They cancelled My purchase just before it was supposed to arrive and I still got charged. I have not been refunded. Not only that but even though it said I would be getting free shipping it charged me for that as well. This is my first time trying this brand and I'm extremely disappointed and angry will definitely be cancelled my subscription. Would not recommend!
Everything was great until I cancelled my VIP membership last year and kept being charged about every other month. This happened while I was deployed, so this was very upsetting to return home to find these charges. They refunded me everything and then it happened again!

Very happy with fabletics! Great quality, fit, selection and service. My daughter is an odd size and has a hard time with the bottom half. Since we started shopping fabletics she has really filled in her wardrobe and feels so confident with what she is wearing.

Customer service is awful. Money is taken out of your account without knowledge. Refunds not given. Member credits policy is a complete scam. Credits cannot be spent on what you want, only pre-approved outfits. Never seen such a scam

I do love fabletics and always wear them. Costume service is good but I just wish you all would just be in stock more with my favorite leggings. It seems everytime I wanna use my rewards, everything I love is ALWAYS out of stock. If there is a way to know when certain stuff is back in stock, that would be so helpful. Thank you!

I was very excited for fabletics and loved my trial run. However, I never received a reminder to pick my new products the next month and was automatically billed. This ultimately turned me off from the service as I felt it was sneaky.

I kept getting charged for items I didn't get and a membership I did not sign up for. Every time I tried to get my stuff replaced it was out of stock and I still got the wrong leggings. I won't shop that site ever again.

Generally I have been happy with fabletics quality but I have a hard time finding styles suitable for my age... Im over 60 and am not showing my midriff so many of the combo styles are for younger gals. I also am finding the leggings and shorts have too much compression for me. I mostly order joggers but I think there are only so many I need.
Please consider:
Making more tops that cover the body. (I have the Alia in every color). Shorts without compression just lining, a lighter weight collection for warm winter areas (Florida!)
And more styles in TALL sizing!

I like workout wear, but I don't live in it. I have a job and they want to take my money monthly for the privilege of buying more stuff. I only need so much stuff. Then they kept the cash when I cancelled.
I have been a member for almost 2 years, since the initial Buy 2 for $49 deal and have accrued credits on and off since. I regularly skip the month so I am not charged the $49 membership fee. WHENEVER I try to search for products that are my size or style they are always unavailable. In the off chance I want to buy something using my membership credits, the shipping and add on costs are ridiculous! Of all the leggings I have purchased most of them have thread that has come loose, keep smells after being washed, and have small holes at seams. The only reason I am still a member is because I have unused credits and the products I want are not available. As soon as I find products to buy and then pay the crazy fee to get the items, I will end my membership. I look forward to that day!

My mail carrier caused me to not receive my items. When I called, the associate was extremely pleasant and eager to help in replacing my order. I received the new order in a sufficient amount of time. Very pleased with her customer service!

When I first started fabletics, everything was great. I was able to get purchases all the time no problem. Now that fabletics is big and they cant keep up with demand I feel pushed out and the items I want are never available.

I couldn't be more unimpressed with these products. I was looking for an alternative to Lululemon, and after receiving a bundle of Fabletics products, Lululemon prices are justified. Fabletics material and legging designs are completely inferior. I will never purchase again.

I purchased 4 pairs of shorts during one of their discount periods. One of the four came in a large when I ordered a medium. I brought it to a physical store and the store associates refused to let me exchange it for the proper size and said if i want the size i ordered i would have to pay the difference between the discounted price and the original price which would be an additional $20+. They said my only options were that, keeping the shorts, or returning them. Refused to honor what I purchased.

I am sorry to hear of everyone else's disappointments like mine. Feeling extremely ripped off and scammed. I do believe Fabletics will have to hire more troubleshooting agents. We are all getting the same reply message. When I called my credit card to say that I thought I was mistakenly being charged they, to my surprise, knew exactly which company before I even mentioned the name. That serves as a severe red flag when the bank says,'Is it the Fabletics?" I will definitely be telling everyone I know and have my two teenage daughters do the same. They were the ones I was buying these items for. To top it all off the fabletics yoga pants got a hole the first week.

The Powerhold style leggings are my favorite. I haven't come across any others on this site that I like. That's where the poor customer service comes in. Using credits and making exchanges are always difficult by phone. I've been hung up on several times with no service rendered. When trying to cancel the membership, I was put on hold and hung up on by 4 different operators, like that's just their procedure.

Once received, discovered the pants were too small, so I followed the exchange policy, supposedly very easy. I finally had to call because I received an email on "how to" exchange but never received the actual return shipping label. Once I called and received that, I packaged up and returned that same day. Almost a month later and I finally online chat to find out what is going on and they cancelled my order. Will refund me $19...? This will not cover the cost to exchange... I have to end up paying more for the same pants that come with the "free" $25 outfit. I decide to call in to talk to someone, and they put me on hold for 8 minutes then the phone disconnects... really. VIP service, what a joke. I am extremely bummed because I love Kate Hudson and figured this would be a top notch company plus the clothes look really cute. I would have been a repeat customer. Now I have to try calling back in to cancel service... wonder what will happen this time.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
