After the review I wrote in SiteJabber, Fabletics finally contacted me and refunded (or credited back) the charges for nine months of unwanted "membership."
The person to whom I spoke was and sounded pseudo-friendly and did her job in getting the charges refunded.
I will still not allow my wife to purchase from fabletics nor would I recommend them to anyone. It is too easy to get stuck in a dilemma like this unwittingly when one considers there e-purchase screen.
