In accordance with earlier comments, the clothes are rubbish, they feel and look cheap and tacky. Kmart and target offer better options. They do sign you up for VIP and then when you challenge or query if they don't respond. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges. What s joke and what a terrible experience. I cannot stress AVOID this site like the plague.
I love the Fabletics brand and material, only when it's consistent. It seems like I order the same shirts, and they all come in different lengths stating that they are the same size. Also, when I try to return it or get a refund, the call operator doesn't do an excellent job helping me exchange said items. I had to cancel my membership because of this. Very unfortunate.
After placing an order of two items and waiting over a week for them to arrive, they are finally here. One of the leggings is DIRTY and looks like it was worn before. Even the stitching in the back is broken. How embarrassing! Why would you ship such thing to a client?
Crooked company. Scam all the way. Bought from the site, then found out they were charging my card 50 buck per month. Nothing "VIP" about it. You eventually pay for it. Will never purchase from here again... especially after having to cancel my card.
I had an issue with my purchase. Called the help line, and it took way longer than it should have to get things straightened out because the worker could barely speak English. Very frustrating. Outsourcing your help line to people who can not speak English for people that are already upset about their order is not a good idea
I ordered pants off of this website. I did not expect them to unlawfully take $49.95 out of my bank account. I am so angry that I called them and they said that if I do not keep purchasing then I am charged. I told the guy that they should send notifications on it because the process which they are going by is illegal. Still waiting for my refund because now this broke college student cant catch an Uber ride home for winter break. I want my money back ASAP!

I ordered TWO pairs of these leggings in my normal size but because the material is so thick and not like active wear they were extremely tight and hard to get on. Once on, they are stiff and uncomfortable to sit in, i can't imagine doing an actual work out in them. I then bought a pair of joggers and sized up to a Medium thinking their brand just run small and I swim in them because they're so big. There inconsistency of sizing makes me want to never ship this brand, especially because the majority is online and returning is inconvenient.

I love Fabletics! They are so easy to purchase from. Their customer service department is one of the very best I have ever seen. If you have any question or problem or a return, they are available 24/7 and you actually get a live human being! They quickly take care of whatever your needs are and you can also order from them by calling their number. They also have a long 90 day fit guarantee. However their sizing is so consistent that I have only needed to return a couple of items out of probably 50+ orders. I will continue to be a loyal customer and have started purchasing for several family members who now also love the brand.

Kept getting error message when trying to purchase through the website, so had to work with customer service which was frustrating. Shipping is always extremely slow, but this was even more so than usual.

You have the option to shop here and there, or as a monthly VIP. Know what you are signing up for. Most the people who are leaving one star reviews did not properly read and follow the website. It gives you the option to "Check out as VIP" which means you sign up for the recurring service. I have had no issues so far and am very excited for my next outfit. Should it maybe be MORE clear? Yes. But does it plainly say that you're checking out as VIP? Yes. If you didn't know you signed up for the recurring service that's your fault, not theirs.
Fabletics is fantastic if you actually READ what you are signing up for. It takes two seconds out of my day to skip a month by the 5th. Super easy to skip just press a button. I skip every month just in case I decide not to purchase. Not sure why people are complaining so much. Don't give a website your credit card number unless you've read the terms and conditions I have had no issues yet with ANY of the clothes I've gotten. Love their leggings, thinker than Lulu lemon. Also feast shipping. For me it has usually taken from 3-5 days of ordering to receive. The clothes are so cozy and I've had no issue with the clothes. The fabric is cheaper than what you'd get at lulu lemon but like you get what you pay for, it is half the price of lulu lemon. Anyways, don't believe these reviews. People seem to be able to take time out of their day to write long negative reviews when they should have spent the time actually reading before buying.
I have had a wonderful experience with Fabletics from the beginning. It is so easy to skip when you wanted and there are always a variety of outfits and styles to fit different tastes and budgets. I especially like the member credits that they started using more recently.

The styling, fit and fabrics are sub-par. I cannot believe a celebrity has aligned their name with this junk.The website is not user-friendly in that I could not find a way to return the items. The orders and return link would not open, I had to google a number for customer service. I ordered 4 items and returned all. One of the items was a cross-body bag to take to the gym. This had a $40 price tag on it! To me, the lack of quality would only make the product useful as a giveaway because that is what you would do with it after receiving is ---give it away!

