I placed an order well over a week ago and after shipping started it has been stuck in Atlanta for a week as well. Will I get my order, who knows. Its always the same thing with Fabletics. The quality is great but shipping is less than satisfactory.
Why they charge monthly membership? 69$ per month? It is not worth it. They sell clothing and I wear my staff for 1-2 years, NOT months. If they will sell food like Costco, then ok... Because you will come back to this store every week, or couple times a month. And you know, the more discasting part, that they hide membership info in small text 🤮

Be very very careful falling for this company's discounts as they sign you up for £44 of you don't log in! Not very clear that you have to do it! I'm going straight to my bank tomorrow and doing an indemnity claim to get my money back! Wankers!
Charging 50+ dollars for the 'privilege' of seeing more; deals' is outrageous to say the least. I feel it was snuck into the whole sign up process, which was cumbersome and convoluted, and is a marketing and sales scam. I ordered and received shorts, which are fine. They are worth the $24 I paid, not the reg retail of whatever [I think is was almost triple that]. I will not be a future customer.

So basically it's an extra step you have to do each month! Like extra stress! Honestly I want to just cancel my membership only because of that! They charge me 54$ one time that I forgot to skip the month and now I have to spend it before canceling otherwise I would have done it sooner! And if you want to spend it, it is not gone work on sale items so it has to be a full price item!

I tried shipping these items to a military base, the address popped up and my order went through, a month later I have to call because they got sent back. To be told they didn't ship there. One of the items was out of stock by the time this was all figured out. So I got a refund for the item, which isn't even enough to pay for anything on the site.

While some of the selections are nicer than others, the prices are too high in everything. The app is wonky and I hate using it. I'm trying to find a way to review recent purchase before item in a different size disappears. I'm trying to return but can't get the return label without a review. Their items are nicer quality than most brick n mortar stores but as I said earlier they are overpriced

I would NOT recommend buying anything from Fabletics! I placed an order over 2 months ago and have not received anything! It says the order has "shipped" but when I track it with the courier co, it says they have not received the package from Fabletics. Customer service is basically non existent, no one answers phones, responds to FB messages or is on Live Chat. The one time I managed to get through on Live Chat the guy thwarted all of my questions and just told me the package would arrive on Dec 23 (6 weeks after a I placed the order). Of course, NOTHING showed up. I now was a refund but can't even get hold of a customer service rep. I feel like this company is a total scam and when customers get screwed over, they don't care because they already have your $$$.

I bought underwear for a total of 17 bucks, little did I know these $#*!in monkeys that work here would take that as me wanting the vip monthly for 60 bucks… how awesome! So they automatically charged me 60 without asking and no refunds! All in all what a great company if you don't like spending ur hard earned money on things of use. The homeless people they employ at fabletics are a real catch!

Material seems cheap for $60+ pieces. I purchased several different styles and I went ahead and kept them because I paid so much money for them the introductory VIP initial purchase is worth it after that you're paying $50 a month for what are supposed to be $80 leggings and they do not fit or feel like $80 leggings.

I'm not a fan of Fabletics membership system that charges you automatically. I don't get any reminder to skip for the month so need to set an alarm for myself or I forget and get charged exorbitant amounts of money for something I don't need. Just sell regular leggings at a normal price or an occasional sale without this membership nonsense.

Ordered 2 shorts for 24$, I never got them plus charged me 59 dollars instead. Also without my permission put a membership on me for 60$ that I didn't sign up for. And even with the membership it's a scam, if you click to use members point on a purchase it will just increase the amount of the cost by how much it's saving you. TOTAL SCAM, hope y'all go out of business

I've tried several times to figure out where my package is over 3 months. I bought 3 pairs of underwear and my card was charged for them and I'd like my package found and delivered or my money back. I ordered weeks ago and still have no package. None of the workers were helpful. Shipping says 6-10 days, it's been 3 weeks now. I ordered stuff for vacation and it never showed. They offered a $10 coupon, but I'll be canceling soon as my order shows up.if it does.

I ordered leggings for my 13 year old daughter who is very slim and tall. Not only were they a nice thick fabric, but they also reached to the bottom of her ankles. She is always thrilled with the quality and the fact that they fit her so well. It is always hard to find leggings that suit her body needs.

Beware: Fabletics makes it very difficult to cancel your subscription and return any products. After 4 phone calls I finally got a return authorization and they would still not issue me a credit card refund- I was told only a credit at Fabletics was available. They said to call back and request l a check which takes 6-8 weeks to process.

The leggings aren't as soft as Lululemon, but when you start the VIP program, they are pretty cheap! They do help with tummy control, which is nice. I'll continue to buy from Fabletics.
I used both the size charts provided on the site as well as recommended sizing and every pair of pants I bought from Fabletics fits wildly different. Some mediums were smaller than size smalls I have from other brands, additionally two mediums from the same style line on Fabletics would have a 2-3" difference in waist band and over all fit.

So, awhile back, I ordered two pairs of leggings as part of their $24 deal. Sorry, but paying $50 per month for a membership is ridiculous to me- how much activewear does one person need? Unlike most people on here, I didn't have an issue cancelling the VIP membership however I still would not purchase an outfit again. Although they were cute, I found the overall quality of the leggings disappointing and the material very thin. Honestly, I've bought better, less expensive leggings from other stores. I understand the frustration that people have with this website, though. The site could be clearer as exactly to what you're signing up for.

Woah they take £44 from your account each month! This is NOT made clear when you sign up to be a member. My hard earned cash just gone, ciao ciao! Kate Hudson should be ashamed and embarrassed that these are her company policies!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
