I've tried to exchange items to Fabletics and it was nothing but a hassle. I was forced to call their customer service line several times to attempt to make the exchange correct. Even after mutiple calls the wrong size items were sent. Orders take 2 plus weeks to process and ship. It's unacceptable. Not really sure the added value of VIP status.
So disappointed, I bought a pair of leggings that fit very well but after very few uses they already have a hole in the crotch :( I'm sad bcs they fit really nicely. And I just noticed that there is no place to complain or no body to write to. Bad service and bad quality.
I have been a member with Fabletics since 2014! I love the leggings, the quality is great. The active wear is supportive and gives me a confidence when I work out that I am looking good and feeling better. Ordering is super easy, delivery is fast, and my daughter even loves the clothing and reminds me every month to see what is new.

Dear Ms Hudson, I have been a loyal customer for years. I earn reward points only for your company to take them back is not used in one year. They clearly haven't thought this through because whe I spend those rewards it means I'm also spending of my pocket! I get compliments all the time o my Fabletics outfits... I happily say where I got them. From now on I'm going to say from a company you DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH!

First off, I some how got signed up for their description and it's 50$ a month! That is unacceptable and don't know how this happened. Everything else I love the leggings great quality love the color love the fit just don't recommend putting your email and if you don't wanna get charged 50$every month!

While buying my first pair of leggings thinking it was cheap and affordable... I didn't realize that I was in a VIP membership and I needed to pay 49 US dollars every month or press skip month because I've been on tons of clothing websites and never have I ever been on one that charges money monthly. I think that Fabletics is a scam. Just don't bother buying from here.

I have been a VIP member for well over a year. All of the items that I have ordered (a lot!) have been the best quality. The prices are amazing and they always have great sales! **Even if something is not on sale and I don't have a member credit because I already used it I pay full price, I am beyond impressed! I have tried lulu and other high end brands and I will say that fabletics selection, color variety, and overall quality of products are exceptional and I will continue to not only buy for myself but for my husband and son as well. We will be lifelong Fabletics fans!

Ordering is quick and easy. It ships fast. Love that you can see the items on models of all sizes. Would like to see it more on the front line. The leggings are true to size. If it's a print pattern order a size larger or you might look funny. Love the power hold

I wear a size large and most shirts and shorts. None of the shorts fit because either their sizing is either intentionally too tight or just smaller than industry average. The shirts fit okay, but even there the sizing was weird and I only ended up with one shirt. Then I found out that the membership automatically bills you $60 unless you opt out between the 1st and the 5th of the month. There is no way to delay that automatically. You have to log in and remember to do this during that time period. I'm not the kind of person that has $60 to blow on clothes every month so I probably wouldn't ever sign up for something like this anyway, but having an option to delay the automatic credit that they bill you every month would be nice. Fabletics just isn't a brand that fits me so I discontinued my membership. I had to call in and go through a process to do that which I also thought was annoying. You can't just discontinue from your account.

You rely on people not being able to cancel their subscription.
You also cancelled my order. So literally all it got me was almost loosing $50.

I can't get enough of the PowerHold leggings. They are comfortable yet sturdy. Also, the Cashel Midi Logo Sports Bra is really cute! It's like a crop top. I realize that may not be everyone's thing, but together they are a great pair, as the band on the leggings tucks you in and slims you out!

I had a horrible experience with fabletics. I purchased their two for $24 deal and signed up for membership. One of the pairs they sent me had a hole in it. I contacted customer service. They guaranteed a hassle free return. Fast forward two months later... I have gone back and forth with them on this return for months now... they first tried to give me store credit which would not be enough to purchase a new pair of leggings since I bought the first two pairs in a deal. Then they said choose any legging to replace. I did and they tried to upcharge me ten extra bucks. Mind you this was over a month of going back and forth and slow responses. I finally said forget it and refund me directly. I had already mailed back the damaged pair of leggings. Going on my second month of no refund. I have repeatedly asked for a manager and have been ignored. This company is unprofessional and definitely not quality of customer centric. Get your leggings at academy. Much much better in comparison.

I ordered items that never arrived, so I was given store credit of about $75, then had a member credit for $49.95. I used these two credits to order $104 worth of merchandise. But was then charged an ADDITIONAL $6, on top of already having more credit than was necessary for my purchase. So, not only did I have my leggings lost, then had to purchase others I don't really like because my first choice was sold out, I was also massively over charged. Something is up with Fabletics. I've been ordering from them for years, but lately, I keep getting scammed out of money and product.

The initial sign up offer has great value. However, beyond that the value is gone. The credits are near worthless when you consider the variance of cost associated to items that require credits. In a lot of cases you would pay more to buy something with a credit than the item would cost outright. There's no real incentive to keep the membership active.

When I heard about fabletics I was excited to try! But as you can see it didn't happen that way. My first problem is how they word everything. I paid for faster shipping and they said it will take 1 to 2 days of processing and shipped out. They don't tell you it takes that just to process it then about another week just to ship it out. Once I heard about that I immediately tried to cancel my order I had to call and wait about 20 minutes just to speak to a customer service representative mind you I was told I have a 5 minute wait time, I finally get someone on the phone and they asked my why I want to cancel kinda in an attack way like I insulted them. After my experience and reading reviews from other people I knew this wasn't for me. Anyways who buys workout clothes every month.

I accidentally signed up for membership when purchasing a special introductory offer. They immediately canceled my accidental membership and let me keep the special deal. As 78 YO woman, my guess the two pair of workout pants will last me a lifetime as they are extremely well made and the fabric appears to be super tough although very comfortable.

I love Fabletics! I've been a member for years. My all time favorite product is the PowerHold leggings! I have thick, muscular legs and do a lot of running. They stay up and are very compressed! I also train jiu jitsu and can wear these without falling down as well! I recommend them to anyone and everyone that are looking for a good quality pair of leggings! Fabletics has great quality products for a very fair price.

I have been ordering from Fabletics for over a year now. I rarely receive an item that I do not like. I have never been this loyal to a brand before and have even been able to get some of my male friends and brothers to become addicted to the clothes also. They really like the Men's pants saying they are comparable, if not better than, Lululemon's. I also really appreciate the Thredup program. This has allowed me to purge a lot of clothes I had been hanging onto to make more room for MORE Fabletics!

I ordered quite a few pieces from Fabletics. I tried them on the day I received them and the leggings were completely see through. The fabric was extremely thin! I have bought $10 leggings off Amazon that were better quality. The sizing does not match up with their chart. Only one thing I ordered was decent. Will not be ordering from them again.

Joined VIP membership to get Black Friday deals - sizing wasn't great but wasn't too concerned. Cancelled before Dec auto-ship date, I think online but can't seem to find an email record which I now know should have been a red flag.
Recently was checking my CC transaction history and noticed I was charged by Fabletics for a January subscription! Checked the account, and it says my VIP membership is still active - big clue was that I had no notification of a shipment at least. But ooh, I was mad!
Live chat feature is terrible; long wait, difficult to interact with - in one instance, I was connected to "Agent" who did't respond and then ended the chat. Took a break from work to call instead, the digital receptionist was mediocre but got me to a live agent. Live agent was helpful, refunded the charge and confirmed my cancellation via email. Now I have to call again because the website won't let you remove your payment info. No way I'm trusting them with it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
