Ordered something then received emails that my ordered was out of stock. Ended up receiving the leggings from the outfit I ordered. Had to return the leggings and call customer service twice to get a refund.
I had no idea it was a subscription that I was signing up for. I guess they should make that clearer when you're checking out. I found out about a month later when I got another rather large charge from them on my account. Cancelled it immediately after I noticed it. Thankfully I noticed it the first month it occurred because I don't normally check my bank statements that closely.
Aside from that, the leggings really are fantastic so I had to give them some stars!
Would definitely order again if you didn't have to have a subscription.

I have multiple pairs of fabletics leggings and love them more than Lululemon! The material is the perfect thickness and stretchy-ness to stay in place while moving.
I've tried multiple tops and bras and returned most of them. They are often too short or fit strangely and the material feels like a lesser quality fabric.

I love their stuff but with the price and them always taking money out of our bank account which by the way i was not informed would be happening when i signed up they said it was free and i'm just sick of calling to get my money back or trying to delete my account
Very disappointed. Returned two items due to both being too large. Weeks later, I received one of the two exchanges, but it was the exact same size! And no explanation why I didn't get both exchanged. I sent the one item back Weeks ago, and have yet to receive the correct size. Right now I'm out about 80 bucks with zero to show for it.

If you purchase anything you will be automatically signed up for their VIP membership. This isn't free. You will be charged £44 per month. This is inertia selling which is unlawful under British law. Contact your bank to stop these payments coming out of your account.

Being retired and on a fixed income and a lifestyle that doesn't call for a large wardrobe, I seek out the sale merchandise. The Fabletics line is such a nice quality product. I get excited when my order is delivered and I open the box. Customer service has proven to be of above average standards.
I don't understand why so many people are giving this company such bad reviews. I have been a VIP member for 8 months now. I have had a great experience with them. I have had a couple issues like having a shipment lost during transit, but they did whatever it took to make it right for me and since some items where no longer available they refunded my money and gave me 50% off my next order. It was a little disappointing to not get some things I really wanted, but they did what they could to fix it. If I have had to make an exchange it as always gone smoothly and I always receive my items quickly.
I just received my items last Tuesday and today Monday- the items went on sale. Customer Service could not credit me the difference unless I purchased and return my current items. They did give me a 50% off but has to be used on the next item. Can't even pick how to use it.

I mostly love the product but the website is the biggest hurdle to ordering. It needs to be completely revamped. It was SO hard to order due to lagging and other glitches. I cannot believe my favorite actress has a crappy website for her clothes. It's pretty disappointing. It makes me not want to order at all and I know I cannot be the only one. I doubt they will do anything about it but i at least wanted to say my peace. Because of this issue I usually order my leggings elsewhere.

Website has major issues. Can't scroll properly, it jumps around. Unable to "skip month" and was told by customer service to use Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome, but same jumping issue. Live Chat is NEVER available, I have tried many different times. Calling customer service takes too long and is overseas. I never receive emails from them even though my address is correct on the account. I like the products and have been with them a couple of years. But I am a bit over it and am thinking of cancelling, but I have a credit I need to use!

Love every purchase I've made. The quality is amazing! Love the sales! Always order the tall option, I'm 5'10". I will never wear pants or shorts without pockets again!
Only thing I could suggest, is that leggings be available to purchase in the summer. Year round.

Wow! I ordered a few items here with the promise of a huge discount (which was no discount-trust me! It was SO expensive I would have done better with just going to sports authority) if I signed up for some VIP which never covered a monthly charge. But here I ended up paying every month! This is a total scam. The clothes I ordered didn't fit and they were not what I ordered at all. I had to call to get this charge taken off my account. Hopefully it will. I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER order from them again and will tell all my friends about this scam.
I neglected (my error) to skip June; thus, when I checked my account mid-June I had one member credit. When I skipped July (today), I discovered I had two credits. I began an on-line chat inquiry and was told I had not skipped May (I know I did). After 30 minutes of back and forth nothing was resolved. The representative's only solution? Spend the two credits and the tech department will "look into the issue" so it doesn't happen again. This is no way to run a business or treat customers. I would have expected an apology and a one-month refund to my credit card. Sadly disappointed.

I used to love Fabletics but I feel it is moving in a different direction. I am a person who came here for their staple basic pieces and their high quality leggings. Now all I see are bright colors and patterns. I haven't found anything I really love in a while and will be dropping my VIP membership shortly because I don't see further use.

They make become VIP member without explaining that you have to pay $49.95 monthly fee for it. So you look for a bargain on clothing but end up paying $49.95 every aside from what you pay for clothing. Would not recommend. And customer service is bad.

I've bought a few of my favourite pieces from Fabletics and a few less then great. Overall I am satisfied with my purchases. They used to have some real detailed sweaters and long sleeve tops for winter. I'm hoping to see some more of those soon!

The items I see in ads are often not available, not just in my size but in any size. I have worn Fabletics for years. They were my leggings of choice and I trained and ran my first marathon in them. I never had issues with the leggings. My newer pairs that I have received will sometimes get little holes, split at the seams, or not stay up as well. I also don't find Fabletics high impact bras comfortable. I was much happier with Fabletics about 2 years ago, now I often look for alternative choices.

They use some weird shipping service, and i had made a mistake in my address. I attempted to contact multiple times and submitted multiple requests to change the address. No one ever got back to me and i never got my shorts :( i was really looking forward to getting them as well, but i don't think i will be ordering again because of this reason.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
