After four attempts to receive a printed return label through online support I'm now driving over an hour to my nearest store to return 5 items that didn't fit me. The pants weren't as described in the ad/photo - the fit looking much different in person. Overall I'm just disappointed and won't be buying from Fabletics again.
Another scam from Justfab. Stupid subscription of £44 a month debited from your account (unless you remember to skip on the 5th day of the month) making this the most expensive place online. Avoid. Remember once the money has been debited its gone, with no way of getting it back, so your forced to spend it on the cheap Chinese made tat they sell.

The shipping takes FOREVER! I placed my order on Aug 19, the items were shipped on Aug 20 but I still haven't received the package! The estimated arrival time just kept being pushed back. I don't know what's going on. I live in Virginia, not the other side of the planet!
Also, the company takes my money away every month and doesn't allow refunds on membership credits! What kind of policy is this? I can't find anything I like and there is no way that I can spend the rest of my credits so I just want my MONEY back!

I was able to get legging for all three of my daughter-in-laws for Christmas this year. After having babies they were complaining about finding comfortable leggings that covered the baby tummy. I know I love my Fabletics so I ordered them all a few pairs during the sale! I am so excited to give them their gifts! I am sure they will be hooked!

Don't do it! They suck you in with a good deal and discounted workout outfit of mediocre quality. Then they hit your credit card with a monthly charge that is not reimbursable and the mediocre quality items are no longer available so you're forced to buy cheap crap with the balance of your credits.
Somehow I have managed to be part of some monthly subscription at £49 a month, three months later, here I am. I've asked them for my money Back but they keep trying to explain to me how I subscribed. I just want my money back and they are refusing. Awful awful company. Please avoid.

I bought the velvet gold leggings this winter and the way that they are cut around the knee/calf is very unique and makes them fit oddly on my body. I bought a puffy vest with the batik print recently and the sizing was also odd in the breast/shoulders. Maybe I'm just a weird size?

They take your money every month for the membership that you were not aware you ere signing for. Trying to cancel the bloody membership is by calling only and they did not answer your calls. Mine was worse because I made international calls from oversea. Please help spread this to stop this big scammers

I basically wear fabletics every day. It my main clothing store. They have clothes for almost all occasions from work, to of course work out, to party, and sleep. The staff at my home store are the best too. I can't wait to see another location when i go on vacation. I love fabletics!

Always amazing product, wife loves it 100%. Customer service is phenomenal but they use the absolute worst shipping methods. Had a piece marked as delivered then 8 days later the delivery company showed up on my steps at 11pm to deliver. No recourse to them either. Great company of you can deal with trash shipping practices

I paid £49 for membership on 14 Dec 20 because I didn't cancel in time. Cancelling is not straightforward, you have to call. I called and cancelled but they took another £49 on 20 Dec. I rang and complained and they refunded it. In Jan 2021, they took £49 and then refunded it. They have just taken another £49 in Feb! Don't get enticed by the offer that requires you to subscribe because even if you cancel your membership, they still take your money. I can't cancel the subscription via my bank so I'll have to go back to Fabletics yet again. Such a shame because the clothing is quite good quality; they just rip you off!

Their website is literally one of the WORST! You can't see all the styles available. I know this as I can't see what my daughter can see and she is a VIP. You only get to see whatever Fabletics website lets you see, based on your shopping past. That is wrong! I'm losing weight, therefore I should be able to see all items available. And Always always always everything is sold out! So disappointing for such a great product! Their leggings are the best, so I keep trying.
While subscribed to Fabletics, I was able to receive many new styles that fit well and we're so soft. I liked that my subscription gave me a free item each month, but I had to make sure it was the same as the cost, if not more, so I would get my moneys worth.

I bought something in November as a gift and somehow got on the VIP list and now I'm being charged every month for store credit. They won't reimburse me the credit. So now I'm stuck with store credit and it sounds like they are out of everything and website is down often. Not good

Unfortunately I was not a fan. Item ran all the way up the from the crotch to the back in my first wear. Therefore I was walking around with my panties showing and nobody even told me! How embarrassing. Things happen but I had such high expectations and they did not fit the bill.

They are very good at getting items to you, and if an item will be delayed they also let you know. Which is pretty unusual in the world of customer service. They don't wait until the customer notices it should be arriving and then having to contact them to find out where its at.

They suck you in with a great price on leggings for new members. I thought it would be like most brand memberships that you get discounts and maybe earn points but instead they charge your card $50 a month (for nothing!) and hope that you do not notice! They provide not notice that the charge is about to be made or that it has been made. When you go to their website you cannot even see how much credit you have - if this is not a scam then why are they trying to hide it from their customers? When you do notice they will only refund part of the money and say you have to spend the rest on their merchandise. If they had products that were worth the $ they would not have to trick people into getting charged $50 per month that can only be spend on their overpriced products.

Now I do understand the system and that you have to say skip this month between the 1st and the 5th, but every time I call them to cancel (you have to call and talk to a foreign person) they offer me a credit. Took it this time, but yet again they did not give me the credit and charged my account. I am furious. The last outfit was cheap and ugly. Nothing like the picture. Too bad Kate Hudson has her name on this crap of a company. I would run if I were her. Never doing business with them again.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
