Fabletics sales for new members are way better than current members, all to get new members subscribed. There's absolutely no reason that a "member" shouldn't receive the best deal possible in addition to the saving. Don't fall for this. Just buy during sales and then cancel immediately.
This is the worst company I have ever made a purchase from. Not only was I not informed of the $49.95 per month "membership fee". How many sets of work out clothes does one need? I have no intention of logging in every month to say no I don't want this this month. I have spent most of today getting my money back.
I will not longer be a customer to fabletics- their membership is a joke. If you forget to skip the month they charge you right away for "member credits" that you can use later. The funny thing is that they don't remind you when they expire and of course they don't care if you loose them as they profit from you. Shady business!

Love the product, but not sure why I need a monthly membership? To get better price on a pair of shorts? With the monthly fee - it is the same price or maybe more... How many pair of shorts does one person order in a year? Seems like a strange business model, I most likely will not continue. I do like the product tho...

Ordered a 2 for 24 leggings deal. Received one size too big and was told I could not return the leggings. So I go to facebook with my complaint since their customer service line was hard to contact. I was then told I could return them through facebook. I told them the correct size and the item I would like in place of my exchange. Waited weeks only to receive another big pair of leggings. After contacting them through their facebook rep, my message was read but ignored. So now I am stuck with a big pair a leggings I cannot fit.

I cancelled my subscription over a year ago for Fabletics. They have continued to take £44 per month out of my account for the past year, meaning they owe me £528. They refused a refund even though I'd cancelled my subscription. Over the phone a year ago. Instead I got a refund of £264, p after 45 minutes of bartering, and some credit to spend on their website. Dreadful service, can not recommend,

I am writing this review so people know this really is not a scam. Yes if you accept VIP pricing you become a VIP member which is a recurring monthly membership charge to your credit card, however you are allowed to skip as many months as you like (must login prior to the 5th to do this). If you login to skip you do NOT get charged, if you forget to skip you get a credit on your account to use later. This is VERY CLEARLY explained so I don't understand why people are so upset. I skip the majority of months and have never had a problem. They even email you a reminder. The clothes I have purchased are super cute and great quality! I have had to do two exchanges, both were my fault for ordering smaller sizes. They were very accommodating both times making it easy and convenient to return/exchange items. I am shocked to see so many negative reviews. I own four pairs of leggings and multiple tops from fabletics and love them all.

I love the stuff at Bridgewater, NJ location. They are so kind. I love the managers and they one that is a transfer from on of your other location in Paramus is the best. She know what she is doing and works very hard. She understands the customers needs and attends to them. I had such a great experience with her that I had my partner sign up for the monthly. We are going on over a year with fabletics and it is large part because of her.

I have purchased many items through fabletics and do like the quality. However, in my attempt to return 4 items I have had to be on the phone for several hours m. I sent all items back in the same box yet I had to call and individually fight for the money back on each item. They said I wanted a to exchange the items, then I didn't send all of the items. I was hung up on several times (and I am very polite I've worked in customer service for many years) until I finally on my 5th call I was able to get someone who said they would give me my money back as a "one time courtesy" as if they were doing me a favor. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Customer service has been great. The quality is VERY good. I'm a strength and conditioning coach so my gym gear gets a lot of use. This clothing line holds up and keeps its great look use after use. My only complaint is the app is clunky and never seems to work. And there is a huge lack of sizes. Maybe creat wish lists for people so they can supply the demand.

These are by far the most comfortable pants I have been recommending to all my friends! I have purchased a few colors. Love them!
I actually love Fabletics but won't buy them anymore because they develop holes very quickly. Maybe the 3rd or 4th use I discover holes in them. This has been my experience with a number of different styles of Fabletics. At first I thought it was a me problem but my sister in law is having the same issues.
Unfortunately I will not buy anymore leggings from Fabletics dues to this issue.

I love the fabletics clothes but I'm cautious with what material I buy.
I only purchase the powerhold and motion 365 fabric as I hate the others.
I hate the monthly subscription thing. Firstly in Australia I have to ring to cancel and its so difficult. Even if I skip a month they still charge me. I'm just waiting for my card to expire and I won't be signing up again

I love the quality, durability, & customer service of all of the products at Fabletics. Everyone is sure to find something they love here-leggings, shorts, tops, bras, & even socks!
I've seen there adverts and thought I would try it, ordered and outfit, didn't choose to sign out by vip but it did it anyway, so I called them to cancel the vip, the lady on the phone tried to push me in to keeping it but after a 10 min conversation she finally canceled, but worse of all they have taken the money out which I also payed for two day delivery, it hasn't arrived and they have deleted my account. They won't be so quick to give it back as they are to take it.
I attempted to find order number ******* by calling fabletics customer service twice. Each time someone who had difficulty speaking English told me that they had to have someone "higher up" call me back. I never received any calls back. The tracking for this package also didn't make sense, saying that it was delivered within 2 minutes of it being loaded on the delivery vehicle. The tracking also states it was delivered, but this was never received by me.

My most recent exchange was shipped to the wrong address despite clearly stating I wanted it shipped to the gift recipient. But just in general, I don't think the fabric compression guides are consistent - some marked as high are, some arent. I dislike that the fabric names are always changing and that you can't filter outfits by compression or back yoke shape on leggings. The site seems to always take forever to load.

I used to love Fabletics for design, quality, fit, variety and price.
They still have good quality and fit, but designs have gradually stagnated, variety options have narrowed, and prices have significantly increased.
Add to that a cumbersome loyalty program with endless "loyaly reward doesn't apply to this purchase" reasons, my loyalty has waned to the point of just shopping elsewhere.
They're still ok, but the net result of the degradation of the brand is that they are no longer my go-to for athletic wear.

I have been a long time customer with Fabletics. I need to cancel my subscription, but before I know it, I have been charged for another month and have a credit. I don't like the way new members get such better pricing than existing members. It is better than it used to be if you shop smart. I don't like that they changed their underwear to be silky thin. They had the most amazing underwear, but it's gone, with no option or variety to purchase the older style. I don't like that underwear costs the same as an entire outfit if you use a member credit- they need to make a more even, comparable package for less expensive items when using member credit.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
