I was looking forward to making a purchase from this company but after reading so many negative reviews, I can only hope more read these reviews and stay away from this fraudulent company. Shame on Kate Hudson for endorsing this company... shows a lack of integrity on her part.
Horrible customer service. My fabletics account was hacked. When on the phone with customer service about this they even tried to sell me on additional promotions. No sympathy. They still owe me $ for a credit that the hacker used.
I am still waiting (after 4 weeks) for my items to arrive. DHL is saying they can't track as Fabletics doesn't [ay for door to door service. Fabletics is telling me to call Australia post, who have no idea as its a DHL package. Who knows if I will ever receive my package. Terrible customer service, I have sent 8 emails in the past fortnight and only one person got back to me yesterday.
Have cancelled my subscription without even receiving my goods. What a rort!
I have really enjoyed the clothing I ordered. It's great quality and the price was exactly right. Even after several washings the clothes have held up well. I will definitely be buying more! Only thing… they have sales all the time and send ads constantly… it's a bit annoying.

In this order, I purchased 2 bralettes, 2 pairs of leggings in different styles, a pair of bike shorts, and a tote bag. For reference, the sizes I ordered were large and x-large.
Upon receiving them, I noticed a pair of the leggings looked a little small, but I assumed it was the compression. Tried them on, the tag ripped off, and I could barely get them on. After checking the tag, I was sent a size SMALL. I understand accidents happen, but receiving a small when you ordered a large feels icky to me.
Other than this issue, I love the bike shorts, bralettes, and tote bag. The tote bag is probably my favorite item out of the whole purchase.
Not only is the membership guidelines extremely frustrating, but the customer service is abysmal. If you forget to "pass" for the month, they simply don't answer the phone. Trust me the clothing is not worth this horrible system and customer experience - pay a little more and go with lululemon.

I've been shopping from Fabletics since 2016. My go to are the pants and the bras (especially when they match). I love the fit and style of everything. And most of the pants I buy have the side pockets where I always keep my phone and keys. The materiel is soft and squat proof! Highly recommend!
Only down fall is trying to remember to skip the month before it charges me.

I really don't like the changes that has been made before we had to pick out our own style outfit that was free for the points that we earned. You took away certain items that everybody likes especially the knee crop leggings and I don't think I will be buying as much as I used to. I have almost 4000 points and they offered sad you wanna offer me for my points I don't like and I don't like the fact that we have to pay $15 towards our purchase using our points. It has changed a lot.

I have been very pleased and satisfied with the quality of the merchandise and the speedy delivery. The items are so unique and my granddaughter truly loves them because she says mom mom no one else has shoes like mine and always ask me where i got them from.

I thought I was getting a one time good deal. Little did I know I was enrolled in an expensive VIP membership. The quality of their apparel is equal to Old Navy in my opinion. Don't get roped into their money making scam of mid level quality athletic apparel.
I had several credits as I did not need new gear just yet. They have expired my credits even though I paid money for them. In my option that is stealing. I will be cancelling my membership due to this.

Can't stand their membership plan. Having to skip every month or getting charged $50 is ridiculous. Even making a purchase doesn't prevent the charge. I also think the style is changing and not in a good way. The Yitty stuff is hideous

The people I worked with in the store were incredible, friendly and helpful, all of them.
The shorts have been fabulous. I wear them a LOT. They are extremely comfortable and having the pockets makes them great for walking outside while taking your phone, keys and money with you.

It was very easy to order from, however I have been trying to cancel my account for a few days now and no one answers the phone or chat. I have been on old for 30 minutes and nothing! I would not recommend Fabletics or it's affiliates to anyone.

Fabletics is on the verge of achieving total excellence! If a product sells out repeatedly, why would you discontinue it? The example would be the takeaway short/pant. The One short is the same fit but the fabric quality declined substantially. The only pant changed to a baggier fit (or less sizing consistency) in 2021. Shipping is the slowest of any major retailer, by a long shot. Fabletics has some awesome products, and could be the greatest apparel brand out there if they could iron out a few quality control issues.

Whether you're putting your subscription on pause or putting fab wear in your cart the customer service team is incredibly helpful. Outside of the sites UI/UX and unlimited selection of gym fit, I believe the customer service experience is what stands out the most... to me at least :)
Every single time I have made an order, shipping is delayed. I continued to be treated like a commodity by customer service agents - not like a loyal, high spending customer. It's disgusting and I likely won't be ordering more products.

I've never had such amazing service. Every employee was helpful and excited about the products. I told my closest friends about how caring everyone is and they dropped by the store and had the same experience as me. 100/10 recommend.

After years with Fabletics, I have many items I love which are in frequent rotation. Others I tired of and have sent onward to make others happy. A few did not work out, however they are just a small group.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
