I don't mind when I have credit to use, but I think you should be able to use that entire $59.95 for product vs having one credit. For example, I really needed a pair of black workout leggings and they had options I could use my credit for, but the leggings only cost $35 if I would have just outright bought them. I end up using my credit on a set of something that I don't really want or need because it makes no sense to use it on something that is priced WAY lower than the cost of your credit.

First of all as soon as you order you are a VIP Member, they charge $45 per month if you don't order. Second, The fabric is not comfortable, you constantly have to keep pulling them up. Third and most important, my leggings split at the seam after only wearing them 4 or 5 times. And Fourth, you have to call to cancel your membership, and then they try to keep you as a member

I can honestly say that i had much higher expectations after reviewing the great reviews on the Fabletics website. Unfortunately upon receiving my package i was really let down, the material was cheap to me and the size i ordered it with larger then i expected even though i always order small for everything.
The only positive thing I can say for sure was the fast shipping, it came within 3 days and also when I called right away to cancel my membership the lady was very nice - a quick and easy cancelation.
I have been a member of Fabletics for aprox 3 years. How stupid are all of you that you don't realize you are signing up for a "VIP membership". Be a smart consumer & figure out what that means! Also how can you go 2,3, or 7 months without noticing the charge on your credit card!
They do not dupe you into the membership. I found the information easy to find. They did used to give you 15 days to skip. But if you don't you just get a credit in your account.
So I signed up for the VIP membership, submitted my first order, but then received my package with only half of the items! They charged me for ALL 4 items but never sent one of them. I figured it was just a shipping error, it happens sometimes, so I tried contacting Fabletics, cannot get anyone on the phone and no one will email me back regarding this issue. Very disappointed. I was planning on shopping every month with my membership but not if they aren't going to send me what I pay for!

Initial order was placed for 2 pairs of leggings for $24.95 + free shipping. I know I had two pairs in my cart because I always review order before submitting. Somehow after the fact order shows as only one pair was ordered@ $24.95. So only one pair was delivered. Upon calling customer service I was told that they would allow me to pick another pair but would have to pay an addition $12 for shipping this time. Cancelled membership on the spot. Wouldn't give them another dime.

I've been with Fabletics a long time and I continue to be disappointed with the availability of larger sizes (L and XL). Additionally, I don't like the band at the top of many pants styles that are built for bodies with smaller waists. As someone with a boxy figure, they're not flattering and I'm often disappointed when items arrive. I think the monthly cost is too high for the quality. Overall I would never recommend starting with Fabletics. I'm still a member because canceling has proven to be a frustrating process.

First they sent me email saying I have 35 dollars in my account. Yeah after you spend 35 dollars. Ok I'm good with that so I go and get 35 dollars worth of stuff. Well it won't give me that coupon now. Ok so I try to contact them but when you click on contact us it just refreshed the same page I was on. First of all there are to many places out here to choose from. This company needs to get it together cuz no one wants to have to go through all I just described. Like I am going to do now I will go spend my money elsewhere where it is easy and hassle free. Good luck fabletics cuz your gonna need it!

You can't get any info about how the company works until after you sign up. After then you have to call a customer agent in order to get anything resolved. They refuse to do anything by email, doesn't matter where you are located in the world.
Any company that makes it so difficult to get anything done are not interested in providing any kind of good customer service.
Stay far away from this company.
I am very happy with the purchase of very good material of the clothes and comfortable to exercise but I give it only 3 stars because about two T-shirts of the order came with the neck as if they had them stretched before sending them and you have everything crooked or with edges.

I ordered a legging and after few days i see different charges on my credit card when i called them they told me that there is credit on your account which u can use it. They told me you are VIP customer so there will be charge every month on your credit card as a credit for you to use. Why would i need to purchase gym leggings every month. They give you leggings for good price and than they charge your credit card without letting you know…. Very unsatisfied will never order anything from them..

I got my Fabletics leggings on sale (first-time buyer), and am happy with them for the price I paid. They are not as high quality as some of the higher end leggings brands, understandably so, but they are durable and comfortable. My leggings began to have some pulled threads on them within the first couple of wears, which is dissapointing, but I just clipped them back with nail clippers. Overall would recommend this brand from my experience so far! That being said, I would not purchase a pair at their full-price.

I purchased two pair of pants based on the sale come-on of 2 for $24 each. I expected two pairs of casual pants that I could wear daily. Unfortunately, the pants were flimsy with no structure. There were seams around the knees that were not only uncomfortable but unnecessary. I called fablethics the next day for returns and they were very accommodating - a return label was emailed within an hour and a refund promised in a few weeks. I also dropped out of the program because the monthly charge is ridiculous.

I got this boxers when I saw an ad about them saving you from embarrassment at the gym when standing up from the bench/seat and not leaving sweat marks on the pad. However my butt juice still gets on the bench and not only that my butt area looks as if I urinated myself while seated at the gym because all the sweat still goes through regardless of this technology that really doesn't work.

It is a fraud and pure theft, since they make you subscribe to the VIP membership and issue a notice of the charge AFTER they get their money. So basically they stole £44 from my card and told me they've warned me when I purchased my first item months ago?!? Not only this, but I also didn't get anything back, not even their freaking points! Terrible scam and I sincerely hope that someone will hold them into account at some point.
Complete scam. Even as a vip member the credit is useless as the prices are increased or couldn't buy certain items. Terrible customer service, refusal of refund, refusal to speak to a manager and hung up without explanation or resolution. Company should be sued for false advertising, fraud and theft.

So I buy some shorts on the site, and they ask me if I wanted to be a VIP member and a free trial, so I'm like why not? I apply, they don't tell me how much it costs and then 3 months later I've completely forgot about this subscription, turns out they charge around 50 dollars a month for this subscription. I figure why looking at my bank account, they neglected to send me any email or notification of any kind that I was spending so much money on their site, which was really annoying.

Is this a legging store or an athletic wear store? I don't like to work out in leggings and prefer looser shorts. The only shorts offered by Fabletics have spandex bike shorts underneath, which consistently ride-up. I wish they offered more style choices. It's the reason I dropped my membership.

I love fabletics and have many clothing items from them. My only complaint is that there is no petite sizes. I'm 20 and 5'1. The high waisted leggings come up too high on me and the jackets come down way too low. I purchased the trinity jacket but once I tried it in it was way too long. I was very disappointed and turned to Lululemon because they have a cropped jacket that comes down at the appropriate length. I would love to stay with fabletics only so is you could make petite options for those of us who are smaller that would be awesome! Thank you!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
