They are almost always sold out of my size in any style and any color I would try to get.
I get credits building up and called and they tell my there will be a restock but apparently doesn't include mine.
The tights and bra fit great and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them.
I've always been a loyal customer of fabletics but being a VIP member has it's pros and cons. I tend to buy when I know I have credit in store for paying monthly and I tend to buy things I don't need. The quality of their products are really sublime and their customer service is terrific. I have no complains.
Fit very well. Comfortable and keep your legs and belly flat and smooth looking. Affordable price. I like all the choices in style and color. They have fast shipping also. Material is nice and thick and they stay nice after washing.

Been a member for several months and still have trouble finding the place to "skip" shopping for the month. Last month I clicked through their email, did some shopping, and even put items in my cart---and somehow I still got charged for not doing my monthly shopping. It's infuriating.

Every purchase has been exactly what I was expecting or better. I love fabletics products.
I keep coming back for the quality and longevity of Fabletics products. I dislike how hard it has been to find full length pants recently, so I tend to snag a pair whenever a new full length style arrives. I'm definitely not disappointed with my latest arrival, pants fit great as always, the sports bra is ok, not great.

I always have great experience, now that I know what fabrics I love the most it's very easy to shop my size and know it will fit perfectly. My fav is the boost leggings I have them in almost every colour!

Pathetic how you have to call to cancel so they can beg you continuously to stay. I had to cuss out the lady that could barely speak English on the other end before they finally cancelled my membership. Sorry not sorry

The clothes are comfortable. The problem I have is the prices. First I do not like having to pay $54.95 for a monthly membership. That's high. Then that price only gets you 1 member credit that can not be used on everything. A lot of the things that you can use a member credit on don't even cost $54.95. Waste of money.

Do NOT buy from this company! Dishonest charging to my credit card for purchases I did not make. They try to explain by saying it is your membership fees. This is not okay; everything in this site is incredibly overpriced anyway.
I have received nothing but great service at the Tyson's Corner location. On multiple occasions the manager and associate were very knowledgeable and helpful. Being I am 6 ft tall and slender, I am very particular, both the manager and worker was able to point me to the longer leggings as well as the appropriate size in men's.

I Love all my Fabletics gear! The only item I haven't tried is a sports bra. I love the fabrics & how many styles there are! If I order online my items come in a timely manner. I have a local store as well so if something doesn't fit as expected I can take it to the store.

Fabletics said it is their company policy to take 45 days to delete your account. 45 days! They say it takes 24-48 hours for them to send you an email confirmation that they received your request to delete your account. Insane.

Store associates are friendly but I received different information regarding pricing from different associates which made the shopping experience confusing. However I like my purchase and am happy with the items.

I felt into the scam trap like many others and I want my money back. They told me I had "free" credits I could spend so I made an order. It turns out the credits weren't "free" at all and I got charged for the lot. I now have to spend my busy day on the phone to try to cancel the membership which I signed up to without clearly being told that I was going to be charged £49 per month! And for average quality sportswear. The company is a pure scam, it should be fined by the authorities for misleading customers. Shame on you Kate H!

I hate that I see cute outfits online but when I go to the site it appears the inventory for existing members is different and limited. That is not fair and not good business. I've been trying for months to cancel but I have a hard time finding anything I like to be able to use my points.

I placed my order as a birthday present to myself and I still do not have my order. Btw, my birthday is December 23rd. Customer service still refuses to look into this order until it does not move for 20 days. 20 days! They are blaming shipping delays, COVID-19 but I did A LOT of birthday shopping this year and those orders have all made it without issue.
The cherry on top: Their customer service is impossible unless you call.

I do like them, I wish there were more styles and colors to pick from.
Purchased a piece but was very difficult online to get the proper price, very timely and honestly probably won't visit again, too much of a pain.
When I wanted to return it, that process was very good...rep was helpful. The piece was a velour top that was extremely short and didn't like so they did return with ease

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
