I also have had an issue with my daughter (15 years old) being able to create an account with this company. To be fair they have said they will cancel the account but I'm getting no joy with getting a refund - apparently despite having been billed for two separate items I can only return both or neither. In light of other comments on this site I will keep an eye to make sure they don't try to bill me further.
Everything is good but there is no information how to apply a $5 coupon which was redeemed at the rewards shop to use at checkout. There isn't even an option. It said I have only 30 or 60 days so it probably expired already. This needs to be fixed.
Realistically, they're not terrible shorts. Personally I don't like that I was tricked into signing up for a membership to get the 2 for 24 dollar deal but eh whatever you can cancel. The actual quality of the shorts is mediocre at best, they stained around the pocket seams after just a few wears outside and the waist band gets uncomfortably tight after a few washes even after following care instructions. You're better off going to a discount store or thrift store if you're looking for shorts for $12 because you'll find the same if not better quality.

After the review I wrote in SiteJabber, Fabletics finally contacted me and refunded (or credited back) the charges for nine months of unwanted "membership."
The person to whom I spoke was and sounded pseudo-friendly and did her job in getting the charges refunded.
I will still not allow my wife to purchase from fabletics nor would I recommend them to anyone. It is too easy to get stuck in a dilemma like this unwittingly when one considers there e-purchase screen.

My wife has tried numerous times to cancel Fabletics automatic debit to our credit card. She claims she never agreed to this. But fabletics (or fabscampros) has charged her more than $700 over the course of several months. They Refuse to refund the money. She is 70 years old and has had a craniotomy for a brain aneurysm and two mild strokes in the last four months. Fabletics won't even return her money when she is in dire need of the money to pay for medicine and doctor bills.
Calling customer service is like calling a long distance operator. They don't exist and refuse to transfer a call to a superior or offer an alternative path for resolution. Their resolution is to keep charging the credit card for non-existent services or a product Fabletics claims to have delivered.
Next Step is the Attorney General of this state.
I started purchasing from Fabletics in 2017. I loved Fabletics quality and clothing options (I still have some items from 2017 that I'm still love with in 2023).
Unfortunately, the quality of service, product variety, and shipping has progressively gotten worse. Most recently I've had an order delivered to the wrong address, I've received a worn and blood-stained swimsuit (gross), and had an order placed incorrectly (twice) by a customer service agent. I'm holding out hope a little longer to see if they stock any new/unique spring and summer items. If nothing changes I'll cancel my membership soon.

Very expensive for exercise and leisurewear. Also if you don't purchase something the first day of the month there is nothing left but XXS. I've continued purchasing because I charge me $50 no matter if I purchase or not, so I was using up my credit and will now be cancelling my subscription.

I got two pairs of leggings and BOTH tore within a few wears. I had also gone on the website to order some other clothing that was on sale, but once you add the item to the cart, the price instantly goes up. Disappointed with this company so far.

Fabletics clothing has been great... when available in size, style and color for ordering on line. Most of what is ordered is for casual wear. I've not been disappointed! Clothing wears and washes well. However, the website takes forever to load (or its my phone that's the issue.) Nevertheless, the SALES are phenomenal!

The application has some helpful programs. The only problem I experienced is having to do classes on my phone. It's not optimal.
I'm also trying to figure out how to return an item that was too large. It almost seems that keeping it and taking a loss on a resale will be easier.

This company is a scam! Do not buy from them - they have some very hidden fine print. Their sizing is so off so if you order from them online without trying things on you might just get stuck with items you can't even wear! I went online to make an exchange looked through my options, went back a few days later and then my items said no longer were Not eligible for returns or exchanges. At the bottom of the page it then says I had 3 more weeks to exchange or return. When I reached out to them I was then told my items were final sale. All so interesting since I had already went to the store and exchanged one of the items. They apparently just make things up as they go along. This is one of my orders - I have 3 that this happed on. Hope someone on eBay wants these unusable items so I can gets something back so its not a total loss!

I didn't receive my package. I waited a few days as the website suggests and still nothing. Then I contacted customer service via chat hoping they could send send me a new pair of leggings (I only got 1 thing). However, they were unable to helpful until I filed a claim with the mail service then I have to contact them again with a claim number in order for them to do something for me. I understand some people may be trying to get an extra package but I have never had to jump through so many hoops when I've done nothing wrong. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. Just ridiculous.

Maybe it's just trial and error, but I've heard great things about all their products. In my experience, my first pair of pure luxe leggings were a little too big and the emblem is already coming off after 2 washes. My sports bra could use a little bit more padding in my opinion.

I saved a bunch of memes credits only to still have to pay $40 for DELIVERY. Even then, the delivery has taken almost two weeks. A scam and not worth my time or money. I'm extremely disappointed in the company.

I have been subscribed for years now.
I love the fun colors and variety of sizes.
I do however feel que quality has declined in recent times. One of the selling points for me, as a Latina with curves and a big booty, used to be that pants stayed in place and didn't "ride down". Unfortunately that is no longer the case with most styles of leggings ( and trust me I have tried ALL of them) They seem to get loose around the waist and then either they fold over or, slide down to where I have to stop and pull them up every few minutes.

Every so often, one of the Fabletics employees enters a review on how their company is"not" a scam. But, it most certainly is, take it from me, an ex-customer... They disguise all their hidden fees as a one time payment for one item. But somehow they are still able to charge your credit card without you knowing. Don't fall victim to the scheme.
I like the leggings but unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription that was rather difficult to undo. Like most, I don't have the time to call customer service to challenge. Finally found the link on the website after 15 minutes of being looped through various pages to cancel. Plenty of places to purchase quality gear at decent prices… not likely to go to fabletics as my default option.

This is the best workout wear I have ever purchased. They fit amazing, wash up super nice and keeps its shape. Honestly, the quality can be compared to the super high end items out there at a fraction of the cost. My kids all love the clothes and are the ones that got me hooked! I'm looking forward to snuggling up in their winter line that they have available.

Fabletics products seem to be nicely made and they do have some fun styles but $50 a month for a sports bra and leggings set is just way too much. I can find other cute styles anywhere else for far less. It's not flexible enough: if you find a single item like a sports bra and want to use your monthly credit it charges you the whole $50 even if the item is worth less than $50 full price. What's up with that? If this service was $25 instead of $50 and allowed you to either mix and match your own top with leggings or pick a set I would be all in but it's not flexible or valuable enough.

I would give 5 stars if there were all available sizes whenever a sale occurs. It seems I can never get the size or colour I want because they must be popular. Also, I feel it's a huge rip off that Canadians don't get the same product selection as the States. I give it a full 4 stars for quality of product. Plus the return process is pretty simple. I've only ever had to return something once.

Somehow they obtain a person's permission to join a VIP membership for elite pricing. But how many cheap clothes does a person buy to make a $54.95/monthly fee worthwhile? And then they double charged my account on a monthly basis, and said there was no visibility on their end of double charges. Excuse me? I don't believe that's possible when it's happening twice a month for a few months.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
