The clothes are good quality, However I cancelled my membership and they continued to charge me monthly payments. They also sent me wrong items and I never received my correct order. Please Don't sign up.
I ordered 2 of the new flare leg they were too big and to long could never get them traded never had my size back in stock so was just gonna send in for refund but wanted to charge me $16 shipping fee. The 2 pair of powerhold stitching has already came unraveled. So I will I guess I will have to just eat the cost.

I have been a member of Fabletics since 2011. I absolutely love their products. You can skip a month at any time that you don't want to buy anything, which is a great option. I don't like the pricing system. Don't get me wrong, I believe the cost for the items are reasonable for a quality product. I don't appreciate how they price the items as 32.75 and the other item comes up 16.50 in your cart so you are. 75 cents under your fifty... every freakin time. As a VIP member, you have to order in the first five days, and in that time there are no specials or sales. If you save your fifty and choose not to skip, you can not apply that fifty to a sale item that will come up after the first five days. I also have an issue with customer service. I can not understand what they are saying. I feel bad, but it's kind of important to understand the customer representative. And last but not least, the shipping time is stupid long. This last order is on day 15 and still in postal limbo.

I re-started my membership with Fabletics in January, but didn't sign up for VIP. I've been charged £44 a month every month since as a VIP member but this credit doesn't show on my online account so they are just taking money off me for no reason. I tried to get this rectified by phone and email - phone customer service told me my account is inactive, and email customer service told me I'm not a VIP member so there's no way they're taking money off me. Fabletics owe me £132 and there is no way to track it down as their customer service is terrible and sends you round in circles. It's a huge shame as the leggings are really nice.

The clothes are a good value. I love different colored leggings but most of the time the colored ones don't fit right and aren't soft like the black ones. I have returned many items which is a simple process until the carrier lost the package and it never made it there which made me have to "fight" for my refund. As of right now I am waiting on my refund on an item I took to staples to return. Supposed to be instant but it's been 5 days and still nothing. I would recommend fabletics to anyone who wants a great quality legging.

Almost every piece of active wear I have bought has been a great fit. The fabric is soft and the colours are bright and vibrant. I love all my active wear outfits even though I don't workout as much anymore since my spinal surgeries. The outfits are great for everyday wear around the house running errands because they have lots of stretch, for bending and moving around.

As an older woman who needs weight work for osteoporosis caused partly by post-cancer meds, my only income is Social Security, I find the fairly automatic VIP deduction plan more than difficult. It should be one alternative, not the only choice.

I originally was just ordering an item from Fabletics. Apparently, on the order page, there is an option to 'become a member' that you have to uncheck in order to not become a member. There is no clear indication or verification that you are signing up for a subscription service.
I noticed the heavy $54/mo charge on my paypal after 2 months. This is also shady because I actually only ever approved a PayPal payment for the original item continued to use that approval for on-going monthly payments.
There is no way to cancel the subscription on the website. It can only be done via phone. The first time I called to cancel ti never happened. I cancelled the monthly charge on PayPal but Fabletics put in a new authorization without my approval. Finally, after the second call, I was able too cancel.
Even then, when you cancel, you lose any accumulated credits that you build up from the subscription.
Super, super shady.

Placed order Jan 18. Received email on 1/21 order would be received 1/22. Called in 1/31 and auto line said order was delivered in Jan 19. Spoke with phone rep who had a terrible connection, and I had to ask her to repeat everything she said. She disconnected the call. I called back, went through the automated answering system again and got another phone rep who said order had been delayed, put me on hold to research and after 5 minutes he disconnected the call.

They say they do not have my card info but charges come every month. I was asked to provide my email address and was told it was not on file. 5 minutes later, I received an email asking how good customer service was. They pass you to several customer service and each person asks you to repeat your information, and at each person they pass you to, a NEW info is asked, on top of all the previous. First, they will ask for the first 6 numbers is your credit card. Next person asks for the last 4. Then you get passed again... A SCAM! BEWARE! They have been taking money from my account for months.

I am annoyed at both myself and this company. I know I should have read the small print and I am annoyed at myself for that, but I am also annoyed at this company for doing this in the first place. It is a ridiculous system obviously aimed at taking as much money from people as they can especially if the members get nothing in return. Also when I rang to cancel my membership the person I spoke to was determined to change my mind and kept going on and on about this deal or that deal. It was difficult to get her to accept no. Although she was at least polite about it. My advice is yes use the website if you want to, just make sure you know what you are getting into. I wish I had and will definitely do so in the future.
The quality of the clothing is great. The problem I have is that the clothing runs too small so when you go to order a medium there are out of stock on nearly all items. Being a VIP member I want to order every month but I can't order anything! So frustrating. Also, clothing color options are limited, mainly pinks and purples. Can a girl get some reds, greens, and oranges. Needs more variety.
This site is a scam. Just got an email saying my order has been placedI haven't been in the site in weeks! $97 for clothes I believe I had in my cart from before but never purchased. RIDICULOUS AND ILLEGAL! Horrible customer service (one time I had someone fall asleep on my call and I had to scream to wake him up. Then refused to get his manager or have them call me back). I can't count the number of times I've had trouble with this incompetent company.
This place sucks. Clothing quality is actually not bad, which makes this extra unfortunate. Not worth it though!

I'm an XL 12-14 in Fabletics size charge, but little hope in getting a matching set, something is always unavailable, and I don't fare much better on single items in the color I want. They cater to the super small and larger sizes but don't produce enough M, L and XL. Website could be more user friendly too, no free shipping offers or I've missed them. While I love some of the products, the experience is so labor intensive, I've rarely purchased anything anymore

I never agreed to a membership in which I would be paying $50 a month! They have taken a considerable amount from my account or something i never signed up for! On top of that. They make it so difficult to cancel the membership! I still haven't been able to cancel it. Stay clear!

Immediately after trying them on I knew I would buy more. The fabric is high quality, the high waist is comfortable & didn't pinch my sides even after hours of wear, bending or sitting, and the curve of the stitching in the back accentuated my shape. I would definitely recommend this brand to others.

I placed an order and after 16 days called because I had not received a shipping confirmation. I called and they said the order never went through despite being charged. I cancelled my "VIP" membership after arguing about getting a refund for the items that never shipped. Huge scam and waste of my time.
Their customer care sucks. They are advertising products they don't sell on their site and when you write to customer care you get the answer to the wrong question, have to start again, etc. I also don't know who would pay $50/mo to order product. Over them and not buying. Shame on Kate Hudson.
I received an offer to purchase leggings. The next thing I know I'm signed up for a monthly service. They started charging my same card. They claimed it was my mistake for not checking out as a guest. There was no "you're agreeing to sign up for a monthly charge" anywhere on the site.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
