Ok, I admit, I didn't read the fine print close enough. Shame on me.
However... the order I first place I NEVER received and no one could ever tell me if it was shipped and how they shipped it, seriously? I doubt that! Then I called in to cancel everything and like so many people the first time I tried to call in to cancel (because of course that's the only way you can do it!) they hung up on me. Call back and again... really? You're going to waste not only my time but also my money. I don't think so. I can't comment on the clothing, cuz God knows where they sent it to, if they ever did!
Kate Hudson... I would be embarrassed to have my name associated to such tactics.
I liked their clothes but their customer service and billing department is a night mare. I got double charged for an order and they refused to give me my money back even though I proved it. Also the customer service lady was unhelpful and would not tell me her name and Id number. Definitely canceled my membership. Not worth it
I ordered an outfit from here and I loved it for great and very comfortable. I did not read very carefully so when I got the monthly almost $50 charge I was livid. When I called hey explained it to me and were very understanding. Refunded me my money and all all I have to do is skip the month if I don't want to be charged or simply cancel my membership
I tried to buy a pair of exercise shorts because there was supposed to be a two for one deal. I don't know if I misread the fine print but along the process I ended up being signed up for a $60 membership subscription. When I saw that I was billed I was very upset and immediately canceled. Some weeks later I got the order and they didn't even send me the free pair of pants I just got the one pair I ordered. This place is a scam don't buy from here.

The concept of fabletics is vwry confusing and frustrating, I have "member credits" that I will have to loose (about $100) because when I went to order something just to use the credits down and cancel the subscription. It took the payment out of my card vs the "member credited". Do not waist your money or time on this website.

I haven't had an issue with the company. The legging fit great gave a couple for Christmas this year and think I turned a friend over to the company. One dislike is can be a bit pricey but is a good product so I say you get what you pay for.

The sports bras are truthfully the best out there, so comfortable and supportive at all levels. The leggings are equally fantastic, little to no sliding down the waist! I do wish there was a larger catalog of items to pick from but paired with Yitty, the options are great.

I feel it is difficult to find an item/outfit that I like to use my credits on. I am often threatened with expiring credits, which I feel isn't fair. On the occasion in which I do find an outfit I like, there is a 90% chance that one of the pieces will not be available in the size or color I want.
I recently purchased a navy outfit and the pants are ill fitting and very thin. Since I ripped the tag off of them, I am now married to them, so they will sit in my drawer collecting dust.

I would have appreciated Fabletics to stick with supporting true health and wellness. Collaborating with people that don't believe in true health and wellness is the reason for me leaving the membership. It takes the credibility of the company to a lower level I can no longer support with my finances

My last order was returned clothing that was clearly not even washed or repackaged. HORRIBLE. This means that I was sent something that someone else had clearly either tried on or worn with no quality control measures in place. This says that this is not the type of company that I want to receive products from

Sizes ordered have not been consistent. The last sport bra was too tight and I could barely get it past my shoulders although it was the same size I always order.
I don't like the recurring automatic ETF. I don't want or need a new workout outfit every month.

Overall the products are great but I don't love the membership model. It's expensive, not realistic and encourages overspending, overconsumption and not good for ethical clothing and shopping. If you just want a few items you have to buy into the membership model first. As a consumer you get to decide what's worth it. Sometimes I have found it is, now I am spending my resources elsewhere.

Love Fabletics work out clothes, it is half my fitness wardrobe! Great prices being a VIP member, I would highly recommend it! All you have to do is skip a month when you do not want to purchase but you still gain all the great rewards.

I like the clothes and fit, however why do I have to pay more for an item as a member and loyal customer than a new person you are trying to recruit?

I just a few months ago became a member of Fabletics. I canceled my first month and then the following month I noticed that they took out 2-$49.95 payments instead of one and they are refusing to give back my extra payment they stole from me!

This scamming company has taken £440:00 from my account with nothing in return! I only noticed this morning as they change the name, slightly of the company on the bank statements and not the same date every month!
I am appalled and upset, I am a single, hard working mother and can not afford to loose money! The fraud people at my bank are dealing with this, I just hope I get my hard earned money back! TERRIBLE they ought to be ashamed!

Nothing fit, the things I chose we're made for a 5'3" yoga body. Not the 5'11" weight lifting body I have. And when I went to return it was outside of the window! What am I going to do w/$100 worth of crap that doesn't fit?!

I used to rave about your leggings. The consistency in sizing and quality seems to have diminished. I never had issues with the fit of any of the different options until recently. The stretch isn't the same. The waist seems larger. They all ride down now.

I ordered a few pairs of shorts 2 months ago and it turned out they did not work for me. I went to the Fabletics store and they exchanged them for a different style. The employee was cheerful, polite, and really helped me out. Great experience.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
