I used to be a VIP member, but it honestly was not worth it to risk of forgetting to skip every month. For my last purchase with a credit I had (from forgetting to skip), I bought a tennis dress. The product was ok, but the shape of it was not flattering at all and it was weirdly loose in some places. Overall, delivery and service were fine, but I just don't think it's worth it for the product.
Well- since I canceled my subscription and unsubscribed to your emails and I'm still getting this asinine survey bull$#*!- yeah seriously dissatisfied. $#*! off.
In short i have big thighs and the fit of the shorts any of the models i bought all feel restrictive and uncomfortable after prolonged use. The pants showed my crotch area way to much anytime I'm in a deep squat or standing. I bought large size to avoid this and had to pull my pants down just to avoid the embarrassment as I taught class.

SCAM! I cancelled my membership on Jan 9,2015 received my credit on Jan 11,2015 and was completely satisfied. What I didn't know was that in February they charged my card another $49.95 and did it again in March! Since the account was cancelled, so I thought, I figured I didn't have to check my bill that a closely, but think again. I called today and the customer service rep on the phone was so rude and kept talking over me. After I asked to speak to a supervisor and put on hold for a few minutes she came back on to tell me that no one was available to speak with me but she would issue my credit but was still trying to convince me to us my 2 credits of 49.95 to purchase an outfit! I ordered from fabletics only once. I got a pair of leggings. The first time they sent me the wrong size. Returned it. The second time they sent me the most disgusting dirty pair of leggings. There was animal hair, and the crotch was crusty! Yes, someone wore the pants, returned them, and disgusting fabletics actually RESOLD THEM! I threw a natural mf fit and got a new pair with rush delivery (still took 5-7 business days) and compensation for my inconvenience. When I received my THIRD mf pair (2.5 months later) there was actually a hole up near the waste band! I couldn't even believe it! I will never ever ever buy from this company and severely will not recommend this to anyone, ever!
My shipment never arrived, dealing with cs was a nightmare. Always promising to call me back snd never did. This went on for months. Each time I called I was given different information, You can never speak with someone from the USA. I'm never ordering from this company again.

I've been ordering from Fabletics for years. The pants remain terrific, however, I've been disappointed with the shirts the last few I've ordered, either they are too short or then hang too low below my armpits. I have shirts that are still in good condition from years ago, these are my go to shirts. I think the newer shirts are lacking. I will continue to purchase my pants and sports bras but will be getting my shirts elsewhere.

Had a similar situation to most others. Signed up, ordered an outfit, thought I had read the fine print, received the lovely outfit. Happy customer. Until I got an email giving me additional time to skip my November outfit. The email was the first I had heard of skipping months. I even half signed up again with a different email to make sure I had not missed the fine print. The VIP membership information was not clear. My call to customer service to cancel was a bit frustrating but I was firm. The sales rep explained a lot more detail over the phone of how things work but I was already ticked with the lack of transparency from the beginning. I no longer trusted the company to continue giving them my business.

The VIP status is such fine print; so, my bad for missing it. A subscription model for clothing is the best cash cow gimmick in the industry and I fell for it. Once you opt out of VIP status, the only option is store credit - good luck using the credit on the overpriced items.
Will not return and will ask others to go elsewhere.

Fabletics employee tried to convince me I could still keep my membership. I am disappointed in the merchandise ie same styles and very unlivable colors and styles. The catalog devoted to plus size patrons is demeaning to large women. The models are not well groomed and look like " street walkers".
Just not my style.

Even slightly larger sizes are non existent in the pretty colors and prints(anything above a large was marked as sold out, lucky for me I needed black). I received 1 email for shipment, but only 1 pair had shipped and to call to find out about 2nd pair, she seemed like I should have known they shipped separately, but that was not in the email.

I was considering purchasing a couple of pairs of leggings. After the ad I saw today, no chance in hell! Just what I want is for everyone and their brother to feel that they can assault me just because I am wearing a particular article of clothing! The chucklehead who came up with that ad should be fired and the company should just fade away!

I really like the jogger pants and they fit great but the size in the two shirts was completely off. I ordered 2XL which always fits me a little loose with every other brand but these shirts were skin tight, something I would never wear in public and not comfortable to try to wear indoors.

I was duped into "joining" Fabletics including an unauthorized automatic monthly credit card payment which I absolutely did not want. I canceled immediately. Shame on Fabletics. They owe me $59 which will be the last transaction myself or anyone I speak to will have with Fabletics.

Every size I ordered did not fit well. I am a size 12/14. I tried XL and XXL and everything fit so poorly for a normal size woman with hips and a waist. I even tried the scrubs and they fit horrible! My scrubs from Walmart are so much better. This company needs to do better. The bras I ordered in XL fit like a small. My 13 year old daughter can wear them and she is a size 2. I have reached out to many people at the company and never heard form anyone. It just shows that they just really want to make money off people instead of make clothes that actually work for normal people.

If you're thinking of joining the VIP membership to save money on something you want, just don't. You are far better off paying the full price for the item once.
They say it's super easy to "skip this month" but the button is actually kind of hidden and the email reminding you to skip if you want is a promotional email hidden in the middle of 50 more promotional emails they've sent you. I do really like one pair of leggings I got from them but the sports bras I got are sub par. They quality of the bras reminds me of the quality you'd expect from Zaful, Shein, or a similar site (but of course they are 5x the price). I also find that the inventory runs out very fast so the things I want they never seem to have. I have canceled my VIP membership but really, never should have gotten it in the first place.

So far I have purchased several items of clothing. The shorts I love. They fit well and look great. And with the VIP offer the price was great. The scrub jacket I like, but don't love. It looks great, is warm, comfortable, and seems to be well made. My only con about it is the placement of the side/hand pockets. These are further back than I prefer. After leaving an ok review of the jacket, I received an email suggesting that I could return the jacket if it didn't meet my satisfaction. Because I like the jacket more than not, I kept it. That is really good customer service and shows that the command is reading through the reviews that are left. Great job Fabletics.

Placed an order, very exciting as the clothes look amazing and the price was excellent.
Paid for the order. The called the customer support to cancel the membership shortly after as I cannot fit the monthly costs into my budget. They tried everything to keep me as a member and when I politely refused they said the order I had placed would be cancelled.
I paid for the goods and confirmed the order well before my phone call. They have no right to cancel the order just because I do not wish to proceed paying them for the upcoming months. Very disappointed and annoyed. Kept my membership so I can get the order i placed and paid for, but once it's received I will be cancelling immediately. Not impressed.
I wish I could be a member and place regular order without having to decline orders month when I don't want to purchase something. Otherwise I like the quality of Fabletic leggings.
The website is way too slow to the point that it makes you not want to wait for it to load and I've tried it on phones, laptops, desktops. It's just not a very user friendly website. I didn't have a problem navigating the website, it's that the website is terrible. It's slow and also doesn't filter out the things that are not in stock even when you put in your size. The quality isn't the best and the prices keep going up. Last month for my membership before I cancel it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
