Getting a refund or exchange is a complete nightmare. You have to constantly chase refunds and credits which you are due. They dont keep return numbers and you have to spoon-feed them information they should have on their system. The chat doesnt show the barcode you are meant to send(Asterix's this out)! The support staff do as little as possible. The phone lines have you on hold and then cut off when you're next in the queue. They do everything they can not to refund you. Im questioning my subscription because this is not an ethical business model and its been like this consistently since I joined a few years ago
Honestly, the whole system is horrible. The App crashes every 2 seconds and you lose the item you want in your size because you can't order it, and then the "deals" are always cheaper/better than credits but they don't allow you to apply credits to 3 piece sets which is the only place it would make up for what you spend in a month for the membership. So in reality, you end up spending more than the monthly membership for a single pair of leggings.

Recent past orders have not been to the quality that I have learned to love in the past. Two different times the legging material has been not as flexible and the wear is off. Also prices seem to be going up, you use to get a whole outfit for a member credit now they have more individual items that use a whole credit. Use to buy stuff all the time and now due to the last two pairs of leggings being disappointing and the out fit offers makes me more inclined to cancel my membership. Side note every girl doesn't want a crop top especially when working out some of us would like to conceal those extra jiggle when we wiggle parts!

Ordered a pair of leggings in a cool-looking moto style. Except someone decided to put a non-elastic seam circling the knee. I may as well have tied bracelets under my knee caps as tight as possible.
I also got scammed into unknowingly signing up to be a VIP member. Have had so many extremely difficult phone conversations to get them to cancel any account I ever had, to remove my details from their systems, and to stop charging me £44 every month. The more dealings I am having with them, the more I am realising that this company is a complete scam. Stay away!
Worst ever experience in online shopping they send me the wrong item 4 times then also don't send me the full refunds of returned items!
I'm glad that that I have started to check the refund amounts, beware if you're trying to send items back they will try and steal your money and not give you the full refund!

They don't make it clear that you're signing up for an auto membership (VIP B. S.) when you purchase their introductory outfit, and they make it VERY difficult to cancel. You can't cancel by email, they make you call, you're put on hold (15 minutes for me) and then they read a B. S. script to you, trying to change your mind.
They should take some notes from Zappos on their policies and customer service.
I have made many purchases with no deliveries. I have been seeing no movement on a package that was said to be on its way since Nov 25. I am aware this is a busy season. I would think you would make having a reliable delivery company a priority. I have received packages within a week from other sites.

I ordered a bunch of leggings in the fall and I only received one, black legging, all of the others were sold out when I ordered. I've been trying to order new ones and all I want are those with uniform color no design but every time I check the site all of them are sold out! Why are they advertising so much when they never have anything in stock for people to actually order?

I am so fed up with this company and I swear I will never join another "club" online again. They keep charging me and when I tried to use the so-called credits, the site wouldn't allow it because my amount needed to add up to a very specific number. Ridiculous. So basically if I spend any amount lower or higher than $99.95, I am out of luck. Insane.
I really dislike this company. I dislike it with a passion. First of all, you can never, ever locate the Skip-a-Month button! This makes me crazy! Put it on the first page in red please! The outfits I've purchased are flimsy for the money. Target has better workout clothes for less than half the money! When I do find something I like, it's impossible to buy the whole outfit in my size. When they have the top, the bottom is sold out. When they have the bottom, the top is sold out. It's no wonder the reviews are so awful and the company scores a 1 out of 5. And, when you try to cancel, they just won't let you. I've tried so many times, and I either lose the phone connection right in the middle, or I'm given the run around, until finally, I just give up. Do not join this company! I wonder is Kate Hudson knows what's going on and how very un happy most of the customers are? Probably not, because she's taking in millions by scamming customers.
I was so excited about these products - made several enquiries re my orde, first as I received an email of cancelled items with no reason (All order items were listed) to be told email was wrong, only one item was out of stock. Chat was then avrptly ended. I then emailed to follow up order as website said problem with delivery, no response ever received. Very disappointed and will never shop here again.

Fabletics made an error in my account, and lost all the points I had accumulated. They were unable to reverse it and would not reinstate or reimburse my points. I have been a loyal customer for years, and was appalled at the lack of initiative on their part. I had amassed a lot of points, and to lose it all and have this brushed off made it clear that Fabletics does NOT value its customers.

I have been with Fabletics for quite a while. They do not disappoint! I have finally found the active wear and the best loungewear around.
Being curvy, it is hard to find the right garments that give great support, accent my curves and wear comfortably. I get so many compliments on my
Garments from Fabletics. The style is off the chain! I also buy quite a lot of the leggings and sport bras. I work out more now because I am confident that my clothes won't ride up. I also get the support I need. I have always had great customer service and the clothing is shipped with no issues. You will love the quality of their merchandise as they wear and wash very well. I can't wait to see what drops next when they add their new garments.

I bought from Fabletics a few months ago, and have been skipping the months. The first few leggings I bought after a few washes stretched and so never stayed up, not even if I went for a run. Then, forgot to skip the month so was charged and thought it was an opportunity to buy some new gym gear. I saw a few outfits I loved and added them to my basket, as there was 40% off across the whole site. However, the 40% didnt apply. When I queried it, they said sale items can't be purchased on credit. This is a ludicrous policy to me, as it is my money regardless whether it is credit or from my card. Customer services were utterly useless. Absolute scam, DO NOT BUY

I've already given you my opinionated feelings I don't have to say it again I'm not gonna repeat myself. Fab kids will never get my business my daughters, both of them or my son's business and every person I talk to at school on the school board I tell them to avoid your company. It is the worst representation I have ever seen, I will never as long as I am drawing air be affiliated with any of your affiliates.

WORST is that you sign up for vip membership without being forewarned of the £55 per month charge... every month... £55...
This £55 gets you a discount on future orders
Love buying online and honestly think this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
My advice is to steer clear... why on earth would anyone want to use a company that deters returns and charges £55 per month for the privilege of being a VIP?

Have been a fabletics customer for over 4 years. In the past 2 years or so I've noticed a huge decline in the quality. Falls apart quickly, doesn't stay up during workouts etc. I'd say it's OK for just loungewear but definitely not running or lifting.

I love almost everything I've bought from this company. However, it takes FOREVER to get the items you order. I placed two orders as gifts and paid for expedited shipping after waiting 3+ weeks for items I ordered for myself. Even with paying for shipping the items were over a week later than they were promised. I received little to no responses when I contacted the company. I would definitely be ordering more clothes if it weren't for the hassle of actually getting it!

Fabletics leggings are well, fabulous! I love the level of compression and the fit. I'm a group ex instructor and wear leggings almost everyday, and the variety that Fabletics offers is vast and the price is right considering the frequency of sales. The reason I don't give 5 stars is because I have to set a reminder to skip the month to avoid billing and, honestly, I'm not sure how to end my subscription should I ever decide to do so. For some reason, I don't think it's going to be easy.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
