Fabletics is pretty much a scam of a company. They make money off of you forgetting to cancel or skip your subscription. They also have terrible customer service that is rude to you when you try to contact them about any issues. I would never shop with them again.
I have been a member of fabletics for awhile and enjoy their leggings. However, I do not like how you cannot get your money back after they take it out each month for a credit. I had a rough few months and forgot to skip and needed that money back, but was denied. I told them youre just taking money and making me spend it at your company. I know it's in there 'terms and conditions' but I think that is terrible business practice. I got one credit back but that's it.

As in many other reviews- the VIP membership and auto deduction of $49.95 was not clear - our bad. So after we racked up some credit I figured we'd spend it and get out- easier said than done. I was not happy with products received and now have been waiting 30 days for a refund. They lie when you call them- fortunately I have kept track of dates and what they have been saying. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with- Kate Hudson should be ashamed. As a co- founder she should help support a company that is customer friendly and not out to scam their members. There are so many more legitimate membership clothing options out there- DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ONE! Be warned.

Don't cancel your membership with this company and think you will be refunded if you do not purchase another item. They will keep your money and force you to purchase an item. Ridiculous and poor customer service. The VIP membership is a joke. Stay away. But I will give them the satisfaction of they do sell good leggings but that's it.

When I first ordered it was amazing not bad shoes for a great price however I started to notice and get alerts of sales only to find out that the sale prices are for new vip members only. Have skipped more times then bought for that reason have really been thinking about canceling my membership. I know it is important for companies to get new members I just feel like they always ignore existing members.

I just became a member in December and I love their clothes. This month I found an outfit I want along with another pair of shorts. I waited until the 6th when they are supposed to charge my card and -no charge-. I got on chat and asked today what was up and I got some obviously canned responses that are just stupid. I was told that they can charge my card anytime after the 5th so it can happen anytime during the month. That makes no sense as I am waiting so I can buy the outfit. I don't want to buy the outfit and then have them hit my card whenever. Then the customer rep said that they are really busy and charge thousands of cards every day and they will get to mine. That is also just stupid. In addition, apparently the person can't access my account so really has no idea what's going on. While I really like Fabletics I just can't stand poor customer service. I don't have an order number because I am waiting to order!
Everything I have bought from Fabletics has been top quality, comfortable and stylish. The shipping is fast and the regular updates are great in making sure I or a family member is around to receive. If I happen to not like an item (which rarely happens) returning is easy and painless. I would and do recommend Fabletics to friends and family.

When I first became a member the quality of product was fantastic. The designs were different, unique and fun. My size is always out of stock. Sports bras are the only tops matched with pants as combos. No more fun 3 piece combos available or cute tops that aren't sports bras. So disappointed!

I resigned after a few months of being charged and not finding anything that fit my needs. I did not receive the "free" outfit. I also had a difficult time finding outfits that were age and body shape appropriate.
I lost about $100 in the deal as the company would not refund my monthly charges that were automatically placed on my credit card. After I thought all was "fixed" as far as leaving the membership and not having my card charged, I received yet another $49.00 charge. I had to dispute the charge with my card company. When I called Fabletics, I was placed on hold due to heavy calls. I can see why. I waited for a representative for over 30 minutes. I would not recommend this company due to the unusual sales tactic. It feels like a scam.
I went to skip the month of December and every time I tried clicking the page wouldn't load. I tried on a different browser and it looked like it had worked, but then the page glitches and logged me out... it was a red flag, but i ignored it because i thought it had gone through. Well, here we are a week later and my account was charged. The robotic system was BEYOND annoying to deal with, as it kept asking for more information and repeating the same questions multiple times. Finally all of a sudden it said your refund has been processed and will take 7 business days! How annoying! So I want to cancel my membership now because this whole service is silly. I've been on hold on the phone for over hours (not kidding) and twice I've had the robot voice come on and say "there are 17 people in que ahead of you". It hasn't changed at all since I started the phone call! I'm beyond frustrated and will be advising ALL my friends and family to stay far away from this brand.

This is a scam website! I ordered a pair of leggings through them for the first time
(2 for $28 sale) and later after 2 months, I got charged for another $49.95! I contacted them and they stated this a membership credit issued to you and it is not refundable! I am not interested at all to purchase a single item from them for their poor quality but they charged me for $49.95 without any reason! Never and ever give your credit info to this website for future unexpected charges!

