The products are amazing! I love them and wear them everyday. From the One Pants, the workout shorts and the joggers. Very comfortable, high quality products.
My complaint is that every month I would get charged $54.00 which is fine, membership fee, whatever. But then I would have to use that for a pair of 25-40 dollar shorts. So I was paying more for the shorts then I would then just visiting the website and paying individually.
They are constantly out of sizes and products as well. Very disappointing when I find something I would like, over 50% of the time they would be out of stock. It severely limits the product offerings……
It truly is a shame because like I said, love the products when you can get them.
Overall, I keep Fabletics around for the sales. The clothes are not worth the retail price. The clothing sizes makes no sense, and the clothing sizes vary by color. I have ordered different colors of the same shorts and each pair fits differently. During a sale, the clothing is a great deal and I would highly recommend it. Outside of their normal sales, the clothes are not worth the price and there are many other brands that are a better value. The hassle of having to skip the membership every month is what makes this 3 stars instead of 4.

This company is making millions off of misleading consumers. It is great clothing but sadly the retention of customers is clearly a problem. I opted out of joining the VIP and they still charged me fore over 5 months. My poor hubby bought me an outfit as a gift and then of course his card continued to get charged and he didnt even know it. When you go to cancel they throw tons of sales pitches at you to get you to stay and then wont get you a confirmation number once you cancel. Its terrible services... they are just stealing peoples money. I was forces to use all the credits to at least feel like I got something out of it. I will never use this site again though. Its really really sad.

The site takes sometime to load on mobile, and I really dislike the new VIP terms. I wish we could go back to indefinite pauses without having to remember to cancel within a very narrow window of the month. It seems icky and dishonest. I love the products but I hate feeling like I'm being manipulated

Professional and decided to quit fabletics as their ads are now showing women with, not only obesity, but morbid obesity as healthy. To boot, they had some women in outfits with their buttcheeks completely exposed. Misrepresentation of health and totally offensive. Im behind different body shapes but you guys have gotten irresponsible and ridiculous about it. Get some

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have charged me $49.95 for 13 months on my credit card, I showed it to them on my statement and now they deny it and 2ill not give me merchandise or a refund. They say they are working on it but every time I speak with someone they give me the run around and ask aa 2hole list of questions I've already answered.

Still having a hard time finding leggings. I've ordered mediums and larges and they fit about thr same. They are so so thick (I need pockets) and don't breath well.
I also dislike that fabletics has awesome sales and incentives to make you become VIP, but when your VIP you don't get those prices. Makes me want to just create multiple email addresses and have multiple VIP accounts so I get the really good discounts.

Somehow when I bought some shorts from you you sign me up for some kind of commitment where you charge my credit card without what seemed to be my consent. I thought it was fraud so I cancel my credit card immediately and then called you to find out that I got some sort of credit? This was never expressed to me clearly and I'm upset about the experience.

I have had a very great experience with Fabletics. Their items are very nice and the quality/price is good. The customer service in the store was outstanding and also the the order I put online for Christmas was delivered within 5 business days.

Two leggings for £24 if you sign up to a monthly subscription of £44, which is not clear at all! I cancelled, my leggings didn't arrive in time so I tried to send them back but couldn't because my account had been cancelled! Has taken over a week to organise a collection, for which I have to wait at home for 12 hours for because apparently it's impossible to send them back any other way, without an account. Still waiting for them to be collected - ridiculous service!
I left because I had to return a piece because it fell apart in the wash. The quality of fabric on the pieces I kept were thin and the sewing comes apart easily. Most worrisome is that when I chose a set that was $39.95 or one member credit, upon checkout the price was 59 and shipping was $8 unless I bought just one more overpriced item to receive free shipping. I haven't even used my last credit because I refuse to give anymore money to Fable-letics.

I'm officially in love with this site! Unlike some of the other monthly subscription websites, they don't send you hundreds of dollars worth of clothes that you then have to return. You get to pick the outfit you want ahead of time. Who has time to return these each month? It was VERY clear multiple times during the enrollment process that you have to login and pick an outfit between the 1st and 5th or opt out for that month if you do not wish to have the $50 applied to your credit card and the credit applied to your fabletics account. I'm not sure how someone could have missed this...
If I have to spend 30 minutes or so on the phone when I decide to cancel, so be it. They've saved me a ton of time shopping!
You think you're just buying a pair of pants at a promotional price, but you're really entering into a monthly "membership". And then when you call to cancel the membership, they try to upsell you and do everything they can to talk you out of cancelling. This type of marketing ploy is annoying, and is now keeping me from ever buying Fabletics products every again. Thanks, but no thanks. Huge turn off.

I have wanteed these shorts all summer, but have not gone out anywhere. I finally went to the Old Orchard store and tried on for size. They didn't have but found them in Woodfield. The manager did a phone order. I got the correct item in color and size the next day! And I used my credit from a few months ago when I forgot to cancel the automatic charge. I'm very happy and thanks.

Clothing is marketed as a high end quality brand by "Kate". Its really just poor quality clothing priced high and then discounted to make you feel special. I purchased a $15 outfit that I tried on, and then proceeded to tear into pieces and use as toilet cleaning rags. I log on to my credit card provider today and see a $68 CAD fee charged to my credit card, to find out its a membership fee that I was unaware of, not clearly notified. I called in semi pissed, and was told its not their issue. I put up a stink and they refunded me. I will never buy from this company again. If I want cleaning rags, I will buy a 20 LB bag for $15 and use that.
I think Fabletics has good quality products however the favorite items I try to purchase are always out of stock even when it says they are in stock. It's been a month since I placed an order that I later learned is out of stock and I still don't know when those items will be in stock. I also don't like that our reward points expire. I have tried to save up to get a bigger reward and then my reward points disappear and I have to start over again. For those reasons I intend to cancel my membership after my last order is finally resolved.

I received my items on time. When I made the purchase I believe the estimate was about 2-3 weeks for processing but it came sooner. I like the have a more accurate delivery time so I can make sure I'm not out of town and available to pick the item up off my porch. I was happy it came sooner but would have appreciated a more accurate time frame.

They helped me handle many weird returns thst I couldn't do online. They even called their corporate customer service line and spoke with managers to resolve issues on my account. I love this place
The leggings I purchased are one of the best fits I have found. However, the company passing on the tariff fee to its customers is beyond unacceptable. The company has chosen to pursue business practices outside the US... they should pay for their choice, not the customer.

The product didn't hold up- the ink in the crotch area bled after wearing them once. Since they weren't purchased at fabletics, they won't stand by their product! I'm guessing they send the "defective items" to Marshall's and Winners so that they don't have to stand accountable!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
