The products I have purchased have been excellent. However, the recent changes in customer service have made me cancel my membership. I received an email saying I had cancelled my membership - which I had not. When I replied, I got a response saying they no longer provide email support and I needed to call. When I called, I was told that because I challenged a charge on my credit card that I did not make, it was company policy to cancel my membership. That statement followed one that informed me I had made a call and cancelled the membership. When I challenged both statements, I did not get an explanation nor a response, other than they would send it to the back office and "listen to the tape from the earlier call". After thinking about it, I called back and decided to take them up on their cancellation mistake. There's no product they provide that I have to have to survive in life. In an age when retail business are struggling, they might want to engage in a reality check.
I tried to cancel my membership and it was impossible! They make it so difficult and when you finally get a hold of a real person they try to bribe you into staying for like 10 minutes. The stuff I got was ok. Not worth it!

I went onto this website for the first time, and as with most websites, I was greeted with what was labelled as a Newsletter Subscription. As an interested, new, potential customer I decided to sign up and see what they had to offer.
The site then gave me the option to fill in a quiz and earn a percentage off my first purchase.
What it failed to state was that I was actually signing up for a VIP Membership and that from that point forward I would be charged a monthly rate.
Not at all happy. I understand this may have been written in the fine print but when I am asked if I would like to sign up for a Newsletter, I shouldn't have to be worried of underlying conditions like this.
I now have to go through a process of calling up to cancel, instead of just being able to do this online.
Was definitely interested in some of their products but based on my initial experience I will not be buying from this sight ever.
I love Fabletics however it is a little frustrating that most sets include a sports bra. I had a double mastectomy this year and when buying my new clothes to return to the gym it was a little disheartening to find few outfits that I could actually wear. I ended up buying separate pieces and then 2 outfits that I could keep one part and gift the other. I will still continue to buy your products because the quality it fantastic and I can always find something to help me feel strong and feminine.

One of the items I ordered came with all tags cut off and smelling very obviously of laundry detergent. Obviously it had been previously worn and returned. While I was able to exchange this item cost free I found it very upsetting that I was sent a previously worn and washed item that was presented as new. Not to mention it was upsetting that it was accepted back despite not meeting return restrictions. I feel like I should have been additionally compensated for being essentially lied to about the product I was receiving.
I mostly LOVE fabletics! I love the legging with pockets the most. They are comfortable and durable and don't stretch out. The only problems that I've had is that some of the seams have come apart which really sucks after you have paid all that money, especially to be a VIP member. Also there have been a few times they have ripped easily when snagged on something, but I do realize this is more my fault. Also I would love it they had more styles in black. I have really loved being a costumer, but just not sure that I can continue being a VIP member.

Been a member for many many years. Maybe from the beginning. Initially I loved Fabletics, the quality of the clothing is next level, I still wear original pieces to workout in and they still hold great. I just feel I miss out on a lot of VIP perks living in Australia. I've stuck it out with my membership thinking you'd realise or open a store in Australia being the company has expanding quite a lot since the beginning. But the first time I'm thinking of canceling my membership as the monthly membership fee has now gone up

When I cancelled my membership I had a credit to use. I could not find anything for myself, my 14 year old daughter or my husband. I looked in your store and online. Everything you had was ugly and XXL. Kate Hudson should be ashamed of what this store has come to. I went in a few months ago and it was all terrycloth! Who works out in terrycloth?

Love my bras, but hate the whole VIP thing and the site tricks you into almost unknowingly signing up for this. Definitely a mental nuisance when trying to shop.
My prior experiences with Fabletics has been great. Ordering has been simple and the products I have ordered and received in the past have all been as shown and the fit as expected. However, of my recent order of three full outfits, I have only received one pair of leggings. The remaining sports bra of this outfit as well as the two other full outfits have yet to be shipped or received. All tracking information still reflects "Ready to Go" as of today's date (5/27/2022). As these were outfits I intended to utilize for classes and a current trip I am disappointed that after several weeks there has been no update and no contact regarding the remaining five pieces of my order.

EXTREMELY deceptive! You think that they are offering you a 'introductory' offer to try their clothing. Little do you know that you are actually signing up for a membership. I got my initial purchase and thought that the quality was so-so. I would NEVER pay their regular prices. Later, I was charged $49.95 for my alleged VIP Membership fee when I didn't make my monthly required purchase. Their email communications, etc. don't clearly explain that little detail. VERY UNHAPPY with this deceptive business! NEVER use this company!
I bought a pair of joggers from this company and they charged me $50 a month to be a "member", they sneak these details in at the checkout. Again I liked the pants but I'm not buying from this company again. Their promos and they're adding you to a "subscriptions" are very misleading.

Have purchased shirts, work out bras and spandex pants from Fabletics. Have not been very pleased with sports bras and shirts... fit was off either to big or small and just didn't fit right. I have liked some of their spandex pants, but not all. I feel like you still have to pull them all up from time to time. My favorite line is their Pure Luxe. They're soft and come in great colors you can't find anywhere else

I have been a VIP member for a couple of years. I have workout apparel from my original purchases that are in better shape than pants I purchased two months ago. It is apparent to me that the quality of the apparel has taken a drastic turn. Rather costly to have disposable apparel.

I love the product! But due to the membership business model and high costs, I am likely just a one time customer. Had the shorts stayed 2 for $25 Fabletics would've gotten 3x more money from me. I don't want to pay 50 for 1 pair of shorts, which is what my credit would've cost monthly. I really wish you would just had $25 shorts. You would make way more money.

I ordered two pair of shorts and they did not fit well and kept pulling down. I returned them. Then I got charged for a membership fee I never intended to subscribe to. Ended up with a "credit" and then when I cancelled the membership the credit disappeared. This company is a scam.

I'm literally on hold trying to find my refund. I sent products back 6 weeks ago, and fabletics can neither see the items or see my refund. This is maddening! Every person I've called tries to justify 6 weeks to receive the items back to their warehouse... I get things from China faster!

The size I ordered did not fit comfortably (I don't like super tight clothes) and I needed a medium instead of a small. Then I also wanted to change the design I ordered and my customer rep was super helpful and it was not too challenging to get ahold of someone. They all seem to be working in another country, but were more helpful and articulate than many customer service reps I've spoken to in the US. Thank you!

Ultimately the deciding factor in my cancellation of the service was the lack of stock. They never had ANYthing in my size other than neutral solids, and those are so boring they're just not worth the subscription. It's more worth it if they can keep things in stock for more than a minute

I really like the Fabletics bottoms. I have leggings in almost every style. They are excellent quality and hold up really well. I like that the don't bag out and the compression is great. I haven't had much luck with the Fabletics tops. I find the styles are either big and boxy or skin tight. The website irritates me. I shop from my iPhone and scrolling through the photos for an item and the colour options is always glitchy.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