It seems like every time I consider making a purchase from this fabulous website, the matching sets are sold out half the piece, and there is no other option. In other words, I think the fire engine red leggings should have not one, but three different bras to match it (in three different styles) - this can include a floral pattern with the fire engine red and plain. I used to work in the fashion industry, and color matching was one of my jobs - every line had the same yellow used throughout patterns, prints, and plain clothes, so that customers could mix and match.
I love the colors fabletics has, I just wish they did this more.

They just took 50 from my account without notifying me about it (probably it was written somewhere between the lines of the terms and agreements). To cancel the damn VIP subscription I had to call their service center... why don't they have a cancel subscription option straight on the website?
Now I can use my "49 points" to buy stuff priced over 100 per item.

As a web designer - I find the Fabletics site experience poor.
I find it difficult to find what I'm looking for.
I strongly dislike that I can't change the number of items I would like to order multiples of in the shopping cart.
It took me a long time to figure out how to skip a month.
The import tax is super annoying. That price should be built into the cost of the product.
There hasn't been a single cute shirt on the site since I began my membership.
Last year the supply issue of full length leggings was awful.

A good brand and good product will attract customers no matter what.
When business like Fabletics cheats customers with their sneaky VIP membership monthly recurring charges, customers will remember and never return. Very disappointed. Took 5 phone calls multiple dispute processes to credit card and Fabletics to get the story straight. Now I am out $250 and forced to purchase their overpriced items.

I'm not sure what is going on with sizing lately but 3x and 4x have been listed as "Sold Out" on items that are not even released yet (VIP early access). In the past 2x sizing was snug but still fit so I tried it and I can't even get this skirt up past my hips barely. It's very ill fitting and if you've stopped making 3x and 4x in all products across the board your consumers deserve to know. The colors are absolutely gorgeous on everything I purchased and I have been searching for this color themes for a while and was so happy to see them. The yitty shorts are a delicious material but the cut is very strange and doesn't give much room for movement in the crotch and thigh. The two tops worked out absolutely perfectly and I am loving them both. I understand the return policy but it is more hassle than it's worth so I've held the items. Carry more plus sizes in stores and online, and for the love of god please get creative again with your designs already- that was what initially drew me to this brand was how innovative and stylish the product lines were, the inclusive sizing and the quality. I've been buying for almost a decade and I want to believe you can bounce back. But in the meantime I'm also exploring other options. 😿
I've been a loyal customer of Fabletics since 2016. They've been my go to brand and whenever I would try a competitor out, they would always fall short of comfort and quality. Majority of the outfits in my workout wardrobe are still from the original purchases and the color and quality have held up nicely. It saddens me that the most recent purchases have been terrible cut, sub-par quality and atrocious prints. I've submitted several reviews about their selections on the plus size line and it's lack of consistency. Sizes are constantly selling out and they fail to restock high demand sizes. I'm losing faith in their ability to produce a quality product with realistic sizing and strong options for equally strong plus size women.
I was roped into a plan that draws 54.00 a month for a membership because I made the mistake of buying one item for my son from them. I didn't realize they had taken hundreds out my account that was non refundable before it was too late. I am trying to spend down credits they gave me but I have to keep returning the items because they are a terrible fit and style. The inseam makes all the clothes baggy in the crotch. Terrible business model and the customer service is computerized w non human voices.
I love Fabletics. Their clothes are high quality, size inclusive, and their company seems committed to true diverse representation on most every spectrum. The 4 stars is really only because of two things: First, there seems to be some discrepancies in size. I'm a L in most cases, but some items have come and it was a SQUEEZE. A little more consistency on that front would be appreciated. Secondly, the return/refund process doesn't seem fair to VIP members. I purchased an item that arrived damaged. I returned it and asked for a replacement but that item was out of stock. Okay, no biggie. I'll just purchase something else with my member credit. NOPE. You get the $amount, not the Member credit so now what I'm purchasing is no longer VIP, so it's a loss on that front in value for purchase. It would be nice if they would apply the refund as a member credit since that is what was used to purchase the item.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
