The Fabletics site always makes my purchasing experience a pleasure. It is easy to navigate, and if I am having trouble making up my mind, they save the items in my cart and remind me that they are there.
I blame myself for not paying attention. Bought a pair of pants two years ago never bought another thing. Without realizing it they enrolled me in a subscription service for $49.00 a month. I've been paying that for two years. Never received coupons or deals. Called them and cancelled it. They are refunding me only $600 dollars of the $1200 they screwed me out of. Don't do business with them. Products are also substandard!

Every time I shop at Fabletics it's always a win win, not only do I love their products but I'm In love with the fabric it's smooth and thick material. Never will I buy from anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I joined Fabletics during the pandemic as I no longer had use for my other clothing subscription working from home but still wanted to be cute while also comfortable! But even after going back to the office I've kept up my subscription! Every piece I've gotten from Fabletics has been THE BEST workout gear in quality, style, and performance. I felt I was going out on a limb ordering shoes, but like the clothing they are now my favorite! The most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Highly recommend!

When you have a 1000 1 star reviews saying this company is a scam, then you kinda have to see that something is wrong here. When you make your first purchase you are signed up for the vip membership and then they continue to charge your card $49.95 each month. You have to call and speak to someone in INDIA to cancel. Hope i don't see any new charges next month... guess i'll be getting a new credit card. SCUMBAGS.

My daughter bought something from them and they started charging her vip membership fee.
Very hard to cancel: I called on 11/25/2023 to cancel and they said there are 290 callers ahead of me. (5 hour wait)
Best way to cancel is put a stop on your card and file a fraud report against them.

I have purchased from Fabletics for quite a while. I love seeing bodies of all sizes in the outfits and seeing people who look like me in the outfits really helps me feel more confident when placing my order. I don't always enjoy working out and having cute matching outfits to wear makes me feel better while working out. I have never received a product that was not excellent quality, including my yoga mat!

I was away early this month and I forgot to skip the month. My account was just billed $67. When I called to complain, the representative basically told me it was my fault for not skipping the month as I have done in prior months and that it will be 5-7 business days for a refund.
I had no issue with the clothing I received but I do not need a new workout outfit every month. I was completely unaware of the monthly commitment until a month after I subscribed.
Somebody needs to stop this company.
I joined Fabletics in January 2015 and am happy with everything I have ordered. The clothes are good quality and the VIP membership makes them reasonably priced compared to other brands. I have only skipped one month without incident.
I've places two orders with Fabletics 5 days apart from one another (11-29-20 and 12-4-20). The first order STILL has not arrived and it was placed 15 days ago, the second order is scheduled to arrive today but we'll see if that happens as the first order was set to arrive on the 11th. When you call Fabletics it takes a hot forever long time for someone to answer and then all they say is "well your within the 6-14 day shipping..." no tracking of your order, no nothing, they don't know where it is. When you check the order history through your app all it says is "on its way" again no nothing, no clue. The only reason I gave two stars is because i haven't gotten to even try the clothes yet, they may be awesome, i may never know!

This is my go to brand for clothes. These clothing items are high quality and with hold the rest of wear and time. They wash up great! It says no fabric softener. I have used it and it has stained some items so be careful with fabric softener. The customer service at the MOA store is wonderful. The customer service with the online is good but very slow process for mailing returns or exchanges back to the warehouse.

Website browser goes too fast so you can not sort through items properly, then when placing an order, it does not understand that the billing and shipping address are the same. I had to call customer service, and because it's linked to JUSTFAB. I called customer service which lasted 33 min. Then I was disconnected, when I went back on line, the $ 69.33 total became $ 219.21 and I had to call customer service again and held on the phone fr another 6 min. Wait time. Kate Hudson, love your products but your website controllers are horrible. I am not recommending the website to anyone.

It all sounds great. Sign up for $49 a month subscription, place an order, then cancel the subscription before the trial period ends. Directions on how to cancel are on web site. BUT, even though you follow the direction EXACTLY, you get charged the next month. A phone call got somebody that says our subscription will be cancelled, but it does not get your $49 back. Not sure it is really cancelled, guess we will know next month.

Products were good. But did not realize that by ordering I was signing up for a subscription. I do like like being enrolled in monthly subscriptions, especially at $59 plus dollars a month. So I basically threw away $59

Very bad customer service. I have been trying to contact them and the phone number doesn't even work! I have also tried email and social media and I'm just being ignored. I like the clothes but they have no regard for their customers. I have credits built up that I can't spend due to a shipping error and now I can't even get in contact with them to try fix it. Terrible experience, the VIP membership feels like a scam.

The VIP membership business model is based on people forgetting to opt out monthly. They DO NOT REMIND YOU via email it's time to order or opt out, even though I get tons of other spam emails from them (and I've tried opting out of those). They do not notify you when you've been charged (hoping you'll just keep forgetting and racking up charges). You cannot see your account billing history. You have a very small and undisclosed buying window to avoid the monthly charge. It all reeks of scam to me. Too bad as their products are fantastic. Too expensive at full price for sure so only worth it at VIP prices. But no more scam for me!

I love fabletics! If I had an unlimited budget I would shop every month and find at least one or two of the suggested outfits that I want. I have to be choosy in my budget and have to skip some months, but it is easy to do, and still there when I can splurge! The clothes last so long and with the membership are reasonably priced, so I never feel bad when I do order!

I'm surprised with how many negative reviews there are of fabletics. There are no surprises/secret. It's right on the website as to how the site works. The fact that people thought they can get 1/2 off the first outfit and that would be it, it surprising. The site also explains that you can cancel you membership any time or decline the purchase for the month by the 5th. It's pretty self explanatory.
As for the clothes, I do a lot of cross fit and spin classes. I find the clothes durable and comfortable. Love the patterns they offer.
I have been trying to call CS of fable tics and cancel on their scam subscription but no real person to answer the call, machine always puts me on hold. I am so frustrated do I need to give a police complaint. It is so sad that so many people have same complaint about fable tics but there is no one to put an end to this scam yet they find new customers to $#*! around.

I had ordered a sports bra, was too small and set up an exchange to have it a size larger. On 12/12/2021 I got a confirmation email that my order was in, and I had already sent back the sports bra that didn't fit. Today I get an email stating they have gotten the returned item, but also my exchange was cancelled. I am highly annoyed because I had bought this item when it was on sale, and now I can't buy another one for the same price because the sale is over. So no I just have $14 and some change sitting in my fabletics account, even though I have been waiting for the order to come in because I had gotten that confirmation email.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
