Fabletics has become my favorite gym/lounge clothes brand. I love the quality, designs and colors/patterns of the clothes. I love how confident I feel whenever I'm on my workout fits so much that it even motivates me to actually workout! Lol
I was encouraged to join the vip service for offers. Seemed fine until $100 was taken out of my account a d I realised I was subscribed to a monthly pay scheme. Nothing on my account on the website suggested this was the case and no indication of upcoming payment etc. I cancelled this through customer service (after a long winded serious of hard sell tactics) but was not refunded the monthly payment. Then my initial order was never sent- I asked a f they told me it was dispatched. I challenged this and then they says it was never sent and wasn't going to be. Then offered credit instead of a refund for a messed up offer. Only after insisting on speaking to management did my refund get processed.

I ordered a few items that did not fit. It was not at all clear that they were final sale. It didn't even say it on my receipt with the clothing! I needed to return some, and they did allow me to return them in the end. If something is final sale- it needs to be clearly marked.
I came across a fabletics store while visiting a mall in Delaware. I joined the club and received my first two pair of leggings. The store was clean, spacious and organized really well. I wished the retail location carried more larger sizes in all the styles carried in the store. I've only done used the online site once to decline the monthly offer. As a busy professional, I would like to see the "decline" option easier to select. If I wanted to make an actual purchase or bank the charge for a future purchase, I would do it in the same timely fashion as indicating I do not want to purchase anything this month. I do not like wasting time trying to find the option to decline for the month.

Had to buy something for xmas gift for relative, and evidently signed up for this "membership." Well, the outfit CHARGES your card and THEN sends an email saying you "could" avoid the charge--if you had done so 2 days earlier. When I called, they were absolutely ridiculous, and said they cannot reverse the charge. It's a ripoff; don't deal with the company. Disputing with my credit card, which is annoying enough.

I have had disappointing products shipped to me over the past year. I used to love Fabletics but now I just login to skip the month. Not sure what I'm going to do with my membership. I'm keeping it for now because I have gotten some products that I love before but haven't been satisfied in a while.

While I like the quality, I have noticed that the waistline of all their bottoms is very tight. It fits everywhere else, I don't need a size up, but the waistline is unusually tight. I have had to give the last 2 things I bought to my daughter, she's tall and skinny and still said the waist line was tight

The quality of the fabrics is amazing! The styles work as well! I have found that all of the tops and bottoms seem to be true to size; however the bras are somewhat ht or miss depending on the style. Once you find the style/size combination, you are set!

You charge almost 60$ a month and later tell that u can use 1 member credit only for 1 item when you have a sale throughout you website and almost everything cost 20$. That was the worst subscription I ever had.

Took $55 out of my account. Found shorts on sale for $30. You can NOT spend the difference on anything else nor do you get it back. They still make you pay for shipping. I basically paid $63 for some shorts that was only $30. I do not recommend.

To my dismay, they are being sent to some carrier who is NOT delivering them and then they are shipped back. The last time, I didn't even get my store credit back! I have never left a bad review, but this is so frustrating. The actual product is lovely. But they just need to use the actual USPS!

I hate this website with the passion of a thousand suns. Virtually nothing on it works properly. I have never been able to adjust my size preferences since losing weight, but it wouldn't even matter because even though no matter what you start off with for sizes of items you want, then it shows you all of these great things and then when you try to put them in your cart it doesn't have your size. But when you started searching it was filtered to of course only find things in your size. It's infuriating. Makes me want to cancel my membership every time I shop, but I love the leggings enough that I haven't yet.

I rarely do reviews but when I feel that others should know of a great product/company that deserves it, I take the time.
Since my first order with Fabletics, I have always been impressed with the quality of the fabrics/materials used and the quality of workmanship to make the clothes. I don't buy as often and I would like but I do have quite a few pieces and they are comfortable, flexible, durable and most of all great looking designs/colors/styles/accents. They are typically my go-to choices when working out. I would have to say that my favorite thing is that the pants are not see through!

I ordered a two for one deal and only received one item. I called to find out what went wrong and the customer service agent said I messed up and that there was nothing she could do about it. I cancelled my membership immediately. I'm just glad the poor customer service was right out the gate. I'd hate to think I'm paying people to treat me like a inconvenience later when I couldn't cancel my membership.

My sons like the clothes or I wouldn't be a customer. The womens things are mediocre imo. Shipping takes FOREVER. Exchanges are easy, but again, take forever. I don't recommend, it's a pain to skip the month or be charged. The "credit" isn't worth the $$ when they discount so much. My call to them was intercepted twice - I don't know how that even happens! But went to a scammer trying to get my cc #.

I've been a member for a long while, and it's surprising how little it's paid off for me. I've been disappointed in the colors/patterns offered each month for the most part. There are a lot of non-flattering colors for a pasty girl (pastel yellows, pinks, purples). I do have some staple items that I've worn for a couple years now - the midi, low impact bras and some older leggings. But for the most part, I've been slightly disappointed with the leggings (especially with mesh) - the fit and waistbands are inconsistent in how they feel and function. The styles of tops have been one-note. I keep the membership, just waiting for something in my colors or style to show back up but it hasn't happened. I accidentally earned all these member credits, and had to spend them somehow - wish it felt like something I was happier to put my money towards.

I am no longer buying my leggings from Fabletics due to their new logo placement on leggings. It is on the upper calf and numerous times people have told me I have something on my leggings or I have a hole in my pants! This is a ridiculous place to put the logo and I will no longer be purchasing any leggings from Fabletics until this changes!

Because my boyfriend and I both opened accounts and they both had the same shipping address, Fabletics (in their infinite wisdom) decided it would be appropriate to cancel my order and close both of our accounts. It took over three weeks and multiple interactions with customer service to get our accounts reinstated. I have never seen a company so hell-bent on preventing their customers from buying their products. This was my #1 worse customer experience with ANY COMPANY -- EVER!
I thank Fabletics for responding. From a customer perspective, the whole debacle could have been avoided if Fabletics had made an attempt to reach out before unilaterally (and without warning) cancelling my order and terminating my account.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
