least 4 people who have canceled their subscriptions because of the new subscription program structure.

I do love the quality it's just difficult to navigate available products most of the time, also I would love to have an option of "pausing for extended periods of time instead of trying to remember every month if I'm not looking to purchase every month but still want to be a member

There are some really nice items/clothes offered on the site. But the bigger sizes are rarely available. It's like we've finally gotten awareness of our sizes, now we must push for more availability of our sizes...

So much excessive advertising and emailing. When in reality fabletics has no sizes to sell on basically everything on the site. No sizes available. Why sign up for the discount program when there's nothing to buy?

I love the power hold leggings. But I have returned a few items I never got credited for. I would prefer it was just a purchase site instead of a monthly subscription. I feel like I would probably buy more that way. Really like the quality of the power hold but very disappointed in purchases that were bad quality items such as a few outfits that were suggested to me

I am constantly having a problem with the cancellation of the membership of something I did not sign up for. I need some form of management to contact me because this has been going on for 3 months being charged $49.95 for each month straight. I tried canceling it myself but there is NO way to delet your card info

The clothes look very nice online and on TV, but the quality of the clothing is poorly made. The fabric material was very thin so thin you could see my underwear. I order all my clothing in petite I ordered a tank top in a small and it was falling off of me.

The member credits are wothless. You pay 59 and can not use that towards multiple items. You will end up spending 59 dollars for a 20 dollar sports bra. The outfits are limited. Once you order they will send a shipping notifcation and then let it sit for 2 weeks " waiting forr courier". Good luck getting someone to help on the chat. I tried 3 different times and sat waiting for assistance for 10 minutes. I do not recommend.
I used to love your cloths, best leggings I've ever owned 8ish years ago. I still have a few pairs. They had a fun creative beach vibe, now they seem cheap ill fitting and geto. Even when I find something I like you never have enough stock in small.

This company is a total scam. With my first order I was made a "member". Going forward a charge was made to my account for months... something like 45.00. I called company, I had a very hard time getting a refund.
I received a so called credit towards future purchases... which I have been unable to use successfully.
I stupidly gave them 3 months of $49.95 without knowing I had signed up to do so. Every time I try to use my credit, they make it impossible to do so. I will now have to take time to call them and try to get some of my money back in overpriced workout clothes. What a scam.

Far too many people here clearly didn't read what they were getting into. I got my email every month telling me what my "new outfits" were. I knew I had to tell them I was deferring or whatever, in order to not get charged. And I wasn't. Easy peasy. I have ordered from here 2 or 3 times, got a shirt and pants for my husband too. We're happy with the products, they fit well, they're made well, they look nice. But I don't need this much workout gear or lounge style clothes, so while it was annoying to have to call a phone number to cancel, I did just that. Of course they tried to woo me with more points but I kindly declined and my "VIP" membership is no more.
If you're not paying attention to your email or your credit card statement, don't blame them - blame yourself for not reading and not reviewing your CC statements. It's not fine print - it's pretty clear straight away.
I love Fabletics but they need to offer more petite lengths. I order the Capri length and because I'm 5'1", they are actually full length on me. Also, I don't think the bra sizing is correct. I ordered the size suggested and it was HUGE on me! I gave it to my sister.
When it was time to be charged for my membership fee they charged a completely different card that I didn't have saved as my default card. It was a card I used once for an order. I've never had a business just charge a random card. I'll never shop from this company again.

Is this a joke? How are so many reviewers getting "scammed" out of their money? Have some accountability, people. Set a calendar alert, use a sticky note, or just use your brain to remember to SKIP the month via the website. This is not rocket science. The website is very clear that you will be charge the monthly fee- which can then be used to purchase items- if you do not log in and hit the button "skip this month". Take the 5 minutes to look at what you're signing up for. I just don't believe that all these people can compose well written complaints, but are unable to understand how BASIC SUBSCRIPTION services work. These clothes are great! I have leggings, bras, and tanks that have lasted me over 2 years with regular use. Again, READ the care instructions and your clothes will stay in great shape. I HIGHLY recommend Fabletics.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
