The products I bought were good, but buyer beware! A pair of leggings arrived with a hole in them, and they don't want to know about it. Made it as difficult as they could. I sent photos of the imperfect goods and never hear back. So disappointing. Could not recommend them because of their poor customer service.
I got the vip membership for the shorts and decided to skip the next month. After checking multiple times that I had skipped I was still charged that month and STILL haven't gotten my money back. They purposefully make the cancellation process difficult so people forget about losing $50 a month and put it off. Major scam.

When the first of the month rolls around, I pay home mortgage, electricity, and check the Fabletics site to skip or order. I've been a member for years and I've never had a problem. They even send a reminder to your email saying that your monthly picks are ready to view! They have sexy, comfy, and cute!

My card was charged an additional $50 after I had made a purchase of that much the month before. There was no one I could even contact about this problem so I had to get a new card and ask my bank to trace the money back to me. I don't do online shopping at all anymore.

I was overcharged on my credit card. By $300+ and have been trying to get it resolved since the order was placed. Have spoken with 4 agents and a manager who keep promising that this will be refunded within 48 hours and for me to check back and it never is. Now the latest is because I returned one of the items I have to wait for that to be processed for my overall return to happen. This was almost three months ago and it's still not resolved. Every time I call it's an hour of my time with empty promises and no resolve, no one follows up with me, it's disgusting. It's your mistake and I'm doing all the work. I'm to the point I'm going to get my lawyers involved. Too bad, because you have great clothes!

Dont like to be strong armed into a subscription, especially if I might not be buying items on a monthly basis. Every month I am obligated to purchase because of recurring subscriptions. Very annoyed!

I absolutely loved Fabletics when it first started. I thought the price for VIP was good and for $50 you could get a great workout outfit. Now most outfits are closer to $80 or more. Also, they are constantly changing what leggings, bras, shirts are available to purchase so if you have a favorite piece, you have a very short period to but before they evolve to the next hip clothing type. And even if you can find a legging or top you love, it's rare you can find it in your size even just a few days after it goes for sale. I think they need simplify and to go back to the way it used to be.

I have been shopping with Fabletics for several years and have always loved the quality of their leggings. As a 6' tall plus size woman it's hard to find leggings that are built to last, but my Fabletics have always held up.

7 months ago I bought 2 pairs of leggings for the 2 for 25 dollars deal this website offered. I saw this offer through Facebook and thought it sounded amazing. I got my leggings and loved them, and I didn't go onto the account again until now. I saw I had $350.00 in store credit. I had no idea they were taking almost 50 dollars a month from my account for over half a year. I am going to work to get this money back as I just enrolled in graduate school and it is insane to lose 350 dollars for two pairs of leggings... I hope fabletics will do something to make up for this.

Shipping and returns were surprisingly quick and easy. The quality of the product is awful though. Everything is cheaply made (one item was falling apart when I received it) and the fabrics are thin/cheap. Some items might be worth it but beware.
They give you a cheap intro offer to get you on their obligatory purchase list. If you don't respond to their site saying "no purchase" within 4 days of each month, they automatically charge your credit card and refuse to remove it.
It's been over a month sitting Fabletics took my money and has sent me nothing. This is an awful company that has no problem ripping you off. Keep your money and bank information as far away from Fabletics as you possibly can.

Some have called it a scam. I won't go that far but I also won't maintain my subscription. Never received the monthly email reminder about the monthly purchase or skip. Like most people, I do not purchase every month, nor do I live on the website. I did get the email that they charged me for the month (would have skipped). After trying to go through the chat function which was useless, I called. The automated system just to get to a live person is a nightmare, and the actually person that I finally got to was extremely unhelpful. Cancelled my subscription immediately. Will end up eating that $50 but at least it'll never happen again.

I wanted to try Fabletics because I love Khloe V3 how it looks. So i bought it and I'm in love with it. How it fits me, the color, the quality. Fabletics now is my favorite sport brand.
The Fabletics platform showcases specific items they believe are tailored to your interest. This would be fine if it was still easy to locate additional items outside of this category, but it is not. If I could search by specifics like you could previously when the site was rolled out years ago, I would enjoy it more. It is also hard to locate each month where I can skip the month, especially when on a mobile device. Lastly, not being able to utilize sale prices in conjunction with your credits its upsetting. The credit should be able to be used as cash value on sale items as well. I should not have to purchase separate orders and pay additional amounts when I have the value in credits already.

If you are given a gift card you cannot apply any first purchase discounts. I got a gift card and had seen ads so decided to try it out but after talking with customer service turns out that you can't apply both the first time discount and use a gift card which makes no sense. This proves how this company is really a scam!

I originally signed up for this subscription because of the wide variety of workout gear available. I was then pleasantly surprised by the quality when I received my first order. Since the time I signed up, the workout clothing selection has steadily decreased and availability of items that are still online is very low. It is quite frustrating. Please get back to workout clothing!

I was served by Hanna and Carl from fabletics customer service in regards to cancelling my vip membership when I found out about the monthly fee printed under my receipt and, it was a hassle free and smooth process which I really appreciate. I only waited for approximately 3 minutes and the staff was respectful and dealt with my requests in a professional manner.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
