Unfortunately, the products do not live up to all they are made out to be. Not impressed with the quality design for poorly made loose threads throughout all 4 products purchased and way over priced. I have been more successful and purchased better quality leggings for a fraction of the cost at local retailers. Some advice…Spend less money on advertising and put some time and effort into the quality, feel fit and performance of your active wear. To top off what was already dissatisfied impression the company decided to charge my credit card 2 additional times in USA funds with exchange rate fees also charged to my credit card. My time and money I have wasted on this Hollywood hoax products. So dissatisfied. I made sure to tell and show off the poor quality products all my friends.
I was a member for more than 6 months. Didn't want anymore product. Quality was ok. But when I called number to cancel I got recording. Number has been changed or no longer inservice. Well, this is only way to cancel. Got online to chat with customer service, confirmed I had right number, continued to get recording & then it hangs up. I'm sure they have high volume of calls but this was not the message I got nor did it give me opportunity to be on hold. I'm sure they were hoping I'd give up & get automatically charged for another month. Felt trapped with no way out. I finally called my credit card service to block further charges.
I don't care for and will never again purchase any of your tops or sports bras. There is no shoulder adjustments to tighten or loosen for a better fit. I do however keep my membership for your power hold leggings. I've tried your other styles and dislikes the compression and material/ fabric that shows every imperfection.

They were not at all what I expected. Then it was not clear that they were going to charge me $58 per month toward more of their garbage. I cancelled the subscription and put the leggings in the goodwill.

Overpriced membership just to be able to order mediocre quality work out clothes. After one wash, the material looks over used. After being charged for 4 months and not using my credit, Fabletics wanted to charge more to order an outfit. However, the customer service was very helpful and gave me a refund after I called.

I love the variety of clothes, styles, and colors. Membership also offers great perks and discounts that I regularly take advantage of. And Kate Hudson is one of the coolest individuals in the universe, so it's hard not to love anything she puts her name on. I find the customer reviews very helpful and wish there were more, especially ones with pictures and/or weight, shape information. I it would also be helpful if the website was was a little more mobile phone user friendly but otherwise love the company and what it offers.

I've had a few orders from Fabletics and although standard shipping is 6-10 days, it always takes over two weeks. This most recent order was sent back due to an incomplete address even though the address I had put on the order was 100% accurate. When I spoke to the representative he told me that the shirt that I ordered was out of stock and would not be able to send it regardless of the one that was being sent is being returned, so there was no solution, just disappointment. I asked if I had to wait standard shipping for this inconvenience on their part due to shipping and now lack of inventory that they refuse to send back, they said I had to still wait standard shipping for the rest of my order. Throughout my experiences with Fabletics I keep getting the bare minimum with support and it makes it difficult to want to keep shopping with this company. It would be nice to have good workout clothes if I ever get to receive them in less than a month, but truthfully I think their intention is to force shoppers to pay for expedited shipping to earn that extra buck on our expenses.
Overall, their products can be worth the purchase, but the inconveniences and even hit or miss on the fabric is making it difficult to shop here.
Extremely disappointed. I placed two orders in November for Christmas and still do not have the merchandise. The customer service outlet is a call center that obviously doesn't care about the company itself. I did learn that after 20 BUSINESS days I can waste another 4 hours of my time by calling the call center again to request a refund. I understand delays this time of year, but 4 weeks and still no status update from the shipper? Fabletics get it together and find a shipping outlet that actually provides service. You've lost my business.
I have ordered several pants. I like the feel of the high side chinos. However in the website, it clearly states that they are wrinkle resistant. This cannot be further from the truth. Straight out of the laundry they are wrinkled. Within minutes of wearing them after a little ironing, they are wrinkled.
Also, I wish you had shirts abs jackets for tall men. And larger sizes. Like a 3xlTall.

Those guys just started taking $49.95 from my 14 y. O. daughter's account each month. We called, asked for refund and cancelled. To our surprise, they continued charging the account in the next 2 months and when we called, they said "sorry, there's nothing we can do". They are simply trying to squeeze consumers that are not paying attention, or the ones that would not know how to deal with the issue, like my daughter. I believe these practices are corrupt and have to be reported!

Very slow shipping. In todays time it should not take two weeks to receive any product. I can order items from overseas faster than I can get a domestic shipment from this company. If you order now you might get your order by Christmas.

My first few orders had no problems at all but my most recent order was shipped in 2 separate shipments and both showed delivered on the same day but I only received 1 part of it. When I called they told me that it would take 3 business days to figure out what was going on. At the end of 3 days I got a email with another tracking number. Not sure what happened but glad it was fixed.

Placed our order and received tracking info that originally said we would receive it within 4 days, then it changed and kept saying label created but no dates, then changed again and again, finally had to chat with someone regarding order who said shipping can take up to 16 days! Come on Fabletics you can do better than this! Amazon can get items to me next day. Items are great, just be prepared to wait forever for your items. Disappointed and afraid to purchase more items.

It's a pain to cancel. You have to use their automated system which doesn't work very well and will just hang up on you repeatedly if it can't figure out what your saying. Not worth the aggravation. There are many other stores that have similar clothing for similar prices and much better service. Not to mention if you miss the short window to skip the month they automatically charge you $$.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings (2x£24) 5 weeks ago and today have been charged £50 for a ‘VIP membership' which I didn't authorise.
Check the small print guys!
So disappointed and the leggings are such bad quality too - I want my money back!

It supposed to be like lululemon but at a fraction of the price. With what you're paying in membership fees plus the cost of the discount it's really about the same if you buy lulu on sale.
Quality wise lulu is still better imo.

I love fabletics product! I work part time at a gym, and work out almost everyday, and their stuff is top notch. The leggings NEVER slide off, tops are super comfortable and fitting, and it's all really easy to wash. 10/10 would highly recommend

I have been getting your power hold leggings for a few years either in the store or online. My first pair lasted me for a couple year with heavy wear. The couple pairs I received last time are thinner and strings on every seam. I have only had my newest pair for around 6 months and they already have holes in the crotch and thigh area. Quality is not what it use to be at all!

It is hard to order because your credits only apply to a few amount of outfits. Credits can't be applied to other items and the cute outfits sell out of certain sizes fast. The clothing is very nice however its damn near impossible using your credits as the policies are not customer friendly. I would not ever recommend this to anyone. I wish they just let you use your money on anything on not a few slapped together outfits in the 49.95 category that never has enough inventory.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
