I ordered 2 shorts for $24 and received 1 pair and was then charged $60 for a membership I did not select nor want. It took multiple calls to get this rectified. The one pair of shorts I did get were average at best and not particularly well made. Customer service was rude and unhelpful.
First of all I ordered 2 sets and received the wrong size in one set. Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning them. The scrubs are comfortable but not true to size and the inside seem of the legs rubbed my legs raw during a 12 hour shift. Would not purchase again

Read the fine print and know what you sign up for exactly before making a purchase. I knew exactly what i was getting into when I made the first purchase. I am very satisfied with the products and don't have problems with exchanges because i order my size and not one smaller or bigger. =D
I frequently shop with fabletics and i love being a part of the vip because i get access to so many good sales and new releases, it's definitely worth the membership price. I recently got the mother and daughter set for Mother's Day and it's still the cutest thing ever, I definitely recommend this business

For those who have or are about to place their first order know that the 2 for $24 leggings discount is when you become a VIP which is signing you up for their monthly subscription which is $50 a month. The $50 a month has gotten me VIP exclusive outfits which are regularly $90-$100 sets but I don't pay anything because of the subscription I paid for the month. And the subscription doesn't limit your purchase choices either. You don't just have to get the VIP exclusive ones, you can buy anything and the subscription price just goes toward your purchase as a credit, it's not charging you to be a member. If I don't want or plan on getting anything for a certain month, I can put a pause on my subscription which you can easily do online or the app. It took me a while to understand how it all works, but there you have it!

I have been disappointed for a while with the style options on Fabletics. I loved the solar style leggings with the mid-rise waist. They now offer mostly high rise leggings which do not appeal to me. And they don't carry bright colors in what mid-rise leggings they do have. The only reason I placed this order is because the young lady I talked to about canceling my subscription said I should use up my points. Options were very limited for my preferences... That said, I am not their target audience.

Do not get conned! Their emails that make you think the leggings are on sale. They are very clever and make their emails look like they are on sale but they are not. In TINY letters next to the reduced price it says VIP which basically gives them the right to take £49 out of your bank each month! At no point was I emailed to say I had become a VIP member and only found out when £49 left my bank this month so they rely on you not having read the EXTREMELY small print and the only time you realise is once they have taken the first payment of £49! I have just looked again online and it is almost impossible to see what you are agreeing to by buying at the reduced price... shocking tactics! And surprise surprise I couldn't get through today on chat and they didn't call back so I could cancel my membership which I never even realised I had. Disgusting and misleading and I am not sure how they get away with it. Lesson learnt... but be warned... it's no better than a scam!

The cloths were of such low quality it astonished me that they even made it through shipping. The 3 sets of underwear I bought lasted one month... they started splitting and tearing after the second wash. They force you into a monthly subscription service for their terrible underwear you would probably not buy again if you weren't sucked into the subscription. Which by the way is WAY to expensive, even if the product was any good. BUYER BEWARE

I was foolish enough to sign on and they at the check out tells you that you will be receiving a shipment periodically and get charged for it. I quickly asked the Customer Service to get me off the site and scrub my information. They said they cannot do so. All this site is just to get you hooked, sell stuff to you you do not want, and get your information and sell it. I am not happy about this. People should tell everyone not to even sign up for any deals with any sites until you know what you are getting into.
I have shopped with fabletics a few times in the past and last month i tried to cancel my membership, after doing so i received a charge on my card for their monthly fee so i reached out to the live chat. After going back and forth with their customer service for a while i finally convinced her to give me a refund/cancel my membership. Then, I received another charge for the monthly fee this month so reached out again and was told that the agent had told me in our previous conversation that my account would be remaining active (which did not happen). Then after going back and forth with this agent I got my money back again. This time I was smart enough to screenshot the conversation for the next time this happens. I am very sad that this is happening as I like their products but the monthly membership is a scam and they will do all they can to keep taking your money.

I really liked these leggings which is why I was super upset when they ripped at the seam. This was the second pair to go. The first pair ripped after one wear. The second after about 5 months of me wearing them maybe two to three times a month. I let customer service know and they just said they wouldn't replace them so I opted out of the month VIP and am happy I did. For leggings that are supposedly worth $60+, they are crap quality.

There is no standard or even a proper return process in the company which is shocking and ridiculous for a customer since this is one of the most basic requirements in an online shopping platform. There is no return label provided in an email or the online account for an easy & quick access to print. Rather the customer support needs to be contacted each time to acquire a copy of the return label and that is too much of the customer's time consuming and a tedious process. This stressful process simply makes one feel like not shopping from here again!

Was very shocked when joining the Fablethics community when I saw the discounts members received. I wanted to splurge but was instantly turned off by the lack of diff colors and bigger sizes. Being xl has always made online shopping difficult and I do not think fablethics has created a solution. I would love if you added more xl and xxl choices!

Love the quality of clothing but whenever I try to checkout with afterpay it never works. I have tried it multiple times and each time it never goes through. Fabletics lost at least two orders from me because of this.

I really like my leggings. I had seen offers for 2 for $24 and finally decided to order. I placed an order for 2, received one and was charged $32. I have no idea how they so royally screwed up my order, but they refused to listen to my complaints. Canceled my subscription immediately. I hope to find other leggings I like as well, because I would definitely order more if they were a decent and reputable company.

I have received 4 orders. I was particularly disappointed to receive a bra and leggings that were called the same colour name, but weren't the same shade. I have also returned other items. Thankfully, their return process is relatively painless.

I would like it better if you made it easier to skip a month. Another company sends me at least one email a month giving me several days to skip. You make it very difficult to skip. You also make it difficult to quit. I feel that you are in it for the monthly fee I pay. The other company I have been with for years no problem but you are always a problem. I fell like you are stealing my money. Then what I can buy with my 60 dollars with my credit is mostly stuff that costs less again allowing you to steal my money. Be more consumer friendly. Honestly just an email each month would make a difference. Your products are pretty good love my exercise bras and my daughter liked what I got her too. If you don't have good service people will go elsewhere.

I had ordered three pairs of under-garments in early April. After waiting a month I called customer service, they apologized and created a re-order. The package finally arrives but turns out to be all a size extra-small (I'm an XL), so now not only do I have to wait even longer but I have to make a print out and package it back [I don't own a printer] meaning I have to go out of my way with this hassle and prolong waiting period do to Fabletics hiccup. Now I've enjoyed this company's fabrics, they're comfortable enough for the price, but at this point, could of a least given me this product on the free, especially when being hanged up on by customer service twice for merely even presenting this free alternative. My goodness at least throw in some complimentary socks for my endeavors!

I love the clothes, however the lack of sizing is limiting. Had to lose weight to fit into M pants, otherwise a L didn't look right. Actual waist inches x length inches would be much better.
Shipping is awful. After ordering, I'm always given a reasonable arrival date. The order never arrives by that date, and no new date is given. Just eventually shows up. And that day of arrival is usually so much later, that the new credit date is only a week away. Why would I pay for another credit if I JUST got new clothes? Amazon = 3 days, Fabletics = 3 weeks

Bought two pair of pants, which I like. What I didn't like was that somehow through my purchase I got signed up for membership and Fabletics billed my credit card for membership a couple weeks later.
I had no idea when I bought the pants that this was happening. So with that said I quickly cancelled the membership. And I will have a hard time purchasing from Fabletics again as now I don't trust the company. To bad because I like the product.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
