DO NOT give your business to "Fab"letics. They border on the unlawful with their hidden charges and their pathetic five day skip window. If you forget they charge your card and give you no way to get your money back. Disgusting business model, terrible customer service, and super LOW quality products. Basically all-around terrible. I have been waiting MONTHS to have my issue resolved. Infuriating... and I am not alone. Scam-letics
My 3 boys are very athletic complaining of sweating under the hips. So I purchased fabletics underwater for all three, they all agreed how great the underwater are comfortable and controlling of moisture. I would highly recommend this garment.

I was very disappointed to learn that in order to receive the extra discounted price I would have to send back my shorts. This just doesn't make much sense to me. The shorts had been 50% off when I placed my order and before I even got them in the mail they went to 60% off. I felt that fabletics should of adjusted the price without me sending back my shorts. It cost me $5.00 to get my label printed out at the store. I told customer service that I didn't have a computer to print label out when I spoke with him over the phone.

I have been looking for good sports bras for running. The sizing chart is spot on and their high impact bras are fantastic.

It takes Longer than usual to receive order. Orders ship in multiple different packages. If you need to exchange for different size, plan or it being a good 3 weeks before you actually get to wear what you purchased.

Prices on CANADIAN site are in USD. No mention of it anywhere! This is absolutely insane and I consider it fraud.
Only able to take advantage of ONE of the welcome deals (pants OR swimwear), but once again, not mentioned anywhere. But when I returned 1 of the pants, I didn't get compensated and get my bikini sale.
I am really disappointed and would not recommend Fabletics to anyone. I didn't even talk about the fact that they charge you for a credit if you forget to cancel. What a way to take advantage of people! It's completly useless to have a membership since the only time you get a good deal is when you get the new member deals.

My issue not resolved and I doubt it will be.
Fabletics advertised as member benefit you will receive 20 points for each review. I have not received any points since May 2021.
Member service chat person, Honey, said the take about a week to be approved and post. I explained I haven't received any since that date and I have several reviews to complete.
My issue was not resolved. Very frustrating.

I want to shop when I want to shop. I'm lazy and poor. I don't want to have to manage my account every month. I just want to be able to purchase something when I have the money available. I really love the clothes, I don't want the responsibility of monthly charges.

I've exchanged quite a few items in store cause I ordered them online and they were not the right size for me and they were always glad to help and made the process as comfortable as possible. Beside, I can attest to the quality of their clothes. I've been wearing them for a year and a half and those items still look and feel almost new. Prices, specially when there is a deal (and they almost always have a deal), are way better then the competition.

Oddly enough I get all emails from Fabletics but I haven't received a 1st the month email in over a year. Of course, I have been charged several months for not cancelling and I'm told by several customer service reps that I should put the date on my calendar so I can log in and 'skip a month'. I have been a Fabletics customer since this program first began and this issue started about a year ago. Why should I be charges for something that I believe is your error and you won't fix it. I also believe that the quality and selection have gone down.

Fabletics's core product – leggings and other athletic/athleisure – is great, but they have a few problems:
The motion365 fabric is the best, but the monthly outfits almost always have powerhold or oasis pureluxe leggings, which simply aren't as good!
The website is SO BUGGY it's insane. As someone who works in tech i'm a little scandalized at the web performance
I purchased a few shorts from here a few months a later I seen they charged my card $49 every month for the last couple months so I called to see what was going on there customer service was the worst customer service I ever dealt with and very unprofessional I would not recommend buying from here, buyer be aware! Make sure when you check out read every single word they will sneakily sign you up with there subscription.

Bought clothes on a sale and was required to agree to be a VIP member. I did not realize that I would be automatically charged 49.95 each month. Fabletics says that the charges did not go through, my back statement shows otherwise.

I have been a Fabletics customer for years and wear their leggings almost daily! Living in the Midwest, they are amazing layered in the winter and just perfect in the summer. My go-to all of the time. Can't beat the quality and the only time I had an issue, I was able to exchange seamlessly

Overall my Experience returns are fairly easy at the stores and the website is easy to navigate however it comes to promotions it can be a little bit confusing regarding if you have a Fabletics account to credit you cannot use that

I don't like that you take money out of my checking account every month. It has taken me 3 months to cancel this membership. Everytime I tried to chat the bot would hang up or there wasn't a cancel membership button until this month.

More than two pairs that I've bought have gotten a hole in them the first time I wore them before even wearing them out of the house. The material is super cheap to consistently have small holes in them for no reason.
I had a Fabletics membership a few years ago and had stopped for budget reasons. I rejoined excitedly but have been disappointed with the style, fit and quality of the items I've received. Sadly, I am going to cancel my membership again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
