My last order (fabletics.es) has been returned by Delivery company, as Fabletics did not put complete data and did not give any feedback for 5 days about missing data. After getting in touch with Fabletics, they explained they will send new order in 2-3 days, however without one article, as it is no longer available (and they do not give you a chance to replace it with something else). Five days later, I have not received any confirmation, so upon second inquiry, the representative just informs me that I will receive confirmation soon, and that it has probably been a system error. On top of it, part of my order was a gift that I do not get to take home as it arrives after my departure.
Therefore, in total, I am waiting for my order for 3 weeks now, plus 1- 1,5 for order to arrive, without any explanation, apology or compensation.
