These are the only workout clothes I wear at this point. Sizing is consistent so I always know everything will fit. There's always something new, and something for everyone. My problem is that I have issues remembering to skip the month so I unfortunately have to cancel if my financial situation changes. BUT, they've now changed it so it's easy to do that too! Highly recommend this company.
I ordered two pair of leggings on 1/13/21. Almost a month after ordering, I still did not have an ETA of delivery for the order. I understand that there will be delays in shipment due to COVID, but I simply wanted at least an estimated date of delivery. After contacting customer service, I learned that the package had been lost in transit.
Were they never going to let me know that it was lost? Had I not contacted them, I would have lost money and leggings.

I returned half an order in February. They received my order and "processed my return" at the end of February and I haven't received it yet. I've called 3 times and each time I get told that it's with PayPal. I've called PayPal and they don't have it. I had to request a refund receipt from Fabletics, which the customer service had to request from the back office and could take 24-48 hours. Their service is all outsourced and unable to do anything except repeat the same stuff over "your refund was sent, we can't do anything else." I'll never buy anything from Fabletics again and will steer anyone away from this site.

Most of the outfits I received all really fit well and are supper comfortable. The only problem is that the pants seem a little more low rise then I prefer. The fabletics website is easy to use and is very user friendly. Everything comes in a timely manner, which is amazing being a Canadian. Love this site and will continue to use it for a very long time.

I had almost a year's worth of credits saved up as I went on my weight loss journey, and lost a ton of money when the new year rolled over.
What a terrible way to make money. Customer service kindly told me it was advertised on the website. I've been a customer for many years. When I joined, there was nothing like that. They have lost me FOREVER.

I liked the intro price point and the product design, but wasn't really excited about the subscription model. I tried it and didn't like the model so I wanted to cancel - where you lost me for life was that you made it very hard to unsubscribe, with multiple gates and other things to prevent it. It felt manipulative and I would not be back as a result.

The information about how to optimize a purchase on Fabletics is unclear and ambiguous. When realizing that I had inadvertently signed up for VIP membership (the terms of which did not become clear until after I shared information) I called customer service to explain my misunderstanding and to opt out. This proved to be very difficult.
You can easily find much better quality and design for much less price without the scam. Yes they have the weirdest terms that will not make sense or justify your money along with monthly membership money that they convert to member credit and then to gift cards and then make their own rules on these cards and credits whenever they feel like. Is the hell wrong with them?

I've had trouble finding a good fit with pants.
29 waist and 34 inseam. Thanks for making them available to me. The ordering system is easy and quick. Very happy with the entire process.
Anytime I visit the site, even if I'm not looking for something in particular, I always find something I end up wanting or buying. There have been a couple times when I want a classic very popular style, where my size is sold out but that's to be expected. But I always leave with something I love. And customer service in the past is always prompt and helpful.

I finally found the most amazing sports bra. I've been raving about the All Day Every Day Bra. The best feature, aside from it not making my chest look like a tube, is the fact that it had a clasp on the back. The worst part about sports bras is having to wrestle your way into them. Well, I ordered it again in another color, and now it doesn't have the clasp in the back. Super disappointing. Why would you change the best thing about it?

All the products I have bought fit great and provide enough compression for me to be able to get up and move around (very hard without compression due to a chronic illness). Now, I receive mobility (limited still but some) and fashionable clothes.

I have been getting charged $50 a month from Fabletics on a card I rarely use so I didn't notice it for some time. When I finally noticed how much money had been wasted I called customer service to cancel my subscription. The rep was very nice and seemed pretty helpful and I thought everything was all set and done. However, come to find out they skipped 1 month of subscription payment and then have still been charging me for the last 3 months. Great product, but customer service worse them Xfinity/Comcast, therefore, I will never use their service again because at this point I could have bought Victoria's Secret leggings for $200 apiece and still saved money from how much they have gotten out of me.

Pleased with the quality and look of the shorts but disappointed that an associate signed my 16 year old up for a recurring $50/ month for some type of membership that he didn't agree on! He's underage and that should have never happened!

There's NEVER anything in stock (except black), and your return policy is ridiculous. I have no need for a printer and fabletics is the only company I use that requires you to print out a return label. We should also be able to get Credits back on returns.

I love fabletics clothing. The downside is the amount of time it takes between ordering and receiving the pieces. It takes FAR longer to receive them than when I order from Amazon or almost any other online site. The other thing I noticed lately (and maybe this will change after the holidays) is that all of the clothing pieces have been priced lower than my monthly charge. Why would I use a credit when the cost for the credit is more than for a clothing item.

The product is amazing but unfortunately that's where it ends for this company, when you order the automatically add you as "a member" and charge you on a monthly basis (I was charged $54 per month) then when you try to cancel the membership they give you a hard time, when I finally cancelled the membership I never wanted in the first place I tried to order again afterwards and they cancelled my order twice. This company will be bankrupt unless they change their management quickly.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
