This is really disappointing marketing decent clothes just brought two pants got charged nearly 500 hundreds over the span of a few months. Reached out to the customer support on the final stage for refund process she kept pushing the VIP points to be used instead of the refund. I decided I wasn't going to support this brand tried to cancel my account never received confirmation about my request.
This is a misleading business model that's bound to get exposed.
Website shows a lot of color options, but rarely are any of those color options available when i click on the item. Often i'm limited to 3-4 options based on my size selection (s-m). Also, i've tried many different legging options from fabletics - while the inside waistband lists the material, i. E. 'powerhold', it would be really nice if it actually listed the name of the tight, i. E. '7/8 oasis'. This way, if i find one i really liked, i can just see which one it was and order again.

I wasn't so sure about another subscription service but if you actually pay attention and "skip" the month when you are supposed to this is a fantastic way to get excellent quality workout clothes for very reasonable cost.
So far I've gotten 3 pairs of leggings and a top. The leggings are amazing and they have so many "flash" sales that you are getting them usually for under $30.00. You will pay $50 at any retail store for good athletic leggings.
If you pay attention, don't forget to skip, you will get some great deals. Happy shopping..

Love the fabric, so flattering, good quality, maybe a little expensive or over the budget I'm used to for lounge wear or gym clothes but it is worth it.

Got a hole in my leggings, took them back to see if they could help me because they were just over a year old they said there was nothing they could do. I also got a hole in my Lululemon leggings, which are over five years old, on the same trip to the mall, I took them to see if they could help and they are fixing them for me. Disappointed Fabletics cannot offer the same service especially when the leggings are significantly newer. Makes me double think where I spend my money.

Ordered pants for my husband. Took forever to receive them. Nice fabric and flattering fit but pockets are way too small. A month later I was charged a membership fee. My fault for not paying attention. Had to order another item to make it worthwhile, then promptly canceled my account. Fabletics is not for me.

I bought a pair of leggings as a guest a few months back, never knowing that this company signed Md up for VIP membership without my consent. No information since then, they were just taking money out of my account every month. I have lost my job (covid-19) and really cannot afford this. I called customer service, really horrible service, refused to listen. And refused to give me a refund for the money they stole. This is apparently 'not possible'. How is this legal? It's disgusting behaviour.

Pleased overall with the quality and fit of the shorts. The shirts feel nice but they're inconsistent. One got a hole in it after one wash, and I don't have a washer with an agitator. I'm 6'2" 190 lbs, so I bought the large, since the models on the site were the same build. They fit great from the chest up, but they're short. One of them is longer than the others, so it actually fits nice, but the other two are just way too short. I washed them in cold water and air dried them, so I assume they didn't shrink. But I guess if you're similar build, size up to XL. I may reorder in XL, but I'm worried they won't fit nice up top like the large does.

I am a medium typically, I've ordered other medium clothes from this company, however the two items I ordered are very loose, I went to read the return instructions and saw it cost $6 for a restocking fee for each item. Now I will have to pay $18 back. I bought the item in good faith it would fit, but I feel like the restocking fee is the penalty I incur for ordering online.

Ordered the same item in the same size but different Color and it fits different - don't know how that happened. Additionally there is no way to order discounted items without being a member. The membership is 54 $ every month - either you spend it or skip it. I should have the freedom of spending my money the way I want and when I want. I don't want to be held to a forced membership and then set reminders to skip. Make it straight forward like every other retail.

I have enjoyed most of my products that I have purchased off of this website. It took a little bit to figure out what fabrics I liked because I didn't enjoy all of them. I have had my first pair of leggings over a year now, and they still feel great! A few of the lighter sets of leggings are still very see through. I also would receive my shipments in a timely manner. However, this last order has taken a little over a month for them to ship out. Overall, a great experience!

I have been working closely with Fabletics as a fitness partner for over a year and every experience and interaction I have with them, has bern uplifting. The customer service, the athleisure attire and overall experience. One of the many things I love about the brand is the inclusiveness. Like life, it comes in all forms, shapes and sizes and Fabletics brand truly encompasses that ideology.
Additionally, I like when I travel our of my state there are other locations. The customer service, branding and setup are all, welcoming. I'm able to apply my discount and connect with their staff, which is important. I've been a member for years— the credit system, which used to score you three piece outfits for deep discounts has become a rotten bargain. Items offered are often less the cost of the member credit. Returns are always a hassle, with a website I'd call glitchy, but it's so consistently glitchy that it seems to be a feature. Calling customer service is like entering a labyrinth. Buy the products on sale skip the rest.

I'm a professional ballroom dancer so finding comfy, flattering dance attire is a thing for me. I'm happy to have found Fabletics almost 8 years ago. Since then almost my entire closet is Fabletics, so I'm definitely a big fan.
The body suit/one pieces that have come out in the past were ok, but just didn't quite hit the mark for me...until now. This Oasis onesie is perfect! The right amount of compression, easy to get in and out of, and looks great. I now have two... I really hope this stays available!

I can agree with everything the bad reviewers are saying, Quality is awful, sizing too big, returns from Australia would be a complete waste of time & money and the biggest scam is the automatic VIP membership that takes money from your credit card every month<> after being bombarded almost every day with emails I didn't read them and thought unsubscribing would do the trick. Did not know my credit card would be charged every month if I did not play their shopping game. Tried to cancel my membership, it cannot be done on line and tried for an hour to call them to cancel. Lines are closed apparently. Only choice I have is to speak to the bank and stop my credit card being charged.
The products are great, but a little over valued. Pricing even for members is a bit high. Shipping is also really slow. Seems like most products are created on order and not in stock, per my last order taking almost a month to get delivered.
I'd also love to see more new styles like women's shorts that aren't tight, shorter legging lengths and more choices for tanks.

I had been browsing and browsing at the online store but never actually purchased. I have been both to their Honolulu and Houston stores and they have smart and stylish teams on-site that are experienced at helping you find something you will enjoy wearing and look nice in. When I go in to shop with them, their staff usually have tools to show you outfits and they can give you tips on how to make it best fit your body type. For me, the staff is a good source of outfit ideas bc they are working/modeling the styles they sell in sometimes unique or practical ways. I saw how one staff wore a fun crop top in a cleverly modest, yet modern way.

Mostly shipping experiences are good but had 1 or 2 issues with returns being sent to an old address (not sure why it wouldn't be sent to the original address).
Other than that, I really only purchase when I forget to skip and get the credit. I maximize the credit by get 2 piece outfits. Works in my favor.
Wish they had specials for VIP more often.

I bought two pairs of leggings for $24 and received them, but the next month I realized they took another $44 out of my account without my permission. When I called them, their customer service was awful since they insisted on informing me about their membership program which I never signed up for but they probably made me a member of during my purchase without asking me for my permission. I made them refund the money but this time they wanted to keep the membership thing for the following months. I had to fight over the cancellation of it on the phone for half an hour so they finally cancelled and never took the money again. The guy on the phone was still trying to tell me the pros of the membership program when I was going crazy over what they did. They are just thieves and Kate Hudson should be ashamed of being a part of such a company that has no ethics.

The subscription is a rip off. You get one member credit per month, but if you want a shirt or item that's less than what the member credit costs you, you're losing money. I also think your men's pants need waist/inseam sizing. The medium and large were both super tight around my waist, but the medium leg tightness was just right and the large was SO baggy. If you're going to charge for membership, return shipping should be free as well. I think you could be a great company if you make some adjustments, but I felt ripped off by the membership.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
