I must be dumb because when I did my first order I did not see anything that indicated that I would be charged $49.95 to be a member. The worst part is that they charge you $49.95 if you DO NOT ORDER? What the heck? Some of us are on budgets. If I had known this I never would have done this. Shame on Kate Hudson... she has enough money. This is deceptive. Plain and simple. I just called them to cancel and to demand my money back. They said they did... we will wait and see. Plus, their clothing is no more better than what I can buy at my local mall or REI.
My experience in store is always amazing. The store manager Stacy is amazing and some times Jesse is the one to help, she is equally wonderful.
I always know what deals are going on. They are all willing to help me with decision making and letting me know if I picked something up if it has an outfit so I can use a credit. Always an overall GREAT experience.
Overall the products are not worth the money! I've ordered several different items and have been disappointed every time. On top of the quality not being good, it's takes over a week to receive your items in the mail. I don't recommend wasting your time or money on these products.

The leggings, I admit, are some of my favorites that I own. However, the way they make you go about purchasing and joining their VIP membership is a scam. They charge you $50 a month to be a VIP, and while it gives you the opportunity to skip a month, it is a short window. Additionally, if you do pay the $50 for a month, it gives you one store credit. However you cannot use this store credit until you have at least 2, forcing you to pay an extra $50 to use what you've already paid! I do NOT recommend signing up, as there are other places to get good leggings that do not try and scam you out of money!

The associate sales rep is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best items that align with my figure and life. I have no idea why everyone is complaining. First of all, I did find the site by seeing their introductory offer to buy my first full outfit at $25. Great deal! What probably seperates the five star reviews from the one star reviews is when checking out they didn't read the terms of the contract, which they probably hit " I accept the terms". C'mon guys. If you have read it, you would have known you are signing up to be a VIP member, PLUS they stated clearly you have two options at the beginning of the month, buy something or simply skip the month and you won't be charged the 49.95. But yes you do have to log in your account and select skip the month... Takes probably a minute out of your day and you have five days to do it. PLUS they send a "welcome to VIP" brochure along with your purchase again stating the terms of the agreement. You guys will not win if you try to take Fabletics to court. Everything was stated in fine print & the clothes are super high quality.
The clothes are great but the customer experience is not. It takes 3 weeks for products to get to my house. Also my wife tried to order some stuff and her order was just cancelled without reasoning. I love the shorts and want to give y'all a chance but your customer service is not up to par

Fabletics is my go-to for leggings and pants! They're so much more comfortable, they last longer, and you can actually wash them without pilling and damage if you follow the label. I always look here first if im looking for clothes. Value is great for the great quality you get.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Fabletics, from service to quality of products. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes certain products run a little to the large side (ie sweatshirts), so I have to remember to order a size smaller. Once I figured out the system, however, the sizing is very consistent.

I have ordered bottoms from "The one" and "The fundamentals" collections as well as shirts from the "Training day" collection, all fit great and the fabric is awesome. The only thing is you run out of certain colors too fast. Would love another pair of "The one" shorts in Khaki.

It's difficult to find a pair of leggings to trust...as a curvy female. I have been a Fabletics fan for over a year now, and I love the quality and flexibility they offer. I have used them for crossfit, cycling, walking, and just about every other functional activity there is.

Advertisements and emails show cute styles, but almost 100% of the time these styles are sold out. This is a routine event and I end up spending my monthly credit on the same black leggings that I can rely on. This is why I often put my month on hold

I ordered 2 items and am used it being shipped together. In this case it was not. So I called Fabletics to ensure the other piece was coming. The representative was informed & checked quickly to confirm it too, was on its way. The 2 nd item arrived surprisingly fast.

By that, I mean my Salesgirl was the best. I was buying a gift and she took extra time and effort to find something to match that was affordable. But I am a veteran senior shopper and I don't feel you should sign up for a club to get a good sale price. Just Not customer friendly.

I have been trying for 6 months to stop the automatic membership. When I call, they say I have to do it through my account but my password won't work. I'm told to reset password, but I never get the email to reset it. This has been a very disappointing circle with no results. Please cancel my automatic membership fee at the beginning of every month. Thank you!

I was excited to order. Then, I got the bra. Who designed a bra like this for a top heavy woman? The padding moves around and IT DOES NOT support me at all. I am trying to figure out how I can take a sewing machine to it to improve it. Won't order from them again. Awful!

I absolutely hate a subscription program and would easily be more interested in just purchasing the items by themselves (ie not forced into a subscription). The items are just okay for the price tags and I've found nicer items for a fraction of the price at Old Navy. I do absolutely love the Oasis Twist Sports Bra. It is the only item I've bought that would make me consider being forced into using the membership.

Poor Quality, poor service, and frustrating membership plan. I had to call in to cancel the membership, and was placed on hold for an hour. They told me they would hold my place in line and then call me back when an operator was available. They did not follow up with the promise and waited until the subscription renewed itself. Very dissapointed. Scam. Go buy your shorts when you need them from Lululemon. They are more expensive but superior quality, customer service, and offer discounts to health care employees and first responders.

Would give this site 0 stars if I could. I too fell under the scam of unintentionally being a 'VIP member' which charged £44 from my account without my consent. When I rang to ask for my money back I spoke to a very patronising lady who refused to give me the money back but thankfully cancelled my membership. I have spoken to my bank and am hoping to get the money back but it's not for definite. Scam.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
