It is so frustrating that you deliver to Canada but you can't get us return labels without a huge ordeal. You guys sent me the wrong product. I had to sit on the phone for 30 min with a laptop to get return label. This isn't t the first time this has happened and it is making me want to end my subscription to be honest.
I did have a repetitive issue with a particular product and submitted a nice but constructive review. I expected to receive any type of acknowledgement from the company, a simple "thanks for your thoughts and we will look into it" was all I was looking for, but nothing. Nonetheless, I continue to purchase other products and am very satisfied.

The website is slow to update available colors when you select an item. Also, it is frustrating that the same item is shown in separate listings but in different colors. I always feel like items are hidden so I spend way too much time when shopping the site trying to make informed choices. My time is limited and precious.

Was the perfect size for my petite body. I receive so much compliments when I wear them.
I wear a size 4-6 depending on fit, so ordered a medium due to my waist. (Injury) I can get these in but they're so restrictive I can't keep them in. Sent back fir a size large 2 weeks ago. Waiting.
I love the fabric. Best of all brands I've tried, now just need to get the fit right.

The intro offers are great but not a single thing in their catalog is worth the full price.
Durable, comfortable, and stylish. These shorts are top notch... Amazing for casual wear or for working out. Dress them up with a polo for a quick game of golf..
All of the outfits I've ordered from Fabletics has fit me perfectly. I am an xxs so it's always hard for me to find workout clothing that fits and functions the way it's supposed to. I never have to worry about the fit with Fabletics! My monthly subscription gives me a new outfit to look forward to every month!

I order several of the same outfits for myself and a few friends. The items came after the time i needed them and when I got online to make a return I then realized that everything i had ordered was final sale. Fabletics did work with me on the order but for future i feel like final sale should be noted large and towards the top of the page and then again at checkout before you process your order.

I ordered 1 item and apparently signed up for the VIP membership too- like many others £44 was taken from my account. I was shaking with anger on the phone insisting on a full refund and to have my details removed. The phone call was aborted 3 times by the staff on the other end! Thus making me more upset and angry. They refused to give me a refund, eventually after a lot of shouting on my end I asked to speak to a manager, I was kept waiting and waiting then they finally agreed to refund my money and cancel my account. They know full well what they are doing to people, deliberately misleading customers! It is an absolute disgrace, I will certainly never buy from Fabletics again. What a shame, I used to like Kate Hudson.
The price is to high and I don't feel like it's made for short chubby people. The straps of the sports bras are always at least 2 inches to long even when they are adjustable. The colors are nice but the styles lately have been not great last summer had much nicer styles. They rarely have the longer shorts with pockets. And the pants I like don't come with the side pockets only the one on the back.

Several times in the last few weeks, I have been unable to either check out items for purchase or the item won't load in order to purchase. This was not a onetime problem, but one that continued over several days with several transaction attempts. It's tough to support a company when the website won't let me purchase items due to a continued error message. It's also frustrating that it's difficult to find customer support that isn't through Facebook.

The price for first purchase and some special deals were good. Quality is decent for the price, but I don't need that many work out clothes, so having to remind myself to "skip this month" for subscription is kinda extra work and annoying for me (though it's good to have an option to be able to "skip"). And when I forgot to "skip", I gotta think what to spend it on. Therefore I'd rather unsubscribe monthly payments and just buy it whenever I see something I really like/want.

I have a bunch of shorts and pants from fabletics, and have absolutely no complaints about the products. They're great, and I'd recommend them to anyone. My big issue is with the website. Constantly crashing, nearly impossible to navigate, and the constant prompting to join their vip club is unbelievably annoying

I've been a member for likely a decade, have bought many many items but the last few years the styles are no longer appealing to me and disappointing. I called a few months back to cancel but didn't since I had a return pending and points so I didn't. I used to find it hard to choose with so many options i loved but now I mostly don't find even one I like. I guess I don't care for whomever is now designing's style. Also a pointer; not everyone is comfortable wearing only a sports bra to work out. My daughters and I are not. They are not and have the bodies for it and I never was even when was in amazing shape. Many are there to work, it's our special time, and don't want men staring in desire and women staring in disappointment. Love to see more tops in the bundles too.

I placed an order in September of 2018 during a "2 for 24" promotion which was advertised on TV and online. I received the product which I was very satisfied with, but I did not place any subsequent orders. However, in January of 2019, I noticed that I had been charged $49.95 each month from October 2018 through January 2019 for a VIP Membership. I contacted Fabletics and explained that I did not purchase the membership. I was told that it is their policy that you are automatically subscribed to the membership during the check out process, but you can cancel at any time. Fabletics would not refund my credit card. This is a deceptive if not fraudulent practice. I will never place another order with fabletics and will tell as many people as I can of my experience.

Threads have come out of the trousers already (worn twice) but the worst thing about it is that I signed up not knowing that I'd be signed up for vip membership and they have just taken £49 out of my account! What the hell! I literally have a very small amount of money, hence why I bought a sale item! You have cleared my bank account out! I did not want this and definitely don't remember anything saying I was going to be charged to be a member! I don't even want to be a member! It was a one off purchase. Very poor, not clear. Bad form guys! Bad form!

Customer Service was terrible when I called shocked about the charges.
I hate that Fabletics is subscription based and you can only get discounts by being a member and having to opt out on months I don't wish to buy anything. It is a poor business model. I only participate because my teen likes your leggings.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
