For a year, I stopped receiving the emails reminding me to check out the monthly looks. Some months I forgot to go in and skip or shop so was auto-charged the monthly fee. I now have racked up 4 of these credits. I have tried to cancel so these will stop racking up but the customer service rep always tells me that I won't get that special deal of $49 credits if I cancel so I should stay a member until I have used them up. One month, I tried to use the monthly to order an outfit but ended up being charged an additional $49 monthly fee anyway. I have now figured out on my own that I should always skip (if I remember to do it without an email reminder) and then use the credit in a separate transaction that is not considered my monthly outfit. I feel like I will never get out of this and disappointed how hard this is when it should be easy and conveninent
I ordered what I thought were my size leggings but when they arrived I was disappointed they were too small. I looked online and discovered the option to return them in person at a store near you. I didn't even know they had physical stores. I chose one near me and within minutes I had a different size and was attended to by a very knowledgeable employee. The whole experience was great and I love my leggings! I wear them to yoga class.

Loved the quality of my leggings! Only complaint was I ordered my stuff on a Sunday, said it would be delivered by Friday, but was not actually delivered until the following Wednesday. Took a very very long time.

The issue was not on a way to resolution and our conversation was terminated by the system, no call back, follow up or anything. Having to start over again was daunting and frustrating and I wasting my time.

I became a member at the beginning of 2023, besides the 80% discount as a first time customer, I have not been able to use my member points. It's $59 a month & most items are less than thar. The bundles that cost more, the items are sold out. There's really no perks of being a member. I'm extremely disappointed with the membership.

Many times when I decide to order my siz r is no longer available. I usually purchase the pure lux high waist 7/8 (capri) leggings size 1X.
Also if I do find my size the option of color is very limited.

Only 1 issue with a pair of leggings and this was handled immediately. Was a meme we for over 1 year - great sales! Only high impact sports bra that worked for DD chest!

Overall, I'm mostly satisfied as I love most everything I've ordered from fabletics! However, a couple items lately do not seem to be the same high quality that I've grown accustomed to over the years. A couple items, the fabric, fit, quality control are just not what I've come to expect. Also, there are not enough of my size in pants and leggings available in the colors, patterns, styles I initially joined fabletics for in the beginning. I'm xs-s tall... and lately the items I want to order are sold out in my size, even new items, so that is disappointing. I end up ordering colors/patterns/styles I only choose because what I prefer is not available in my size.

I really liked the clothes until I was upgraded to a VIP account. Suddenly I started receiving emails saying something like 'congratulations, you have a credit of $49.95 in your account. Enjoy spending it.' I thought it was strange to have a credit, especially one that was marketed as a gift. And then I realized that they were debiting my bank account with a recurring monthly charge and then congratulating me on having money to spend. Best way to lose any customer loyalty? Take money out of my account without my permission and then congratulate me on the 'credit' that just 'appeared' in my VIP account. And best of all? When I called to cancel the membership and demand a refund for the unauthorized charge, I was told everything was canceled and the refund was processed. It's been 3 weeks and there has been no refund. Does Kate Hudson know how poor this business model is?
In store visit soon after reopening with safety precautions. The two staff in the store made sure to keep capacity safe and also were very helpful to my daughter and I as we shopped and tried items non.

I purchased a pair of the men's workout shorts. The shorts are very comfortable to workout out in and do a great job of imitating more expensive gym clothes. I use them for HIIT and strength training. The short are ultimately great to workout in but quality is an issue. After three weeks of regular use I'm already noticing the stitching starting to fray in various areas of the shorts. Essentially, the shorts are breaking down fast. I've also had a horrible experience with their customer service department, they have to be the worst service department I've ever had to deal with. It was a nightmare and extremely tedious task to exchange a pair of shorts (white) that were semi transparent. Ultimately I do not recommend any purchases from this company... you lay for what you get and quality is the reason for how inexpensive these shorts are.

I love the quality of my fabletics items but I haven't been impressed with the outfit sets to use your credit on. There is usually an item in the set not in my size so it really limits what I can get. Also single items are always on sale so you can get an outfit for half of what you would pay on a credit with items you necessarily don't want. It would be nice if you could build your own outfit with your credit or have more options available

I unknowingly jumped into the VIP membership because I saw an add on Facebook for a $15 outfit. My mom had just purchased one and I thought "hey, why not." Nowhere on the quiz that was required for the outfit did it say that you'd be signing up for the membership. I purchased an outfit, and then got the email saying what was going on. I was shocked at what I had gotten myself into. I called the company and asked to cancel the membership, but the representative was really unhelpful. She tried to reel me into staying in the membership by saying she'd add 500 points to my account (which I haven't seen). I insisted I wanted to cancel, and she said she'd cancel the subscription, my VIP order, and then charge it at full price. I had no choice but to stay in the membership. I'm very unhappy with this business.
I truly do enjoy Fabletics! All of their clothes, at least the ones that I have purchased, are very good quality! I think my only complaint is how long it takes things to process. I purchased a swim set a few weeks ago and the top was too big. It took a long time for the top to be exchanged and I was assuming that they would send me a smaller size. That was definitely not the case. They sent me the same size... On the plus side, I cut the tag off and thought that they wouldn't accept it, but they definitely did! Finally returned the swimsuit top, but now I am just waiting for my refund to come in... It has taken a while. Other than that, I have always had a positive experience with this site!

When my order seemed to be stuck on hold at the warehouse, I called customer service and was told that the package had already shipped (it clearly had not - there was no tracking information). I asked for her supervisor, who then told me that it indeed had not shipped and was either not picked yet (because they were still backlogged from the Labor Day sale (really?) or that it had not been picked up yet by the carrier because they were backlogged too (really?). I asked for his supervisor - who was supposed to call me within 24 hours, but obviously that never happened. Miraculously - my order was packed and shipped the next day and I received it the day after that. Fabletics - get your act together and get some better customer service people overseas.

Fabletics has a good variety of clothing and colors. They frequently send sale emails, where there's some really good deals on numerous items. The clothing is also a good quality. They're sizing is also pretty true to size.
The clothing I buy are very nice and comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that if you don't skip the month, they take out money from your account.
I can't quit buying! How can I resist when you keep lowering the prices. My drawers and closet are being filled with clothes that I actually wear. Needless to say, cloths I actually love and cloths that fit fabulously. Thanks Fabletics!

They are almost always sold out of my size in any style and any color I would try to get.
I get credits building up and called and they tell my there will be a restock but apparently doesn't include mine.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