HORRIBLE customer service. I have yet to receive my refund and its been over a week! This is my second disappointment with them, they sent me the wrong items 2x. I am never shopping from this company again. They have cute clothes but I do not think its worth the head ache of worrying about a refund or getting the right order.
Love the outfits, I usually order something twice a month. Lately after I spent ohdels of time selecting my outfits, its time to check out. Now here is the headache the promotions are not all reflecting in the basket. Example I received an email stating that ALL bottoms were 20 dollars. I had a total of 4 items in my cart. When I went to pay the total was 130 dollars so I called customer service to receive assistance. They was able to resolve the issue thank fully... but this is now the third time this has happened...

The chat bot doesn't recognize 3/4 of the commands it should, it says it'll transfer but then no one answered me in the chat for 30+ minutes. I messaged on Facebook, no answer either. I called the customer service and got the "that's not our fault" response.

I have been a VIP member with Fabletics until today. I used my so called member credits to order and was instead charged over $200. When I called them about this, they said the o my way they will refund me and use my credits, is if I send my items back! Instead of just refunding my credit card, and using the credits that they were supposed to. I haven't even received the items yet. The worst customer service. The items will be returned, membership cancelled. And I will post about my experience on every advertisement and tell everyone I know to avoid this shady company.

Of the 6 pairs of pants I bought, 3 (THREE!) have ripped! Ive only ever once, in the previous 20 years, had a pair of leggings rip on me. They all came apart at the seems in the crotch area. They also fade after the first wash! And this is with cold water and hang drying. So all those pretty patterns will have white fuzzy material sticking out everywhere and will make them look faded.
For the scam... once I discovered that the first few pairs I got were terrible quality, I decided to cancel. I had nearly $250 (five credits) in credit that I had to spend. So I filled up my basket for slightly under my credit amount, and it wouldnt let me use the last credit! I had to spend OVER $250 to use my own effing money! I cant believe Kate Hudson has her name on this.

If you go through their Live Chat to cancel your account DO NOT put the word 'cancel' in your reason for contacting the company. I believe they transfer these requests to a department with less staff on chat, and it takes way longer.
I wanted to cancel my subscription today and initially wrote that my reason for contacting support was to 'cancel my subscription'. I waited around for over an HOUR and it never connected me to an agent, it remained busy. I closed the chat window and started over by just saying 'account inquiry'. I got an agent in exactly 4 minutes.

Their membership is pretty terrible. They make it difficult to skip (you only have a 5 day window) and once you get the credit for which you pay 60 USD for, you're most likely spending on things that go on sale for 40 or below. There's more value to just save the 60 and skip each time so you could maximize your savings but you get shafted whenever you get charged.

The main problem with this company is the way they do their membership. You are only able to skip in a small window of time and missing that window you will get charged. We're talking days, between the 1st and the 5th of every month. You miss the 5th, you get charged. Their pausing feature is hidden and it seems obvious that they dislike people pausing their membership. Their products are good, which is why I'm still here but 60 a month and the value you get from that is little. They've recently raised it to that price from 49.99 which was too much to begin with. They've done nothing to justify that increase. They're asking too much for what they're providing currently.
I was mainly interested in their Only Pants which is what I've been buying for the most part. Sale prices that have a higher discount are only available to new members. Their pants are nice, especially because they are stain resistant because they can wick moisture. That is the one thing they have over dockers. The site has been easy to navigate for the most part but to this day I wanted to put the smoke green only pant on my waiting list and I was unable to ever figure out how to do that. Whenever there is a member credit and there is a sale, I feel like I already paid more, for example the item is on sale for 34.99 and I could buy it for 1 member credit, which is worth 49.99, so instead I opt to buy something else or wait until something else comes around.
I had a great experience ordering from Fabletics and honestly the clothes are great. However, I no longer needed the subscription and called customer service to end my contract a few days later. They said no problem although I'd get the month of January free if I keep my subscription through then. Come January, I was charged the $60 fee even though I'd been told I wouldn't be.
I called customer service and opened many tickets but still haven't been able to get the subscription fee refunded back to me. As a salesperson myself, this is shady business.

Return policy is 30 days, but it starts when you order and not when delivered. In actuality, you have a couple of weeks to decide. I missed the date and now stuck with stuff that doesn't fit. You should minimally be able to exchage up to 60 days.
Most athletic clothing companies have a much better policy and thus I will cancel my VIP and shop there from now on.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
