It is very frustrating to discover that outfit choices are so limited and it is also disappointing that so many times the choices include a specific bra. When you do not need more bras it is a waste. I think this program was deceptive in how the choices would be a benefit.
I have purchased several items…leggings, sports bras, and a bathing suit. The leggings are SO comfy and keep everything in place…they wear well…no pilling after many washes. The bathing suit top fits so nicely…it is now my favourite! I love everything so far.

I do love the leggings. They quality is great. I just find it to be very expensive sometimes I also wish they didn't run out of styles so quickly. And lastly I wish they would have more crop and capri length. Most are 7/8 and full length.

Worst customer service!
I made the mistake of buying an electronic gift card. It never got delivered and trying to get it resolved has been a nightmare. To begin with the monthly credit system is a scam, the prices without membership are outrageous. Finally, customer servive is terrible.

Love the fit and feel of the pants, but I got a nice orange and purple pair of tights, unfortunately they are not so flattering when I workout. My sweat stains are so visible in all the wrong areas- looks like I pee myself after a workout slightly self conscious of that.

I do love the product quality very nice. However I don't love that I can't find leggings that fit anymore. Now the company has nothing but high rise and no longer helps their audience that like mid rise better. So I don't get things often these days.

Fabletics has good products. Although if you order something online and go to a store to exchange they charge you over what you've already paid and then you have to keep calling. They play the blame game, contact the store or xontqct customer service. Takes too much time to figure all that out

Not yet recieved the product but I saw that i would need to pay £44 a month, and i think people just need to be more careful when buying online. It is clearly stated that this will be debited from your account, and obviously people just skim over it. Technically it is not a scam, and is well within its legal rights. I have just rang up to cancel my VIP Membership, and it was straightforward, with no hassle, and no waiting on the line as with some companies. So far I've had a good experience.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and they were shipped in a timely manner. However, my order said it had been delivered and I did not have them. I was filing a claim for a lost package and I started a live chat to see what mail class they ship with. I was informed that their customer service rep would resend my order to me for free! I've ordered from them before and their leggings are really great quality.

I'm cancelling my membership after a year of being a loyal member due to the service that I have received. Recently waited over one month to receive a partial outfit, had to call customer service over eight times within a two week period to hear the same script that they were experiencing technical issues. Requested refund and still had to call numerous times. Not a happy customer with all the issues that I went through.

They literally make you buy the package, for the item they messed up, and make you send the item back before they will consider sending you a new one or giving your money back. I have spent over a $1000 with them in the last few months a they can't even give my money back on some ripped pants or send me some new ones without getting the damaged merchandise back. Amazon sent me $138 dollars back after they sent me the wrong rug without even asking for me to send it back. Online shopping is for convenience, I buy things I know will fit, I don't do returns. Having to BUY the package myself and take time out of schedule to take it to the post office and send it back is not how I online shop. That's all I have to say.

Leggings were not at all what I expected. They keep rolling down. Maybe for someone with no butt at all it might not be the case, but someone like me the legging does not hold which frustrates me when I am working out. There is no support.

My wife bought a piece of clothing on this site several months ago, and we have been charged a recurring charge of $49.95 every month. It is unbelievable. It is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this website.

Their mens clothes fit a size too small. And a few of the clothing already broke after second wear. I did not enjoy the $50 *MONTHLY* membership fee. I wasn't even aware I was gonna be charge until it happened. I could understand a annual fee but the average person would not be buying gym clothes every month. Would not recommend & would never buy again.

They can't hit an arrival date. I placed an order and was told it would arrive within 3 days. 3 days later I was told that it would arrive within 7 days. After 7 days the arrival date went blank. After 10 days I contacted them and was told that my arrival date would now be within 21 days. They would not cancel the order and informed that some of my items were final sale items. This was not indicated at the time of purchase or on the order form. They kept trying to give me money off my next purchase/subscription but refused to address the actual problem.

I've been wearing the Powerhold leggings pretty much every day, for many years and they are still holding up! No thinning or holes and still doing the power hold thing. While I don't like wearing polyester/plastic fabrics against my skin, I have needed exactly the compression that the Powerhold leggings offer and the fabric is really comfortable, even in the blazing hot summers in the desert.

Back in Oct I had 4 member credits (49.99$ USA$ PER MONTH) that's a total of almost over 200$. When I decided to use my credits why is it using member credit for an item thats for example 16.99$ on the whole credit. Why isn't it deducting 16.99$ from the 49.99. I was extremely disappointed with that. I love the clothes and love the quality. That's why I'm rating it so low

The clothes don't fit as described. The discounts only applied after a labyrinthine system of membership. I can't for the life of me understand how Fabletics works. It's a mystifying system that I've already quit.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
