They sent an email for a sale, I go to the website and choose from the products pictured in the sale page, but apparently they are not a part of the sale. When I contacted the customer service person I was told they have no control over what goes on the website. Umm, then who does? There is a new page created for each sale, why would there be products pictured that are not included. Not all items were pictured on the page, so obviously there was some weeding out.
Fabletics is a complete scam. Products are of poor quality and if you do not purchase their crap product or forget to skip the cycle you automatically get charged $49.95. The products never change, basically you are have to purchase the same crappy product over and over again just in a different color. For the price and quality go to Marshals, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack or any other discount store where you can purchase a quality outfit and for less. Just check out Fabletics from month to month and you can see that their products are always the same. When you are a member and log in the prices change as does the availability of products. This company is a total scam after your first $25 outfit cancel your account immediately otherwise you'll be obligated to purchase crap.
I am very happy with my entire Fabletics experience. Unfortunately I am also experiencing the affects of the current inflation and have to cut the extras for awhile. Keep rocking it out, I'll be back!

The way member credits work don't feel super great a lot of times. For instance, I would like to get some of the underwear options using member credits. However the value on them is in the teens which makes it feel like a waste since the credit costs about $50. I wish there were two packs of underwear or similarly low priced items that member credits could be used on.

I saw on the website a 2 for 24 deal so obviously I took it, without the knowledge I would be signed up for a 50 dollar a month membership that pretty much evens out the deals they give you with a ridiculous membership price. On top of that I tried to cancel my membership the first time I saw the charge, and thought I did, but for the next few months I was still getting charged. Horrible customer service as well

I've been trying to cancel my subscription. It's almost impossible. Especially if based outside of America. You'll have to cancel your bank account and change banks to succeed in getting this leech off your back.
I ordered two new pairs of shorts from you guys a few weeks back. I was very excited to receive them at such a great deal. Unfortunately, I never received my order despite a guarantee that they arrived. I will not be shopping from Fabletics again and I will tell all my friends to not shop there either.

Fabletics products have exceptional quality at a fair price. The site is fairly easy to navigate however, I did have difficulty figuring out how to skip a month. I don't like how you have to scroll down and re-enter "skip". I love the wide range of colours but wish you offered knee length shorts and dark brown leggings

I cancelled my order ask for a refund to my credit card and still no refund or reply? I did not want to get hooked into a monthly charge over twice my cable bill monthly price. Don't get caught in the trap, they are really good sending you more messages, just not answering questions or replying to requests.

I am a first time customer. I haven't received my order. The estimated delivery date I received with my tracking number (which was originally 12 business days after placing my order) was pushed back 3 weeks. My order is now scheduled to arrive one week after the longest possible estimate for my area that the websites lists, which is 30 days. I admit I get frustrated by businesses not upholding their own guarantees so this was a reason enough for me to cancel my VIP membership. I also feel that 5 weeks for delivery on a system that has you placing orders every 4 weeks is a bit unreasonable. The way the program is set up would have me purchasing 2-3 orders before even receiving my first order. (I know I can skip a month... not the point. That just leaves the responsibility on the customer) Im not sure if I even like the product yet. Strange.

We've loved almost everything we've bought from Fabletics, and on the rare occasion something doesn't fit or work for any reason, the return process has been very smooth and the customer support is incredibly helpful.

I used to love my membership and felt the value that came from Fabletics. I feel like the quality the last few months has not been as good as in the past. But, mostly….the clothing is becoming to trendy to where it isn't realistic to working out…just going out to look athletic. I miss the basic leggings that would stay out while I worked out. Now….they have weird zippers and other features that are not ideal for working out.

This service is a SCAM! We tried the subscription for our first outfit and the clothes are okay, but then you are inducted into the $49 a month "membership fee". What do you get for your $49 per month? The privilege of ordering from Fabletics and nothing more. If you forget to cancel you are charged this fee anyways. I would rather save that "membership fee" and go shopping at Lulu Lemon!
This company is a scam. They trick you into becoming a VIP member and will charge £44 a month. All this does is give you a discount on their clothing. Beware. If you have bought ANYTHING from them in the past please carefully review your bank account and check they have not been charging you monthly. I feel so angry and embarrassed that I have fallen for this con of a company.

I have tried to cancel and ship my membership multiple times and you continue to with drawl money. I'm tired of having to call every month to get this straightened up. I have told all my friends to spread the word about your shady business practices. Once i get this resolved i will never join this again and I would not ever suggest for anyone to try it. If I could give this company a 0 star I would. They have charged my card multiple times without my knowledge even after several calls, live chats, and twitter posts attempting to get my account closed and credit card information deleted. Then instead of giving me a refund as I should get, I had to fight for weeks to get the refund I deserved because they insisted that I needed store credit.

I bought a couple of tops that were average quality. Unknowingly I signed up for a membership - very deceptive. I was charged 49.95 for three months. When I tried to chat online with them, they said they had to get someone else to help me and never responded again. One giant headache. I called and they said they can't refund me the $150 they basically stole from me. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know about my story. Shame on you Kate Hudson. Bad brand. I contacted my bank to demand my money back.

I tried to exchange an item and after getting message saying it was on its way they called again to say it had been cancelled, with no explanation or no attempt to correct the issue. I had to beg them to put me on a list to tell me when the item came back in stock, which they said they would but they didn't. Their online chat system didn't work at all.

The customer support is horrible. I talked to a rep on the phone and he just plain out laughed at my situation. Then I took it to chat, the rep just left the chat without saying anything. There is 0 care in the company. They just want your money and build good relationships with celebrities. Such a horrible company overall.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
