I have had so many issues with Fabletics and I will NEVER buy anything from them again and will make sure no one I know orders from them. I ordered leggings and needed to return them for a newer size (from medium to small). And what do I get? Another medium when I ordered a small... I am sick of all of the non stop issues I've had since getting my first pair, which didn't even fit and caused so many more issues. I'm done with this company and their poor customer service.
I purchased some athletic shorts, but am disappointed that the waistband snagged and fell apart during my first wash (even though I followed the instructions on the tag)
Poor quality material is likely to blame. I'll probably get Ten Thousand next time since I've heard they're higher quality

Have tried to order multiple items over the past year. Continually frustrated that the only items that I like seem to be available in XS or XL- not much in between. This applies to sale items and newly released. Have settled for items due to un-availability of what I really wanted but am usually disappointed with color/style combo or quality of product. Sad to see the quality of this company going downhill. It used to be good.

I'm very happy with the products I've purchased: great quality, great fit. The delivery time and communication around delivery was below average. Also, the communication about how the VIP program works is too sticky. Sale prices have been very good. The performance of the company, in my experience, has not been as good the product, but above average. Overall though, I wear the clothes, not the company. So four stars out of five.

I think member credits are too expensive, and there have been a few times I've forgotten - per my own error - to skip the month. I have a few credits banked to spend on purchase. I think the only way you'd get a bang for your buck in using those credits is if you buy an outfit or a bundle - but in two years, I've only really found one that I wanted to buy.

I've been VIP for months and months hoping i would find something high quality and comfy. I have been let down again and again. The sizes are 100% incorrect. I usually wear a size 4 or medium but when i order a medium it's so tight. I've been trying to cancel my membership for about 5 months but they make it virtually impossible. This is the worst experience I've had with a brand.

I feel the Fabletics material is well-made and lasts no matter how many times it's washed. However, I do not understand why every time I log into my account and try to purchase items online my size or item is never available. If I log in as a guest then the item is suddenly available. It seems a little strange to me.

I don't get the model. You can only purchase in the first few days of the month? Everything men says sold out. It looks like they are creating false scarcity so they can make more money on subscription model. Customer service also took 20 mins to tell me you can only order men or women but not both. So therefore, not only are they sold out for 30 days for men with nothing to buy, you can only buy men or women clothes not both with your subscription.
Simplicity always win and this model doesn't. I hope their clothes make up for it.

I was a valued Fabletics member for years. Just needed to take a break...I would forget to skip, $50 would accumulate month over month and I have 75 leggings at this point. Not sure I need more. I love the product and new designs. Maybe if we could use our $50 credit across all platforms, I have (3) young girls, I could shop for them as well and continue to be a member.
I had just about placed an order and realized it said something about being a VIP member. That is when I read the fine print. They charge you 49.95 "credit" of being able to purchase gym clothes each month. Who would want to do that? Sounds really dumb to me, when I look good in Walmart's $6.87 shorts. This website needs to be reported to the better business bureau, and the fact it's a membership needs to be in bold on its home page, and not hidden in the terms and conditions
I got to say the cloths are very good quality, but I eneded the subscription plan because I was able to only get one item per month. If this subscription plan allowed me to get two low cost items per month I would reconsider.
I heard great things about Fabletics maternity leggings, so I ordered 2 pairs. They were too small and I tried to exchange them for a larger size. They didn't carry them in store (fairly typical), but even the online store was sold out for months, and I eventually gave up and just got a refund. The refund process was pretty simple though.

With all the different types of leggings & pants offered it'd be nice to have an explanation of how they fit differently to the body. I also feel the website isn't as easy to use it could be. I often get frustrated and have to take breaks when looking for something. I will add that the quality of the products are fantastic!

What a terrible site. You can't look at anything unless you enter your email - ugh, fine it didn't ask for last name/address/etc. But then it makes you a "member" oh, and you can't cancel unless you call a number on the east coast - I live in Hawaii, which is 6 hour difference. The chat people are worthless - they can't cancel you, they can't transfer you to anyone else. I don't really know what they do.
The VIP membership most certainly has it perks when initially adopting it. You get a pair of clothes for a reasonable price. I was a member a couple years ago and the material of the sportswear was way to small for my normal size (medium) also tried large. I rejoined to buy joggers in March 2023 and I had one medium and one large. This time around they were more accurate as compared to other brands. The gym shorts I also purchased a week later were both way better material and fit well as compared to a couple years ago. With that being said fabletics has improved. The material is super light so in the cold be mindful. The major downside to VIP is having to remember to skip each month with a 5 day window. I don't need shorts or shirts every month. Of fabletics wants people to remain VIP members they should allow members to set how long they want to freeze the accounts. However, they don't and try to capitalize on people forgetting to skip each month to earn more money.

I don't think there should be a high membership cost in addition to a charge for the clothes. One or the other, to make it clearer what the price per item actually is.
Clothes are great. When in stock. Frustrating that one day it's there and then one day it's not. The prices fluctuate often too. The customer service could improve as well as we've had a return to the store that they lost and I never did get credit for. It's very hard to access the app. I know that I have points in credits to use but can't figure out how to use them.

I love sportswear, but I'm pretty picky when it comes to buying it and I was skeptical about Fabletics because it has quite a few bad reviews on here. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it and the comfort was amazing! The clothing is so soft and fits me very well. I have to say that I really enjoy going for a yoga session now even though I'm not a regular yogi.

I ordered many items, Mens shorts for my husband and teen sons, and leggings and shorts for me. Product feels great and durable! It is light weight so it breaths well. Recently when I order I am very limited with stock. Everything I attempt to get is not available. The last pair of leggings did not have some of the features I normally get because it was not an option (cell phone pocket).

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
