Every time there is a sale event, they are out of stock and everything that is in my size, this holds true for current inventory levels as of late as well. They have put more focus into the ladies apparel then the mens, but that's just my opinion.
Absolutely awful company. They have charged me multiple times after I have specifically gone in and "skipped the month." When I called to cancel it he woman all but refused to cancel my account, resulting in a horrible conversation in which I had to eventually hang up. I'm going to try calling back tomorrow because I just got another charge. Stay away!
Fabric is always great quality, better than Lululemon I find. I don't like that once I finally accumulate enough points to use on something they are taken away and expire so quickly. There is room for improvement there and would motivate me to buy more throughout the year

I ordered one item and was automatically signed up for a monthly membership for $50 every month! I've called 3 times and the automated system offers you a bunch of crap so you won't cancel, then when you decline the line disconnects! Do not give them your business!
They advertise that you can purchase two bottoms/shorts for $24. In reality, it costs $84 because they will not fulfill your order unless you pay for the first month of their VIP membership as well ($60). This is misleading because they claim that you can cancel your membership anytime to avoid being charged, except if you manage to do this (you have to call customer service), they will also cancel the order you placed using your membership.

Been a customer since the beginning. The quality of the product has drastically decreased. Bras no longer fit properly. Yoga pants fall apart faster. There are yoga pants I've had for years that last longer than stuff I'm purchasing these days. Tops are a touch misshapen. Actually, most everything falls apart faster. My OG stuff from 2013 with substantially more wear is outlasting new stuff.
There are great selections, especially with the new tennis line that's come out. There is always something new coming out, which is amazing, but when my pair of leggings that I fell in love with begin to fall apart, they are not on the website anymore. If there was a way to have some goodies stay longer that would be even better.

My leggings arrived with black & white mould spots covering the legs & the waistband. Not sure how this has happened & how the product has been able to be shipped like this without a quality check but the customer service has been appalling these past few days. I've tried various ways to contact Fabletics, to just go round in circles asking for information I've already provided or just claim my order doesn't exist all together. The only thing they've been able to do quickly is remove the pictures from their Facebook when I tried to contact them through that platform, even though I tried to go through various 'private' communications first and got stuck with all the Chat Bots/useless responses.
I genuinely wouldn't have felt the need to show these pictures everywhere if I'd have managed to get a half-decent response to a solution or apology, as I understand mistakes do happen but the customer care has been a joke.

I do like most of the clothing I've gotten. The process of ordering and returning to get the correct fit is easy overall. Yet, it all takes more time than I care to spend.
I really dislike being charged every month unless I skip. They make shopping easy and skipping a challenge (three different clicks and some are easy to miss).
The shoes have been horrible. Not comfortable and poor quality. For the price, I was very disappointed.

I've been a Fabletics member for several years. Easy to shop or not, you can easily skip a month! Garments have lasted many wears, workouts & washes. The styles stay competitive & contemporary, enough for others to take notice.

Clothes are cheap, doesn't fit consistently across pieces.
They charge my credit card monthly for their club that has no real perks, other than you get a member credit towards stuff you don't want or stuff that isn't available.

My last order (fabletics.es) has been returned by Delivery company, as Fabletics did not put complete data and did not give any feedback for 5 days about missing data. After getting in touch with Fabletics, they explained they will send new order in 2-3 days, however without one article, as it is no longer available (and they do not give you a chance to replace it with something else). Five days later, I have not received any confirmation, so upon second inquiry, the representative just informs me that I will receive confirmation soon, and that it has probably been a system error. On top of it, part of my order was a gift that I do not get to take home as it arrives after my departure.
Therefore, in total, I am waiting for my order for 3 weeks now, plus 1- 1,5 for order to arrive, without any explanation, apology or compensation.
Oh my Fabletics are nicely made… I felt as though they were too expensive…. And I'm sorry, but having a monthly fee is ridiculous. Maybe a spokes person can afford paying a monthly, but most Americans can't right now.

I love the quality with the leggings but over the past two years prices have gotten way to high. Should be offering better discounts to subscribers than new comers it takes a lot of points to earn an outfit.

I placed an order on 12/2 and it never arrived. I had to reach out seven, SEVEN times to get a refund. I was offered a $10 store credit for my inconvenience... TEN DOLLARS. What a joke. I would not recommend working with this company - you can get leggings that are just as good at other retailers - for less. Sure the 2 for $24 introductory offer is nice, but that was the only good thing about this company.

I have called several times now to cancel my subscription but every month I still managed to be billed. When I do check out the inventory on the site, there is not much of a selection to chose from. The only colors that seem to be available, in practically every style of leggings, consist of; black, beige/cream, with an occasional neon lime green or lilac. I dress my three year old daughter in lilac colored leggings…. Just saying.

When you place your first order they sign you up for monthly payments of £55, but do not make it in a clear way, you just get a notification a few days later that your account has been charged. This is a missale as shopping online you normally do not expect that you will be charged monthly even if you do not want to place any more orders with this retailer. Also their website does not work properly on the mobiles.
Avoid at all costs.

This company is horrible. You stay on the phone for longer than 30 minutes to make contact, Sending back a product takes multiple calls and over a month to get a credit. I am still waiting for a credit after sending a product back on 6/17/2020, it is now 7/10/2020. Employees are out of the Philippines, they are very nice but very difficult to understand them. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I also got caught with them making me a "VIP" from a special "sale" without my approval and billing my credit card, had to fight for that money back as well. They trick you into stealing your money. If you had a rating of a ")" that's what I would have chosen

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
