I have tried to do online chat to explain how I never got my package even though it says it was delivered. I find it appalling that there is no email address to be able to send this to. I expected more from Fabletics as I have been buying from them for years.
I love the styles and the way the clothes look and feel. But I am very disappointed in how long each article of clothing lasts before it starts to de-thread or unravel in a way. I love the way Fabletics works and again love the clothes, except they are starting to not become worth any of my money with how instantly the clothes start to de-thread and form holes. Most recently I bought pants, and after one wash the correct way, two buttons popped off. Very frustrating because up until now I have spoken very highly of Fabletics and even though I have had several clothes form holes, I kept buying thinking the next article of clothing would not quickly unravel but it would. So it is frustrating liking this brand so much and how high quality it looks and feels, but just does not last.

I am a VIP member and as such get discount offers from time to time. I just had such an offer for Mother's Day- $20 off a min $79 purchase. The offer expired at midnight last night but I was having trouble with the website so I left the items in my cart and placed the order the next morning at 9AM. I contacted Fabletics via a live chat and requested the promo to be applied. I was told that they could not do it but I was offered 20% off my next purchase. I'm sorry, you want me to spend another $100 to get my $20 promo back? I'm a VIP member! That has put a very bad taste in my mouth for this company. Giving me my $20 off the order I placed was the correct appreciative thing to do. I cancelled my order and not sure I will continue my membership.

For the price the quality was not Fabletics normal. The sports bra is not supportive at all and not made for females who are large chested. This bra ran smaller than another one that I have which is similar. Pants are cute but sag in the crotch, even though they are the same size as other Fabletic work out pants I own.

A point costs a lot... like $50. And then they offer you a pair of socks for an entire point?!?! The point system needs to be reviewed. When $100 items are on sale for half off, they won't let you buy with a point... you will need to cough up the cash... this too makes no sense.
Each point should reflect the dollar amount, no arbitrarily assifn a point or even two to most items.

I've really liked all of the clothes and kits I've purchased through Fabletics, but my last experience left me a bit disappointed. I was trying to place an order for one of the quick sales, but the site kept crashing and wouldn't let me add the clothing to the cart. Unfortunately, I missed the sale after I tried twice over 2 days.

I ordered a workout outfit 2 weeks ago and it just now shipped. SOOOO frustrating! On top of it just shipping it won't be here for an entire more week! 3 weeks for Fabletics is crazy! If I wanted shipping that takes that long I would've ordered off SHEIN for half the price! Very upset with how the shipping has been handled.

I'm not interested in most of the trends offered on this site, and I'm actually fairly disappointed in the sports bras (general design and appearance). However, the VIP program is easy enough to navigate, so I just don't buy anything most months. The site is easy to navigate and purchases usually show up pretty quickly.

I love the items I've purchased from Fabletics over the years. The sales are amazing! The quality of their products are outstanding. I wear my leggings and workout bra's all the time and they still fit and look good after all the washings. I also love that you can purchase items online and return or exchange the at a Fabletics store.

I had to write a review because of all the negative reviews I am witnessing. The VIP membership CLEARLY states the terms and agreement. You just have to read. Fabletics will charge you a monthly fee if you do not skip or cancel. I have skipped several months because I did not want to purchase anything. It doesn't charge your card if you skip. The quality of the products is outstanding. Just pick true to size. I will definitely be a member for life. If you love working out and love work out clothes, this is the best site for you.
Waist band constantly roll down on both styles I ordered.
The shorts are nice, they had a hole in them the first time they were put on
I love Fabiletics! Honestly I do where the everyday leggings almost everyday! The fabric is so durable and never thins out in between the pesky thigh area! Honestly the deals pay off after a while. I have worn my black Fabiletic leggings for over a year. There's been little fade and they are irreplaceable! I want more!

I like the products.
What I don't like? If an item I want is worth 1 member credit but priced lower than my monthly payment for the credit, I am unable to combine another item to total the monthly fee.
Additionally, you pay for shipping. That isn't included in the monthly membership. Very meh…..

Most items have been fantastic for the sale price with extra discount. List price is too high for items. Sizing is inconsistent on some shirts. Would need tall sizes for pants, 32" inseam not long enough. Items take too long to ship. The app is ok. A little slow at times and never seems to sort correctly.

Customer service was fantastic, and the representative that helped us really listened to why we came into the store, and catered to our shopping needs.
The delivery deadline of my order was 3 days ago and nothing arrived and I can't even track my order, a complete mess! And the worst thing is that on the website I can't even ask for a refund, why only give me the option to return it, but I'll return something I didn't receive

They will not tell you about 50 dollar of fee while they ask you to sign up their membership. So by this, they can steal 50 dollar from each person that sigh up from their website... I guess this is the way they make profit. You have paid nothing for 50 dollar before you find out anything.

This company is involved in criminal activity. I cancelled my debit card to stop these people from taking payments, even after I had called them to cancel. Somehow they changed my payment method without my permission to continue to take money from my bank. Surely this is criminal behavior. I will be reporting them to the authorities.

I ordered a couple of items, which did not fit so I returned them. Then they randomly charged me $49.95 per month for the last 3 months. When I called to get a refund, they said I had signed up for their VIP club, which has a monthly charge. I told them I absolutely had not and requested a refund. They continued to "explain" about the VIP club and its "benefits" and said they could not refund me. I see where one reviewer said they wondered if Kate Hudson is aware of how the company operates. It's HER company -- of course she's aware. What a crook she is. I'll not pay to see any movie she is in again. P.S. When I said I wanted to cancel the VIP Membership they said I had signed up for, the representative said "If you do, you'll never be able to purchase from Fabletics again." Wow - outrageously bad and rude customer service, but I guess that is how disreputable, scamming people operate.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
