I think your company should be ashamed of themselves for advertising on the WHO website that counts the number of people who are sick and dying of this virus. To make it even worse your company only began when it became popular to start checking the numbers. Does that make it right. Donating 5% doesn't either. You make 95% off of every sickness and death. How low.
I "signed up" without my knowledge for their VIP membership. By purchasing items from this site, you are "agreeing" to be charged $49.95 monthly unless I opt out or select items to purchase before the 5th. This would be fine, but the catch is that THEY DO NOT NOTIFY YOU! They simply take the money out of your account until you realize it. This is extremely sketchy and they are relying on folks not checking their bank statements in detail. Please avoid this company. They are a bunch of crooks! In the end, I was able to call and cancel my "subscription", but I'm out $150. I dread to imagine how long this would have gone on for had I not checked my bank statements sooner...
I had heard many reviews on Fabletics Leggings, and held off on a buying any for many months because the reviews were not the greatest... But after ordering two pair of leggings, this will forever be the only place I order leggings from. They were Thick, Comfortable, and over all very Cute in style. Do not hesitate to buy as you will be very happy you did!

I really like Fabletics, the quality, the styling but the monthly auto thing is terrible. I always miss the email to skip, then by an off chance I do catch it, I click the link and can't find the skip because I'm on my phone and it's all jumbled. It's just not sustainable for busy people who have little time to go searching on how to skip.

I wish no stars were an option. I ordered my order on December 26 and it's currently February 4 and I still haven't received it. I paid for express shipping which was additional $15 and my order still hasn't come. I open my tracking link all week these past few weeks and it still says the same thing. I have called Fabletics numerous times, and they keep proceeding to tell me to due to the weather which is hard to believe because I tried to file a claim with FedEx and they said that they haven't even received my package yet to their facility. Hopefully I receive my package this month.

The customer service sucks. They will charge you $49.95 for being a "VIP" member, but you can skip. However, I forgot to skip one month and now I was forced to spend this credit. I just wanted to buy a pair of shorts and socks. They would only apply the credit to the shorts which were priced at less than $40 so I am forced to overpay for a pair of shorts. They don't care and even gave me the example that they will allow you to spend these $49.95 member credits on a $5 item and there is no recourse... that is a scam. Shipping takes forever as an added bonus...

I have shopped with Fabletics for several years. In the beginning I was impressed with the quality and style of the clothing. I have purchased numerous items for myself and my daughter over the years. Lately, not so much. Quite a few of the items offered now are not sensible for workouts (example: Extremely short tops-especially for taller women). Additionally, the workout bras are not supportive enough for women with larger breasts especially for runners. Have gone to Lululemon for ones that offer adequate support. This past winter I did purchase several of your sweatshirts. They were soft and attractive. Thank you.

This is a SCAM - beware! The product itself is very low quality. Very uncomfortable and clearly poor quality overall. Also, be very careful. Once you order anything, you're signed up and they keep your card information and charge you $49.95 each month. Once I realized what was going on, I called to cancel and get reimbursed for "credits" I was not going to use. They refused to reimburse me as once you are charged, it is turned into a "credit" and then cannot apparently be processed as a refund. Even if you don't plan on using it. This is a total scam - be careful!

The clothes have been fine, nothing super extraordinary but the process is frustrating. My size is usually sold out within minutes of me getting the email for new products each month. And when you do buy they take forever to arrive. They send you an email saying your items ship before fabletics has even gotten it to the carrier. So your items sit there for days/weeks until they get to the carrier and then all the time it takes the carrier to get it to you. Plus the carriers used seem shady and unresponsive. My first order with them was with the carrier for weeks and then I called to ask what happened with fabletics and it arrived the following day at my door.? The clothes are cute but not worth all the hassle. I'm trying one more shipment to see.

I tried for the first time and did not like fit of either pair upon arrival. I called and tried to return. No one was able to help me. To this day, they are still packaged in same packaging and sealed and placed on my dresser to never be worn. I will never purchase an item again, nor will I refer anyone do so. I paid for products that I did not like, never wore, and could not return. Very disappointed.

