I have been a VIP member of Fabletics for many, many years and I think the products are of high quality, however, I am not willing to give my money to a company that doesn't stand behind good manufacturing processes for the environment, and who doesn't have high labour standards for the people who work there. I ended my relationship with Fabletics about 2 months ago after reading this: https://directory.goodonyou.eco/brand/fabletics I also shared my thoughts with the company when I ended the relationship and they responded to me saying they were taking my feedback seriously. Having said that, I see no efforts toward change.
Loved the product, but the VIP membership and monthly membership fees is not a model that makes sense for a company with such a limited product line. I don't need a new supply of athletic shorts and shirts every month.
Also, so frustrated by the constant virtue-signaling in the website and marketing. I would love to just shop for athletic clothing without being preached to about every social-justice issue.

Fabletics is a brand of great potential. It delivers clothing made of good materials and beautiful design. Here is what needs to be improved:
- Fix the delivery: The ETA is never accurate, and updates are received only when the package arrives or leaves a handling facility, which doesn't mean much.
- Fix the app: It does a good job showing the clothes details, but it is slow and glitchy.
- The Franchise short is the best shorts I have ever had, I have three, and I would have more if there was an option in white or bone. I appreciate the creativity in bringing new looks and understand the concept of "once and gone", but keeping a low stock of white Franchise shorts won't break the bank nor the concept. The same applies to The Training Day Polo, because the 24-7 Polo is not good to work out or wear on a hot day. The material does not let the head from the body to flow through.

I have been the the Leawood store twice and both times I have had great service. The associate is sweet and so helpful. I have found the quality to be excellent. Only frustrating thing is that often sizes we need in the desired styles and colors are not available, in store or online. Seems like may be time to pick up inventory levels. Another thing I have noticed is shipping times for this company is a good 7 days+, seems like that could be improved a bit.

I used multiple new member discounts to get 3 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of shorts for about $100 total. The styles and lengths of 4 of the 5 items didn't quite match what I was looking for so I went to a local Fabletics store and tried on different options. I ended up with 1 pair of the slim fit only pant, 2 pairs of the one joggers, and 2 pairs of the fundamental shorts 9 inch inseam. The exchange process was straightforward and easy. I love them all, they're so comfortable, and my wife thinks they look great so wins all around.

I am 100% sure i bought two pairs of leggings as a guest and still had over $62 canadian come out of my credit card for 6 months after, when I asked for a refund they only refunded me 4 out of 6 months that were charged, the other two they kept as credits towards outfits, I called again and said i don't want outfits, I've tried your leggings and they're garbage, the thread comes apart all over the place. I did not agree to the member ship because i haven't signed anything and ordered as a guest. Refund me because I am not using those credits and want out of the membership garbage I did not agree to... no other online store does this ( old navy, children's place or aerie to name a few I buy from)
They do what they want and i receive nothing for it? Nope! Refund me my money and i'll decide where I buy my damn yoga outfits.

I subscribed to Fabletics to completely refresh my workout wardrobe. I was able to get amazing leggings (more than I needed), shorts and nice workout jackets for a great price. The leggings are made so well that I know they'll last me a while. I can say the same about the workout jackets/quarter zips, too. The comfy cozy clothes are the best, I live in my jogger pants. The colors are great and you can mix and match sets. I didn't get any work out tops because I like the tops with built in bras and I only saw 2 during the course of my subscription. Despite that, I still love everything I got.

I wouldn't recommend using Fabletics if you're looking for clothes to work out in. If you're looking for comfort and style, ok maybe, but high intensity workouts I wouldn't recommend. Out of the 4 leggings I've received from them, 1 I use for work outs, 1 ripped, and 2 I just would never wear for various reasons. The bra I ordered from them is so uncomfortable, like a swimsuit top you're supposed to work out in? All the shirts one ordered are nothing special. Also be careful because some items you can't return.

They have just hung up on me! I did not get my monthly email until the 6th Dec with my outfits on and if you don't click 'skip month' by the 5th they take £44 from your account.
I have spoken to someone who swears they emailed me on the 1st and the 4th. I have done a search on all my email folders and the first one is the 6th. This is a scandal!
When I asked for a refund, the woman hung up!
We have had nothing but great experiences with Fabletics. Their staff is friendly, helpful, professional, and customer service oriented. I purchased 2 pairs of leggings for my daughter who plays tennis. I wanted something that she could wear to school and tennis without having to change in between. She got 1 set of their "butter" leggings and 1 set of the compression leggings. She loves them both for different reasons. The butter leggings are great all around leggings that she says she could sleep in. The compression are better for working out but still very comfortable. She is looking forward to purchasing some of their athleisure sets for herself soon.

I am an avid yogi, and have always been frustrated with the lack of yoga clothing for men. Fabletics makes the BEST clothing for this. I have been so impressed with the quality of the majority of my clothing. With that being said, I have had multiple items that have had broken zippers within 3-5 times wearing the item. Even worse is the customer service provided. I've had multiple issues with customer service in situations where I've felt it would be very obvious that it was simply a damaged product that needed to be replaced. There seems to be an old school mentality of "deal with it", instead of a willingness to help solve your problem. As a customer that has spent many thousands of dollars over the last couple years here, I cringe at the thought of having to call and have someone speak down to me, like I don't deserve to be helped.

I don't normally order or buy this type of work out clothing online, but with Fabletics I am so happy I did! They have the best running leggings, I don't have to worry about them sliding down, and they keep everything in place when running or working out. So glad I made the brave choice of ordering from Fabletics.

I was looking into maybe purchasing some of Kate's clothing line. Did a quick search bc I didn't like that you had to "sign up" just to look at the goods. Thank god I did. The reviews have just saved me possibly hundreds of $$ in unscrupulous business practices, cheap clothing and possibly therapy (lol). I'm staying away from the Fabletics site. I attempted to exchange a pair of leggings to Fabletics that I LOVE and have only worn once (today). The seam in the bottom area is starting to come unraveled, and is eventually going to make a hole. I have been a customer for a few years, and have not had any issues until now, and they will not exchange them for a different pair. This is sooo frustrating as I love their leggings, and am not hesitant to buy any other pair from them as they are not the cheapest option. Customer service offered me a 10% discount on my next order which helps me 0% with my issue.

The clothes I have bought from Fabletics have been great. All the shorts I've bought are super comfy and made with quality material.
Fabletics needs to find a new shipping partner. Shipping takes way to long. Takes several days from the time I get a shipping label until the package is even picked up. Never delivered on time either.

Not good. I purchased a matching outfit online and it didn't match when I returned it tot he store the girl was not happy to be at work, I asked if that was normal she said yeah, didn't offer any other suggestions was just like what do you want me to do. I returned it and left and that was that. No apology or anything.

The sizing on the scrub bottoms were very inconsistent. I returned and reordered these bottoms FOUR times and could not find a pair that fit. The large was too small and the xl/xxl combo size (the next size up from large) was WAY too big. Ultimately going to return the entire scrub set I purchased after all this effort.

The Fabletics jogger sets are perfect for winter. They fit comfortably and keep me warm whether it is 55 degrees or below 30 degrees (with yoga gear beneath). I will say I was very disappointed with the winter weather leggings. I felt the material was not good quality (somewhat see-through) and it did not keep me warm, at all.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
