The sizes are never the same. I'll get a large and it's huge so then a medium and it's way to small. Everything is a struggle.
Fabletics raised their monthly fee and I have tried to leave them 4 or 5 tines they promise better services to no avail. I also am still waiting on a replacement item that has yet to be sent to me. I am going to again try to leave this sham of a program this month. And hopefully they won't pull money out of my account

The clothes are great but expensive. Often additional charges for items plus shipping in some circumstances. They also only give you a 5 day window to skip the month so if you can't do it within those dates you are charged a credit. It is not great for anyone on a budget.

I bought one of their outfits for the $25 intro price. A month later they charged my card $49.95 and that charge was labeled as recurring. When I called they immediately agreed to reverse the charge. I think it's a scam - they are betting that people will not call dispute the charges.
They charged me for VIP even though I clicked skip on the first of the month. The page must've not appropriately submitted. Either way, the system is obviously meant to take money from unsuspecting customers, and while I don't need the money, others might, and this is an $#*! thing to do.

The addition of over $20 in taxes and import fees is probably doing to be the thing that ends this.
Maybe other companies are folding these things into the prices for items, not sure. What good is the membership abs free shipping if we are paying $20 just to get the items?

I've ordered some good items from fabletics and I like their yoga pants. However, I'm going to cancel my membership. It's too much of a hassle when things don't fit and it's easy to forget to skip a month. As a Canadian, it's also becoming too expensive because of the exchange rate.
I already bought pants, shirts, one jacket, and boxer briefs and I am happy with the product. The only thing is that it did take some time to receive my shipments, but overall I am very satisfied. One last thing, the prices are very economical especially if you become a vip member.

I ordered 2 BLM shirts for my mom and I and we love them. They look great. The size is a little larger than expected, but that isn't a problem because we both like our shirts a little loose. I also think it's great that the proceeds are going to the NAACP. Totally worth the purchase.
Also, I have tried so many brands and was reluctant to spend the money to try their leggings, but they are absolutely amazing and worth every penny. They're comfortable, durable, and cute! Customer service has also been helpful and amazing when I had questions.

I hate that I cannot cancel or pause my membership online, but I have to put up with a high-pressure phone call to cancel. Go ahead, steal more of my time. I figure logging in to skip each month takes less time than talking to a high-pressure sales person to cancel. Then occasionally I see something I like and buy the credit for that month. I still hate that Fabletics does business this way (even though I'm proof that it works)

I just cancelled the membership after 1 month. I forgot to skip last month, and was
Charged. An email reminder would have been nice. I had 49 that I wanted to use, and everything in my size (medium) that I needed was out of stock.
Tried to use a coupon they gave me more an app, and did not work either.
To much to deal with, when I reached out to them via chat - I got disconnected twice.
I finally ended up calling and cancelling. Just to much to deal with for placing an order!

Nothing in my size is ever in stock. There's no way to filter to show in stock only. I've also skipped several times and somehow still get charged the membership. Overall not a great experience. I used to love the fabrics and fit but this has also declined overtime.

You pay a monthly fee for the slowest shipping ever. We got some leggings and there was a hole in one of them. Shipped them back and still waiting on the replacement several weeks later. It's a terrible business model and is only frustrating. The customer service was nice.

Ordered Christmas presents for my wife. Planned early this year and purchased well in advance. When products didn't fit she was unable to return due to the return window being over. Needless to say we're not going to purchase anymore products and will return to her normal lulu outfits.
I love all my Fabletics products. They are long lasting, comfortable and stylish. They were there for me when I was regularly weight training 5 days a week, and then there for me through pregnancy and postpartum. I just wish that there were Fabletics stores in Australia that I could go to.

I signed up for VIP and got charged an extra 49.95 and 47.75 for not cancelling fast enough after the initial deal for leggings for $24. I'm a broke college kid just trying to get some leggings and this company just took 100 dollars from me for absolutely nothing.

I saw on instagram 80% off to be charged later on $59 for a monthly membership I had no idea about it. I called customer service and the man in the phone admonished me to pay attention next time I order something on sale—- keep your clothing and scam

Great product; deceptive sales gimmick.
The fact that you charge a monthly fee should be boldly presented in the beginning and not hidden in the small print. I would not have ordered had I known this up front. I will not order again considering that deception pisses me off.

I recently bought the navy joggers. Nice fabric; not too heavy and a trim leg. Very stretch and comfortable and they dont bag out at the knees. I noticed after washing in cold water and hanging to dry, they seem a little bit shorter. Still find them really nice.

The product is just okay. The kicker is that if you don't carefully read the fine print, you get hit with a $50+ subscription fee charge the next month. It's 100% shady and Fabletics knows this. Before processing the transaction, they need to clearly state that consumers must cancel the membership if they don't want to get billed. It's wrong what they do, on so many levels.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