I love the clothes and they're high quality for good price, but the business model of offering discounted clothes only if you maintain a monthly membership is frustrating and feels predatory. I need to log in within a few day window every month to postpone and if I forget then I am charged a good amount of money. That money is converted into credits which I then lose if I stop subscribing. It's the Audible model, holds people hostage, and I hate it.

We we at Disney Springs and placed and paid for an order to be shipped to our home since the sizes needed could only be found online. Have never received the order and no communication as to why. I've tried calling customer service with no response.

I like the first couple items I purchased. However, the last couple pants have been disappointing in quality. One pant arrived with a hole and the other was a light color and too transparent. I also notice the knees and butt stretch at the end of a daily wear and the color fades around the seams after washing bright or dark colors. I plan to cancel my membership soon

They are super comfortable leggings, and I got shorts to swim in too and they work great for that. But maybe I got the wrong material for the leggings? TMI maybe, but I'm a runner and I butt-sweat'd through them way too badly to wear them to the gym. Like, it looks like I peed myself if I'm being frank. Whatever material they are make sweat pretty obvious even with black. Which I mean, in the end who cares right? But it is a little awkward for someone like me who can't help but care lol. That's why I docked a star because they're expensive, and I was hoping to have them in my gym attire rotation. I have a pair from target that are a different material and I sweat the same but you can't see it.
Anyway, I've started working out at home now some of the days and I'll wear them then instead, but just be aware of the material and what you plan to do in them/if you're a heavy sweater. They're very cute though, especially the twisty hem ones.

Let me start by saying that I usually have problems with a lot of leggings. They sag on me and a lot of cotton based ones really irritate my sensitive skin. I do not have these problems with my fabletics leggings and I am SO comfortable in them all day long. They're incredibly high quality!
The reviews on this website are simply unfair. It was never difficult for me to understand and read that I was signing up for a subscription and that I would be charged if I didn't skip. This is not Fabletics fault, this is the consumers fault for not paying attention! It's so simple to pay attention to what you're signing up for.
One downfall on the fabletics side is that once you pay $24 for two pairs of leggings, their regular VIP prices seem outrageous (and they truly are). It's hard to pay so much for something that you've already gotten so cheap.

Be very careful with this website! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Bought something once and got automatically enrolled to this subscription that you have to pay 50 euro per month! Lost 100 euro without even realising! Cannot get my money back!
Also the material of the clothes is low quality!
The quality of the leggings/shorts is amazing. I usually stick to purchasing "power hold" for workout leggings and I will buy "pure luxe" for lounge leggings. The shirts, jackets, sports bras etc. can be a hit or miss. The customer service is pretty great, they are very understanding and know how to get straight to the point/solution. The only issue I have ever had is that I cannot check out my order on the mobile app. I always have to call and authorize the agent to complete the transaction for me, which has never gone wrong for me but it is annoying to have to call every time. I can check out if I log onto the website, but sometimes the deals are on the mobile app only. Overall still great.

Came across this add around Christmas time advertising leggings at really good deals. That's how they get you by cheap prices on products and somewhere they ask you to agree to a $59.99 membership fee! They send you emails giving you an option to "Skip the month" so stay on top of you emails or it will cost you! You have to call to cancel the membership and will not refund your money! Just be aware of this company!

I wanted to try these, bad. I ordered the introductory 2/24, and then heard from a friend that they will bill you even if you try to skip. I was in a panic. Next day I cancelled, but lo and behold, they had not even shipped them out and instead cancelled the order. They dont want to honor THEIR OWN offer? VERY bad faith. I will not stop in spreading this truth about this company. A better way to do business is to let anyone who tries them let the product speak for itself. A company is only as good as its customer care!

Yoga pants just ok, then they put me on a monthly VIP program. All they did was charge me an OUTRAGEOUS FEE & it got me nothing. $59.95 for a couple of points that didn't get me anything. SCAM, don't fall for it.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
