Really disappointing. The sizing chart is inaccurate. The clothes fit too small so make sure you order up a size. The exchange process is unethical. I called to get a return label and confirm that I could exchange the leggings for the next size up and was promised the next size. I received the return label, packed up the leggings in the original packaging and sent them back that same day. After not hearing anything for three weeks I decided to call and check on the exchange. I was told they received my return but were out of the size I needed and they would issue me a credit in 3-5 business days. Of course I'm shocked and disgusted at their unethical behavior, holding onto the leggings I paid for and sent back and never getting back to me. This experience has trumped however great these clothes could be due to their greed and lack of respect for me, their customer.
I have just found out that I have been charged £44 each month after one order, without realising it. Having read previous reviews I do realise that it states it in the small print, but you shouldn't have to read the small print to avoid this kind of con - just look how many people have been fooled into it... that doesn't happen with solid companies. I phoned the number and spoke to someone who initially tried to fob me off with 'you'll have to use that money on our website', but I made a fuss and he then said he'd credit me with one month's worth of the charge. I then put my husband on the phone (who is much better than me at dealing with this kind of thing) and after a lot of arguing I am going to get all 3 months'
Worth of money back. I am furious that it's such a con, and not obvious enough for people who just want a quick buy of some lovely looking clothes. Outrageous website and I've closed my account.
I generally like the items that I order but have had three pair get holes after 1-2 wears/washes in the crotch area. Plus the little F logos immediately begin partially peeling off after 1-2 washes. Also the bras are a little ill-fitting - too tight around rib cage but too loose in the strap/neckline area.
It was just annoying to have to remember to skip every month and then get charged, now the membership prices have gone up and the quality of their leggings has gone down. Their leggings used to last me 2-3 years now I'm barely getting a few months out of them. Not worth the money.

After having this account for about 6 months, I realized how much I have been overpaying for the same quality items that I could just go pick up at the neighborhood Target. I don't need a monthly membership to purchase a tank top regularly priced at $49.95 to be discounted to $6.30. I have been dupped into thinking that because a celebrity is wearing it that it must worth more... NOT! Great items, but not worth paying a $45.00 a month membership to get them.

Out of four pairs of leggings only two are comfortable and stay up properly. Pictures are difficult to see what you're actually purchasing online. Having to cancel every month so you're not charged is ridiculous and time consuming to make sure it's canceled.

I love that i always find great outfits and deals. However the prices are in USD which makes the items more expensive after the conversion to CAD. It will be nice to have a store in Canada where we can also have cheaper prices.

I tried for months to stay with the membership however in the end had to request a refund for several months of fees and end the subscription.
I love the product and would still be subscribing if the issues were resolved. I began complaining and speaking with the agents in January to let them know the product I preferred was never in stock. They were kind but not helpful. They relayed that I have to shop on specific dates (the first few days of the month) in order to have access to the most popular items. I set a reminder on my phone and began shopping on the days suggested. As I shopped items would be removed from my cart or made unavailable. The subscription became a job and it was an awful experience. I even gave them one last chance by speaking with an agent (in May) to see if they could put items back in my cart. I tried everything to keep the subscription but in the end the actual shopping experience was just no fun and so I have found alternate stores to get my gear.

I desperately want to cancel my Fabletics account, but I have so many member points that are difficult to combine and used to get rid of them and then allow me to cancel. I hate how you have the Fabletics logo now on the leggings it's terribly tacky! I also think that your new styles are cheap looking. You used to have classy looking styles to choose from

Watch your credit card activity. I "skipped a month" and they charged me anyways. I called and they are reversing the charges, but they did say that it was an IT problem on their end. No teling how many others were charged incorrectly.
Ordered 2 pairs of leggings for $24 2 days after Christmas. Thought I was getting a great deal. No updates for a couple weeks, so I checked the website. Fabletics website showed shipped, but when I followed the tracking info, it showed package not received by shipper. Contacted Fabletics and they said they couldn't do anything unless it had been 15 business days after the date of purchase. Waited a month (in actual days) for something to change, until it had finally been 15 business days and the exact same information showed on my account as the day I ordered them. Requested a full refund and Fabletics refunded this purchase.

I have had better luck with fabletics pants than tops. I would like to see more in petites, both tops and bottoms. Most tops just don't work for me. I like comfort and coverage for yoga and weight training. They are all too long

Absolutely terrible online business. Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong product and refused to correct their mistake. They signed me up for a costly monthly service without letting me know. They make it nearly impossible to cancel the membership, return anything, etc.
I'm not happy with the automatic billing that occurs each month.
Most of the items that I want cost less than the amount of the "credit".
I am waiting to use up my credits and then I will no longer subscribe to their emails

I did not sign up for a subscription, luckily I checked my account and they had signed me up without my knowledge. They had stolen 2 months 55$ish dollars per month out of my account, I was able to have it returned through PayPal

This is the worst $#*! ever. I bought the most horrible dress which I could not refund and in addition, I got subscribed to a VIP crap that takes away my money every month and which I supposedly can cancel between the 1st and the 5th of each month... which option does not appear online. Now I finally could cancel this membership and yet, I got 50 euros away that will not be refund and that I'm compelled to spend in this shop. What a great business.
I purchased items in store and also ordered a pair of shorts. They were shipped to the wrong address and lost. No replacement has been sent and I can't get any help with resolving the issue. These were a gift purchased in early May.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
