DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! My husband ordered some pants from them. The quality crap. We sent them back. The company was good about the return and did refund us the money. However, it's been 6 months since the purchase and today my husband found where they've been charging us $59.95 a month for a "membership fee" he didn't agree to. That's $640 that, in my opinion, they have stolen from us. After reading reviews I see we're not the only ones it's happening to.
I joined due to discount pricing offered on your first purchase, thinking prices would be similar as a VIP. The prices went up by 80% after my first purchase which was disappointing due to the quality of the products not being in line with the price points. I prefer SHEIN since their product quality and pricing are more in line and they do not automatically sign you up for a membership. The membership w Fab feels like a scam since you get to use your $50 monthly membership dues on 1 item up to $80, but you can end up only finding your size in an item that is under $50 which means you end up losing money. The website is not streamlined for easy shopping so you can spend hours just trying to find one thing you like that is available in your size. They are often out of sizes.

I find that the web site when ordering products to be a little cumbersome and confusing! Sometimes, it shows one price for and item then appears different when I'm checking out. I also find that a fair amount of the products are out of stock either on color or sizes. Hard to understand what eco, modern classic and slim modern classic and how this translates to my size.

I do like my items, but returned one for different size and have been told twice it has been shipped but I still haven't received it. Getting the run around from customer service which is in the Philippines
I have been very pleased with the array of styles and accessories in the Fabletics line. It is difficult for me to justify purchases every month or even a 49.00 monthly budget for workout wear, but I am please with the items I have ordered.

I was shocked to get my fabletics workout wear, only to see how horrible to quality is. I shop for my daughter at Forever 21, and the tank tops you get there for 2.00 are the exact same quality as these 35.00 US tanks I get from Fabletics. Kate Hudson... I would not be advertising/promoting this BRAND! My sister ordered same day as me and for the first time as well... she too is beyond disappointed.
I love the shorts and underwear from Fabletics. I am 6'2" at 254 lbs. I'm in great shape and workout consistently. However, I can never find clothes that work for me. They are either to big or too small. Fabletics found that in-between for me.

As soon as I opened the package it smelled horrible I can guarantee a cat peed on these pants and they still shipped them out anyways. When talking to customer service they didn't seem to worried about it. I will never purchase from them again.

Very difficult to return and exchange. Site not easy on phone. Confusion on vip credit versus points. Clothes are good though. I have to call too many times (returns etc) and don't have time to do that which is why I want to shop online.

I was annoyed that when trying to purchase a pair of shorts and shirt or some other combo all sizes and color options would show available until I wanted to place them in my cart. I wish I could select a medium shirt then only the ones available would be selectable.

I love the fit of Fabletics leggings, but I don't like working out with an exposed midriff. I've considered cancelling my membership due to the lack of outfits with full mid-section coverage. You need to offer more tank tops with built-in bras/removable cups to make this membership worth it to me.

The initial cost to join is reasonable. Then you have to continue to order each month unless you choose to skip that month. I really do not need another thing to remember on my calendar. Too much pressure to buy, felt like a pyramid scheme.

I wish Fabletics offered more capri styles. I don't like to workout in full length or 7/8 leggings. I like the fit, but that can also be hit or miss as with most.
It took forever to deliver and once the pants arrived they were the cheapest pieces of garbage I have ever received. Two weeks it took for you to send my pants 15 full days 11 business absolutely unacceptable

1. For memberships, they do not update you beforehand that they are taking $$ out of your account.
2. They don't give the exact refund back (due to rates)
3. The supervisor offered a "one time 50% discount deal" (even though discounts are offered at that rate all the time), however can't even give the rest of my money back.
Not worth the time and energy. Very disappointed.

Do NOT spend a penny here unless you want to be tricked into paying $49.99 every month for no apparent reason. They make it very unclear that they'll charge you every month unless you tell them not to and you can't cancel your membership online. Ridiculous, awful company.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
