If you are getting money, let people create as many new accounts as they want. Because guess what if we are only allowed to create 1 new account, thats it. No more orders from us. You literally lost $346 worth of money from me. Be smart!
They took $50 out of my account unexpectedly and when I called to get it back, they still kept trying to sell more clothing to me. Like who do you think you are?! I suggest to never buy from this company. Yes, they do have cute workout clothes but I will be going to LuLu Lemon on nike to buy my clothing from now on!
Total scam! I was really excited to sign up and receive my first outfit. The quality is good as are the designs. But then I find £44 coming out of account every month because I've automatically been signed up to their VIP membership. Which I didn't want! Also, they give you the option to 'skip a month' so you don't get charged, but you need to do this before the 5th of the month. They send out a newsletter reminding you to do this on the 6th!
I really like Fabletics. Their leggings tend to fit my hips, and although they sometimes roll down at the waist, at least they hold me in better than other brands I've tried.
They also have cool styles and I like the celeb endorsements.

Except some pieces, overall it is a nice outfit for a good price. Easy to use the app and easy to exchange when size or Color is not what we expected

I love Fabletics leggings for weight lifting and running. I am never disappointed in the quality and durability of the product. The website has given me trouble on more than one occasion and I hope that is an area that will be fixed.

I didn't realize until today that I've been charged every month on my debit card the last 12 months a $49.99 fee from Fabletics.com. I called the company just now and was told that I should read the small print. If I cancel now, they will allow me to keep the $600 they debited from my card for purchases on their site, however I will not have the VIP pricing anymore. I explained to the representative I don't want to purchase anything from Fabletic's and only want my money returned. Regardless, how can you take money from someone and not allow them to have the benefits that came along with it?
I don't recall seeing any fine print or a choice to select a one time purchase or membership. I do purchase online often, as I don't have time during the day to visit retail stores. I'm fairly cognitive of reading the details that are in front of me.
Stay away from this company. I can't believe Kate Hudson has put her name and face with this company.
I'm on the fence for how long I'll stay a VIP member for a few reasons.
1. Quality
2. Variety
3. Shipping speed
But I'm going to give it another month or two to see if I'm making the correct decision or not.

Every time you come into the store all the associates are very welcoming and helpful. They know exactly where something is that i'm looking for, and if it isn't available in store they help me find it online or look for something similar.

These leggings are super comfy and stay up while working out. I didn't need to pull up on the waist one time. Ordering and skipping months if I need to is extremely easy if your a VIP member. They are also true to size as well.

I have been a VIP member for five years. I own lots of fabletics clothes. They are always good quality and great deals for members, but they used to have more wild and fun things, now it's a lot of whatever is trendy and they do it in a few colors. I plan to remain a member for those months when I find something unique.

It's always fun when I enter into the store because I already know everyone there. When I walk-in they greet me with hello good to see you back again. They always let me know what is new on the shelves and what is on its way to the store from the hub. They always give me an honest answer when I ask if this color looks good on me. If it's not in the store they will order the products and send it to my house for me. All an all I'm very happy this company started doing men clothing to workout in or go out casually. FYI people this is not a fake review at all also I'm truly a happy customer of them. For the first timers go to your nearest store and try on the clothes you'll fall in love with them like I did.

I like Fabletics clothing from time to time, but I certainly don't need to purchase every month. I like the deals membership in their program give, however I never get reminder emails in my inbox and frequently forget to skip a month when I don't need something. That automatic charge is annoying and I can't understand why I get other emails from them, but the reminder is always list in spam or promotions folder.

Ordered for my daughter back in December. It was a Christmas present. I noticed today that there was a $49 charge on my credit card. I called customer service. Scripted operator, which really bugs me. I thought I had signed up as a guest for a one time only purchase but it seems not to work that way. I was put on a subscription with a $49 monthly charge.
Customer Service is fine, I guess. To be honest I don't use it all that often. My issue is the fact that unless you are already physically fit, the clothes don't fit and the bras provide literally no support whatsoever. Not a fan.

Teenage daughter loves looking at clothes. She put items in her cart and checked the price. This was July 2019 She never finalized transaction. They took the 49.95 out of her account that month. Looking back she did not realize that in March, April and June they also took out 49.95. According to Fabletics she did not subscribe until July. Makes no sense to me.
Parents and consumers beware.

I bought the exact same leggings I had purchased two years ago, and they were completely different. Couldn't even get them up & poor quality. My old ones were perfect. The collar of sweatshirt I bought has completely stretched out after around 5 wears. I bought mens tall sweat pants and they were too short. I am the average height for a man. (5'9") Poor quality is the only way I would describe anything I've bought from Fabletics recently.

I've been with Fabletics since 2017. I've had to return and exchange a fair bit of clothing items in that time. Fabletics has always been very fast and polite in dealing with my returns and other issues over the years. 10/10 would recommend.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
